[Q] Need help razri dead

Hello I really need help, I'm sorry for my english I'm Brazilian. Well here we go I have a Razr Xt890 (Bootloader Unlock + Root)
* I was doing a tutorial scripts (Tweak) and changed the "dalvik.vm.heapsize =" from 128m to 48m ... sent as the tutorial, then hung up the phone when I call him again caught on screen 'WARNING BOOTLOADER UNLOCKED' and now will not start but is dead, push the (Power and Volume -) and it reboots and comes back on the screen and remains locked. ai thought of using the RSD lite to pop another ROOM but not get the USB I put on the computer it makes noise but nothing appears not recognize, really is dead. : (
Please I need help, what can I do?
I have deleted my contribution because it doesn't have to help you.
You must release the power button instantly before(!) RAZRi finishes vibration to get into fastboot mode! Have you tried that?
As shaftenberg wrote, you didn't properly enter to fastboot.
As long you see warning "Unlocked bootloader" as long your fastboot is oki, so Razr is not dead, only rom i messed up.
To properly enter fastboot at JB bootloader you should press power button and vol down, until green light will on, then you will feel vibration and light will switch off, at this time you must very fast relase only power button!!!!!!
Dont use Lucki_X linked method, cause in some cases it may damage your phone

You can try to leave your phone to charge whilst holding button's combination for the night (VOL+/VOL-/BOTH (i don't remember, somebody if know - please correct me)).
After that maybe your phone will be able even to enter the fastboot mode

Its on charge for more than 3 hours.
Your phone might be powered on but be unresponsive. Hold power and volume up for 15 seconds. The phone should vibrate once at about 10 seconds. Keep holding the keys for another 5 seconds and it should vibrate 3 times and power off.
You should then be able to connect in flashmode/fastboot and get your device booting.

This happened to me when I accidentally flashed a Xperia z1 ftf to my Xperia z all I had to do was get a full stock Xperia z ftf get Flash tools ready and when it says to plug phone in flash mode you press and hold all 3 buttons (power, vol+and vol-) all at the same time till it vibrates once then let go of the power button and vol+ but keep holding vol - while plugging in the usb cable this will boot your phone into flash mode
And remember to have all wipe options ticked in flashtools

Did you try the hard power off key combination that I suggested above? If the phone is powered on but unresponsive, then you cannot connect in flashmode. It needs to be powered off.
Out of interest, which kernel did you flash?

Get into recover mode Xperia SP

Hi,
I'm new to this forum and I have such a basic question people would laugh to hear. I keep reading and hearing "Xperia SP entering recovery mode" or something. I've tried so many things, every possible way to enter recovery mode to clear data (or hard reset) my Xperia SP C5303 but it doesn't work. I've watched videos but they are not clear, I tried all the methods mentioned; e.g.
hold and press Volume Up + Volume Down + Power button until you see menu.
press and hold Volume Down. --> press and release Power button.
these are mentioned in hardreset.info, but my phone does not enter recovery mode, instead, it just restarts the phone normally. I need to know whether it's even possible to enter recovery mode, and if so, what's the correct way. I tried power button, volume buttons, all combination and everything that is mentioned on the internet. I don't want to do it with Sony Companion.
After that I'll need to install CM13 to it, my build number is 12.1.A.1.205 and I expect that I can install Marshmallow or Lollipop on it, please guide me to it.
Thanks

You need to do the following:
Root,
Backup TA,
Unlock your Bootloader,
Flash Recovery,
Then Flash CM13
Read this thread to before proceeding.
Thank you, still something is missing in the reply
Thank you for the response, I'll work on that "CM13 installation" as guided, but my main answer is still unanswered; i.e. how do I enter the recovery mode of Xperia SP C5303?, it's been really irritating that nothing works, my phone just restarts as it normally does. I already mentioned that I've already tried so many key combinations as described all over the internet so I'm expecting the right answer in this forum, because unlike the normal internet users, XDA is a group of serious developers.

Of course serious developers, but duplicate questions aren't fun either.
If you are following the guide linked by fellow Zenith, you will soon to realise that to access the recovery you will need to hit volume + when the LED bar lights up. If you are doing something else, please explain in detail, and i will try to assist you with it
Same goes to the TWRP thread, it is already mentioned that to access recovery, use volume +. To access ROM's standard recovery, use volume -
If you are wondering about key combination to enter recovery when the device is initially powered off, this is impossible for the Xperia SP and most Xperia devices. This is a hardware limitation.
Thanks

Hold the power and vol down and when the sony logo comes or you feel any vibration leave the power while still holding vol down and you will enter in recovery.
