Hey,
today I´ve rooted my Xperia Z (1.434) with locked bootloader with this instruction: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nsh51O1ImMM
Everything worked fine. Some hours later I wanted to install CWM and the 18 toggles mod (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2208237). This also worked (ca. 30min). Later I installed some colors (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2253253&highlight=reboot) and now the phone reboots every 30 sec. I tried to flash the stock toggles, so everything would be stock. But it doesn´t solved the problem. Now I tried the TWRP recovery, but it also doesn´t solve the problem.
Any ideas?
Installed twrp and flashed doomkernel while the bootloader is still locked ( I know this is stupid )
Now the phone won't boot up, but holding down the volume down button and connecting it to pc via usb still works I think.
Going to flash a stock xperia z ftf to restore this.

Hello People.
the problem, some time ago i installed froyo custom rom, somebody told me that he preffer ginger custom, and something like an hour i installed ginger,
for that i installed clockwork recovery using the x8 toolbox,
with recovery installed ginger, and it worked fine.
then i see that tool box let me install busybox, and installed busibox 1.19
that was stupid, when i reboted my xperia x8 get stuck on sony ericsson logo.
i tried using seus "there is no software for your phone"
tried something like 3,4 times...
then tried to flash with x10 flasher, to 1.6, and to 2.1.1
no one worked, really don't know what to do now :/
I have backup made from recovery, but i can't get into recovery using "back botom", or i'm doing it wrong?

you are doing something wrong, that's pretty clear.
First of all, define "stuck" sometimes you might have to wait for about 5 minutes...
Second, SEUS with phone closed - to install again rom, will not say- there is no software...will just flash new one over what you have...provided you have it installed in the computer with the correct drivers...
Problem that appears to be : you lost root rights by changing busybox. What you could do, was to root again...using same x8toolbox...
Hope is of some help,
Cheers,
this maybe can help....

Unsatisfied by the JB update of my xperia T, I downloaded flashtool and the ftf file to revert to ICS.
Procedure apparently went good, but at the restart the phone is looping on boot: I see 'sony', then 'xperia', then the animation starts but after a little it restarts again and again.
Probably my fault was to leave the 'wipe data' option unchecked.
How can I fix? I can't unplug the battery so I'm not able to go to flash mode and try again...

Even my Xperia T is in booloop.... I flashed many times, many kernels but none are working. It shows Sony logo (not even showing
xperia). It stays the same in every rom. The phone was purchased from UK... Any help would be appreciated...

If you have not unlocked the bootloader then just repair the phone using pccompanion.
What exactly have you flashed? Have you rooted? have you unlocked the bootloader?

After the phone went into boot loop, i unlocked the bootloader. then i tried SE tool Emma to downgrade to ICS, tried your kernel as well as more 2-3 kernels in combinations but nothing worked. I used flash tool and flashed several ICS and JB ftfs custom as well as modded but none worked yet.... It's still the same, reboots after the logo... In older ICS, it reboots after Xperia screen while in other FW, it reboots just after the sony logo...
Is this enough information to figure out the problem? What is the right comibnation of kernel and FW to start this phone ? It was purchased in UK and came with ICS....It was upgraded to JB without any problem and one day it just went into boot loop surprisingly....
Thank you for your time...
Search for the relock bootloader ftf in the dev section.
Flash that in flashtool (not emma)
Then run the repair software un pccompanion

Did as you said. Flashed the relocked bootloader through flashtool (not emma)... Used the PC companion and did a "recover" procedure...At the end it said "Xperia T was updated with 9.1.A.1.140"
The problem is still the same. It restarts after the sony logo....
What is the next procedure to try ?
Thanks for the help...

That's is not good. After a pccompanion repair everything should be fine.
what was the last thing you flashed before the problem started?

Flashed nothing... Before the problem....the phone was updated to JB..It worked for 2 months and then suddenly one day, it freezes, when restarted ,it went into boot loop. That's what bugging me. The flash mode works fine, the quickboot works fine..i can flash any files without any problem, but with any rom or default FW, it restarts after the logo, so i wanna know the possibilities of the problem...
Is there any way with which i can fully format the internal drive and then flash the FW ? Is there a possibly of corrupt internal drive ?
I have had the same Problem, even with repair function of PCC. Only thing working for me was flashing original JB tft with flash tool. After that it bootet up normaly and everything was working again. (Bootloop stayed with ics tft, only jb tft worked)
I flashed jb tft->bootloader relock->jb tft

You have your answer, you flashed new rom (everything has been overwritten) so you have to re install the recovery. Logic.
To keep my recovery on unlocked bl device I exclude kernel when it has no change when flashing new rom.
Heys guys,
Never had such a problem: my Z doesn't boot any longer.
What happened: my BL is open, my phone's rooted, and yesterday I flashed the DoomKernel v12 (no more wifi-reboots!).
Everything worked fine, and before I felt asleep, I turned my phone off and charged it with my dock. Something strange happened: I saw the Kernel Bootanimation for short, then the symbol for charging.
Now this morning I want to turn it on: DoomKernel, then short "Xperia" (?, never had this before), then the boot animation, which never ends.
I try to flash system and kernel with the flashtool, with no success. I still can access my dual recovery and the fastboot mode, I've done a backup with TWRP, just in case.
Do you have an idea, what I should try? I don't want to flash everything to stock (if possible).
Thanks in advance!

Doesn't really help me :/
I even try to restore everything with flashtool (wipe everything and flash everything), still got the same problems....
Maybe because of the DoomLord Kernel v12?
Is there a way for booting with adb or something like that?
OK guys, it's over now, SUS dit it.... But only after the third or forth try...
Can be deleted / closed, thank you!

Can u please elaborate how u did it.I have a similar problem n I have tried most methods in this forum with zero luck.My device was rooted but not unlocked. But it died anyway. Now its stuck on bootloops.I would like to know in a little more detail what u did to make yours work again. Thanks in advance.
Hi everyone,I restarted my Xperia SP because it didn't show the volume (I changed the design) bar and now it's stuck in a bootloop and it also gets very hot (sometimes you see the lockscrenn but it restarts again).
I tried connecting it to PCC but it isn't recognized. Pressing the OFF button on the back also doesn't work.
The bootloader is locked, there's no custom recovery and it's not rooted running stock Android 4.3.
I hope you can help me.

I just 2 week ago also failed to root and having this bootloop.
what i did is
you using the SUS to reformat and reinstall your stock rom
Or if your phone can be detect by Flashtool,
You may try use the flashtool to reflash the rom/stock.
Or if your phone still can go into CWM (If you got any)
also can try from CWM
For some reason the themes cause a bootloop (some of them at least) so be carefull when using one

just download the stock rom ftf file and flash it with flashtool by connecting phone in flashmode.
