Yo !! yes it's possible to unlock your P3600
Go there : http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=293957
but it's irreversible and it cancel your device's guarantee.
Peace !!
I see this, but I only need unlock SIM operator, not CID too.

[Q] How to allow unlock the bootloader

Hi,
A simple question: if I have the Bootloader locked, and my smartphone (going to the service test page via *#*#7378423#*#*) says me that rooting status about bootloader unlock allowed is NO, it's due to my smartphone is locked by my carrier? (I have followed this instructions: unlockbootloader "." sonymobile "." com)
Flashing the ROM is enough to have it unlocked?
Thanks,
Marc

If it's carrier locked then there's no unlocking it.

Unlock code from T-Mobile HTC ONE failing help please

I converted an HTC one from t-mobile to google edition through RUU. Phone is not rooted but it is bootloader unlocked. I requested an unlock code from T-mobile and was granted it. Now the code is not working, it's specific to the IMEI of the phone, which was never altered.
Is it failing because I converted to GPE RUU? Do I need to convert back to stock sense? The phone identifier should also still read T-mobile htc one, not Google Play Edition.
Thank you

did you change CID as part of conversion? Might have something to do with that.

If memory serves you have to be on a sense ROM in order for that to work.
Flash it back to stock tmobile, follow their instructions, then it will be sim unlocked. After that you can flash it back to GPe.

No. the Sprint phone and Tmobile phone are totally different. You will screw up your partitions if you try changing you CID/MID and running the TMO RUU.
Why are you doing this, may I ask? Why not just SIM unlock and use the phone on TMO's network?

Really? I've heard people were able to use this phone on Tmobile. In fact, I was going to do that. I talked to a TMO rep, and she said there shouldn't be an issue.

You must be on stock rom to use a sim-unlock code. You can also sim-unlock using the sieempi method if you have s-off.
