You can check if your manufacturer provide OTA update in settings then system update.
If not then you can go for custom roms like CyanogenMod or others.
Go to below link and download rom you want.
CyanogenMod 14 also available for your android which based on android Nougat.

What version of Oxygen? I have the OxygenOs Framework.apk 4.1.6 Beta 10.
I do not know if it will work or work for you, the Apk has a mod of iOS 11 Animations, I will send it to you and if you do not tell me.

Try to flash frimware latest version and don't do the dirty flash do the clean flash of the rom
