Hi,
I've got a problem with custom roms. I had this issue with all custom roms. I use PAC v23.0.0 right now ( i did a full wipe before i installed the rom!)
Everything seems to work at the begining.
But after a few messages via whatsapp the system automatically reboots then
if i try to launch whatsapp it takes about 20 seconds then my xperia is restarting again....
sometimes if i receive a whatsapp message or if i try to launch whatsapp it reboots into cycle...
(to prevent a reboot i had to wipe cach and afterwards deactivate WLAN/mobile internet... )
i tried to clear the cach..reinstalled whatsapp, used CM 10...Paranoidandroid...carbonrom..... but nothing worked out for me :crying:
Is there a solution for my problem
Thanks in advance!

Hello,
I have problems with my i9000. I am using MIUI 1.11.11.
The thing is that since yesterday I have serious issues with my phone. It happened before upgrading to new version of MIUI.
All apps started to crash, there is no exception. Starting from Google Services Framework untill standard bluetooth app. Every single one. I can't even check any e-mails, messages, I can't even make a call because calling app crashes too. I can't receive any calls at all. I rebooted phone, cleared caches, upgraded phone to MIUI 1.11.11 and nothing. I can't use my phone anymore.
When I pressed "Report problem" I saw for a second log with problem it said something about "data I/O error".
I think the issue is somehow connected to sdcard since I had problems with it before. It was always hard to connect my phone by usb cable. Actually... it was always hard to DISCONNECT my phone. I had to wait looong minutes (about 20 or so) till it finished disconnecting.
If you guys could help me, I'd be glad.
Thanks in advance,
v.

Sudden wake up seems like a broken app issue. If you reflashed ROM and the issue persist, that problably means you didn't make "clean install" i.e. didn't wipe all system partition, factory reset, wipe cache/dalvik.
If you indeed made clean install but still have the problem, try fixing permissions at recovery. Also try installing app that tells you which app keeps waking device (GSam Battery Monitor or Better Battery Stats), and uninstall that app. I had similar issue, caused by CPU Control app - which crashed during one reboot. It was waking devide while trying to adjust governor/clocks.
If that don't help try to reflash ROM again (ensuring you make clean install) but don't install any apps. Try most minimalistic ROM you can find - without any stock apps.

Hello everyone,
I'll explain my problem: a few days back, I unlocked bootloader, flashed CWM and flashed Viperone rom (2.7.0) Everything worked fine.
This morning, my google apps weren't working (gmail not syncing, can't login to youtube and can't watch videos (even though I get all the thumbnails) but internet works fine... When I open the play store, all I get is "No connection" and "Retry"
I tried clearing data but to no use
I then tried wiping cache and dalvik cache in recovery mode, when rebooting, my phone got stuck in a boot loop with "process system isn't responding"
I held power button and volume - for about 10 sec and it rebooted fine, gapps still aren't working though...
What can I do to resolve this issue ? (without losing data if possible)
Thank you

hello everyone
my problem is that the phone work almost normally (excepts some random shutdown and reboots)
but when turn it off or reboot it , it forget everything i made like photos ..new numbers ..new sms..new installed apps ..changed settings..simply everything gone and back to same status before like one month ago and that happen instantly, wifi it is turned off mobile data is also off so it cant be google sync even if i change the e-mail it back to the old one after reboot
Hard rest or wipe in recovery mode does not do anything at all, flushing it with odin it say success but the phone reboots like nothing happen
no matter what i do after reboot it back like nothing change same old status
(it is similar to deep freeze on Windows PC somehow one reboot and everything gone)
not rooted
Official stock Firmware

Hi guys,
I had flashed the new firmware .264 prerooted 2 days ago. Today i have a problem: after a manual reboot, some apps crashed after 5-6 seconds with no notice. Apps like Instagram, Facebook, Clash of clans, Spotify crashed.
But tapatalk, whatsapp, play Store and others apps go normally.
I had reflashed the rom and wipe cache and dalvik but problem persist.
Solution?
Try to save your app data and do a factory restore/reset. If there are still problems, try a different prerooted fw. Made my own pr fw and all runs fine. (.264)
Tried and solved witha a flash (unroot) and hard reset.
