I used Revone to s-off so I can't tell you much about moonshine. But I do know that moonshine flashes a custom hboot automatically so you will need to flash a stock hboot before you command s-on or you will permanently hard brick your phone...

Yeah I kinda wish I had used the revone method as it keeps the stock hboot doesnt it?
Will flashing an ruu change me back to stock with stock hboot too or is it a completely different procedure
Sorry for my noobish questions ain't done all this for a while infact not since I owned a sensation lol

I recently switched my phone over to the GPE by s-off and flashing the GPE ruu to my phone, chaning the phone id etc. How would you go about changing the phone back to Sense? I tried changing the CID back to the originial and installing the AT&T Ruu .exe from my computer but It stopped and gave me an error. Not sure exactly what the error said since it was last night, but It said to download the correct RUU file for my phone. I know that it is the correct RUU file for when it was still on Sense before conversion because I used it to restore it once before. Any help would be awesome.

Dont believe so, I changed it through fastoobt oem cid by using fastboot oem writecid. You have toe bare with me, Im new to android.
If you're not returning the phone for service than changing your cid 11111111 will allow you to install any ruu regardless of your region. Otherwise you must find the proper ruu for your region and flash the cid to the correct value for your region. The reason this is done is because different radios are flashed for different regions among other things.

Also I'm not sure why you're running ruu's get your phone rooted bootloader unlocked than flash a new Rom with sense, unless your going for stock for warranty purposes.

Awesome man, I appreciate the help. I will post later tonight after I get off work to let you know how it went.
I love the creation so much, but I got a problem.
My device M7 (interantional ,rooted, S-on) flash the 17.0.0 edition, but got into bootloop ( boot animation <-> recovery)
I try to get S-off in WIN7 or MAC,but always get failed....
My Q is: Is S-off the only condition to solve the problem get the flash down ?
