Standalone 3 dot and volume wake mod ?? - One (M7) Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

I'm rooted and would like to know rather than flash a custom ROM (which I've done in the past and would prefer to stay on stock ROM ) does anyone have flashable zip files for the 2 mods ( removal of 3 dot menu and volume wake ) that are available as part of all the popular custom roms such as ARHD , Trickdroid etc??
I'd really love to be able to apply these on my rooted Telus stock ROM

Bump because nobody answered your question.

install the Xposed framework and the Modaco Toolkit: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2245765
HTC One specific modifications currently included are:
Action Launcher Pro + HTC One: Transparent status bar.
HTC One: Disable high volume warning - disable the volume warning that shows when cranking up the sound with headphones in.
HTC One: Enable ADB with secure lockscreen - ADB WILL NOT be disabled on boot if the device has a secure lockscreen configuration. DANGER: This is a potential security risk - handle with care!
HTC One: Enable advanced reboot options - aka EPM, show reboot / recovery / bootloader reboot options on power menu.
HTC One: Enable button options (only required on Android 4.1 ROMs) - the button options item will appear in settings, allowing you to configure the back button long press as menu.
HTC One: Volume wake - wake your device with the volume keys!
HTC One: Hide Kid Mode on power menu - this removes the Kid Mode option on the menu displayed when you long press the power button.
HTC One: Match battery image to % - the standard battery images don't correspond to the % remaining, this fixes that.
HTC One: Rename Flashlight to Torch - for us UK types.
HTC One: Show Blinkfeed icon in launcher - if you are using a third party launcher, this provides a simple way to access Blinkfeed. Just remove all the homescreens.

[Q] Which ROM has an option to do nothing on long press of home button?

Hi guys,
I would like to know which version Cyanogenmod or which Rom in general has an option to DO NOTHING on long press of home button. Right now I am using the Ultimatum Rom based on CM 7.2, which has only the option to launch an app or contact or bookmark on this long press. The second question is how can I edit the CM 7.2 for it to has an option to do nothing on long press of home button. Does anyone know how to do it??
No rom can do that. But if you want no action to be triggered on long pressing, you can always lock your homescreen from editing. This requires a custom launcher like the go launcher ex.

i think you can do this in key settings you can change or disable it but you have to search in launcher settings if you dont find there search in cyanogenmod settings
Hi guys thanks for the answers, i accidentally figured it out when i had to install the CM7.2 rom again. So for anyone who would like this feature also: It is possible but in CM settings you have to uncheck ,'launch recent apps' in long press of home button settings and in the same time enable to have custom action BUT DO NOT choose this custom action, because then you cant choose to do nothing again without installing the rom again or is it possible somehow to reset the CM settings to default without reinstalling the Rom?

You can reset CM settings by default reinstalling the rom, but I think you can wipe CM setting data in app too in order to set by default settings, I mean go settings>> applications >> all >> select CM settings and clear data and cache
Do a backup first just in case and then try it

Hi. I have HTC one and just installed NAdroid Revolution 20 by mike with Android 4.3. TO use the Sense 5 toolbox I know you need xposed. One of the mods I use is battery percentage inside icon. It works when i activate it but everytime i restart my phone the percentage goes away. Is there a way to keep it on all the time

Sorry to be jumping on your thread without an answer for you but I have the exact same setup as you but none of the mods will activate when I reboot! I have Xposed installed as well which appears to be working but won't permit a reboot, so I downloaded Quick Boot instead to do this. Not sure if that is related to the mods not activating, there are one set of mods that do activate and these are CleanBeam Mods by vomer but nothing else.
More chance of a reply if we have 2 similar problems!

you probably already tried but my first guess would be to turn off every xposed modules, reboot and see if it works. If yes then try to isolate which xposed module is causing the issue (in any) by turning them off one by one and rebooting.

looks like the dev of this module is already aware of this bug, just saw his thread here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=54004280&postcount=271

Any advanced reboot menu mod for 5.0 for the Moto X?

Or is there another good way to get a reboot option that is almost as simple as just using the power button?
Thanks
I believe you need to be rooted to make rebooting work, bit most toggle apps will have that option.
Tried Quick Boot?

I am rooted and was hoping to avoid a toggle app, I have used power toggles on previous phones and liked it but now with lollipop pull down not sure I want to use a toggle app.

I will look into that app.
Edit: While checking the reboot apps I realized that I have rom toolbox pro, which has a rebooter widget. I am such an idiot.
So I guess the question should be, how can we add advanced reboot menu to the power button?

jog my memory - double tap to wake/sleep

handing off my old M7 to my brother. Would like to have it able to double tap to wake/sleep as I did.
It is rooted and unlocked with a stock ROM 7.18.531.35. ElementalX v3.4.10 - 22.4-Sense.
Do I need to install a custom ROM to be able to double tap or is there a way without it?
irc, you have the option to enable 2tw when installing the kernel from the aroma installer in twrp. It can probably be turned on with a kernel manager or just reflash the kernel and select the options you need.
reflash - kind of what I was thinking. Thanks,
