I am going to have to send my HTC one M7 back for service, (seems to be always dropping the connection when i am talking..
so my stock rom that the tel. came with is: 4A.14.3250.13 ( see below)
My problem is that I can not find the RUU for this > 1.29.401.13 if I understand going back to stock correctly I will have to have this same rom to install the RUU.. is this true?
if so , can someone send me a link to the actual file I can not fine it anywhere, and when i try to install RUU_M7_UL_JB_50_HTC_Europe_1.20.401.1_Radio_4A.13. 3227.06_10.27.1127.01_release_308001_signed_2_4.exe
it will not install the RUU. as it is not the same as the tel came with..
can anyone help me so that I can use a stock RUU so i can get my tel. completely stock
Dont know if it makes any difference now.. but i have updated to 4.2.2 and also wiped my sd card as stated to do when going from 4.2.1 to 4.2.2
can anyone help me please?

atm you can't flash any ruu.
Because you have 1.29.401.13 version main, and all ruu are 1.29.401.1 or 1.29.401.7

Download the stock ROM from mike1986 and follow his return to stock thread, you'll then be on 1.29.401.16 (unless he only has 2.17.401.1 available now). That's your only option unless someone has a Nandroid of 1.29.401.13

So I was able to completely convert my AT&T One to a GE phone per the thread over at http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2358781.
I find out afterwards that my bottom mic does not work on phone calls, not sure how long it's been this way since I normally use bluetooth. The back mic works for speakerphone but that won't do me any good. Now I want to get back to stock to see if the mic comes back to life and in case I have to take it back to AT&T.
I've managed to maneuver my way around the terminal in Mac OSX to flash custom roms and such. I'm S-off and have super CID. The part I'm stuck at is finding a RUU zip to revert back to stock. Most of the links I've found are dead or are for the exe that will run in windows only.
This is the readout of my getvar:

I can't even seem to flash the developer RUU without an error, and I'm wondering if it might have do do with the MID. Need some pointing in the right direction, thanks!
when you converted did you back up your stock HBOOT?
if so you can put it back,
then run the AT&T RUU
OR conversely it has been discovered that if you flash the 2.17 firmware found in this post
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=42556698&postcount=24958
you can then flash a downgraded RUU.

Thanks gunny, I was hoping you'd answer since you use a mac also. I did not back up my HBOOT, but I believe I have the stock one that someone else uploaded. I'll give the firmware and downgrade a shot. Do you happen to know where to find the zip and not exe for the stock AT&T One?

I'm afraid I don't.
I use vmware and an old copy of windows XP when I need an RUU.
If you don't have VMware Virtualbox is free and will also work
I'm using an AT&T and I'm looking to get S-OFF but I'm having issues with it and failing after pouring 8 times. I've tried it several times with no success. Now I had a stock AT&T ONE, not a GPE, but I flashed a signed, 3.06.1700.10 firmware, which I'm now on. I'm stuck because I can't update my firmware and cannot get S-OFF.
I'd like to figure out how I can get S-OFF or update my firmware and try another version of rumrunner.

All but USB 2.0. I tried using this ROM first, 3.06.1700.10 - Stock HTC Google Play Edition v1.1, but I had problems with it failing on the ADB. So I flashed ARHD 4.1 GE ROM and didn't have any ADB issues but it would just go through the pours and tell me to try again.
Someone mentioned udating the firmware to 3.07.1700.10 but I can't do that as it doesn't appear to be a signed firmware.
I've achieved S-OFF.
I was on firmware 3.06.1700.10. Flashed ARHD 4.1 GE ROM and used the Rumrunner for firmware 3.07.1700.10 and had no problems at all. Worked the first time through.
I have a HTC One 802d (m7c_dwg) indian dual sim version..
I have messed it up pretty much.
I am new to XDA forum. Maybe I am not able to search well.
However, when my phone was working perfectly fine and stock it was:

This has changed my hboot, software no., radio everything and i am not able to get any signal on my phone.
After this i upgraded the firmware to

Still of no help. I am not getting any signal even now. Whenever i try to get back to stock via installing Nandroid backup i created when it was stock. It flashes well.
But as soon as it boots. It reboots after few seconds and keeps rebooting like that.:crying:
I dont know now what to do. I have tried flashing soul ROMs, still the same issue.
It boots up but i dont see anything on the screen, just the battery icon and no signal. it again reboots.

There seems to no RUU for us brother..!
I have searched everywhere. All that is available is Chinese and European RUU only.
Only way left now is to hand it over to HTC Repair.
Please post the stock nandroid back if anyone has. Here is extra info.

I am already s-off and have done what you have suggested here already. Doesn't work..!!
My condition now is when i restore my stock nandroid backup and reboot the phone. I get the welcome and setup screen. (Radio is gone, so no signal whatsoever)
After i finish setup and get to the homescreen. It doesn't load. I have to tap settings and when i press home back, i see all the icons and everything as it was. The phone stays like that for few seconds and then reboots.
After it reboots, only battery, clock and cellular signals icon are visible and it stays like that for few seconds and reboots again.
Any idea whats going on??
What exactly doesn't work with suggested scheme? Does the phone boot after installing original chinese ROM?

Hello, did you find any resolution yet? I am also stuck with the same issue. :crying:
Hello,
I recently got HTC One locked to AT&T network and bought code online but it didn't work. I also made sure SIM card was active and had positive amount, not locked by PIN or PUK, phone is not stolen or blacklisted. Did factory reset and tried again but no luck..
First I tried it on stock phone:
- Android 4.1.2,
- Baseband version 4A.14.3250.13_10.33.1150.01L,
- Build number 1.26.502.10 CL166754 release-keys
Then I followed this guide [Tutorial] Root, Unlock, Recovery and flashing a Custom ROM ... unlocked bootloader, flashed CWM recovery, installed stock rooted 1.26.502.15 Android 4.1.2. I did not install custom rom/kernel.
Tried unlocking with code but again, no luck.
After that I followed this guide [GUIDE] How to Return to 100% Stock ... I got S-Off with revone, restored using a RUU.exe, removed Tampered.
Atm this is info from bootloader:
Code:
(bootloader) version: 0.5
(bootloader) version-bootloader: 1.44.0000
(bootloader) version-baseband: 4A.14.3250.13

(bootloader) battery-voltage: 4183mV
(bootloader) partition-layout: Generic
(bootloader) security: off

Do I have to relock bootloader and try applying the code again?
Please help me solve this problem. I'm willing to donate 20$, to whoever help me solve problem.
Should I try updating 4.4.2 zip OTA and then applying the code? Will that help anyhow?

Why did you started a new thread? You already have one here with the exact same info...

Well I wanted to delete the first thread using the delete/button but it was too late until I realized I can't do that
I am in the following state on my US AT&T HTC One:
(bootloader) version: 0.5
(bootloader) version-bootloader: 1.44.0000
(bootloader) version-baseband: 4A.14.3250.13
(bootloader) version-cpld: None

(bootloader) product: m7_ul

(bootloader) modelid: PN0712000
(bootloader) cidnum: 11111111
And I'm running Maximus HD 42.0.0 (Android 4.4.3 | Sense 6.0) rom. As you can see, I have old firmware but I believe that my phone is otherwise prepared to accept an upgrade (S-OFF, Super CID, etc).
To the point... I would like to update the firmwmare but am a little confused on where to get them. I was thinking Vomer's Guide because he spells out the steps so well, has an organized collection of what's available, and in the guide he mentions:
"Following this guide will allow you to (in this sequence):
- Upgrade to the latest firmware (UL edition) without loosing any data on your SD card" (Emphasis on the UL)
However, many of the download mirrors say they're for M7C_DUG (dual sim) so it would appear they're not actually M7_UL. This inconsistency has me confused. Are these files for M7_UL or M7C_DUG? If not UL, where is an alternate repo for FW for my UL device? I would like to locate ones that do not wipe or require wiping my data which I know is possible because Vomer's Guide states that "SD card will not be wiped using these files".
I would also like to work my way up from my Android 4.1 base to be safe and monitor the transition in increments. i.e. flash "3.xx.401.x then 4.x.401.x then 5.x.401.x then 6.x" as recommended by the very knowledgeable clsA on another forum. So a complete list of FW is preferred.

the firmwares in vomers thread are for the m7_u and m7_ul phones, on AFH they are hosted under the Dual-SIM section (can't remember the reason) but are actually for m7_u/ul
