[Q] Nook HD RCA cable? and Charge while using OTG? - Nook HD, HD+ Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Hi,
So I'm wondering if it's possible to connect a android RCA adaptor using a "female mini b to female usb" connector to my Nook HD AND if it's possible to charge my Nook HD while using USB host mode via a OTG charge cable.
The first idea, connecting my Nook HD to my TV via RCA would use the following:
Nook HD ---> OEM Nook Charge cable ---> Female USB to Female USB gender changer ---> Male USB to Female Micro B ---> Male Micro b to RCA ---> TV
Second idea, charge my Nook HD while using USB host mode would use the following:
Nook HD ---> OEM Nook Charge cable ---> Female USB to Female USB gender changer ---> Male USB to Female Micro B ---> OTG charge cable with Male Micro B at one end, a Male USB connected to Nook Charger at another end, and a Female USB connected to some supported device
Any ideas if any of my own ideas above would even work, I'm tempted to buy all those cables just to see but wanted to ask in case I might be risking shorting something out.

is it possible to use a USB gamepad with the tablet? what kind of adapter would be needed?
You would need to construct an OTG cable, or use the hdmi dock.
Dell has never made an official OTG cable
You would probably need a PDMI to USB adapter, but I don't think any exist.
what if i use a female to female usb adpater like this one http://www.ebay.com/itm/NEW-USB-2-0-FEMALE-FEMALE-F-F-ADAPTER-CONNECTOR-/280732594049?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item415cf76f81#ht_2429wt_1041
Those are a great way to damage both devices being plugged into it, they're not normally made for a reason

USB OTG

Does the HTC One Google Play Edition support USB OTG (you know, where you can plug a flash drive into your phone via a micro usb to female usb dongle)? Also, for USB OTG, do you have to have a special micro usb to female usb dongle or will any work? Thanks.

Otg usb3.0 hd

I just bought a hard drive to connect to my nexus 10, but like an idiot, I didn't realize it was a USB 3.0 drive. I have an OTG cable. I am wondering if there is a way for me to externally power the hard drive. It has a single USB 3.0 female plug. Hopefully the attached picture can explain better what it is that I want to do.
I wonder if this would work
http://www.amazon.com/HDE®-Male-USB-Micro-B-Cable/dp/B006C0S2JS
I could connect the USB 3.0 connector (right-most) to the HD, the blue Type-A connector (left-most) to the OTG cable and the other USB (center) to a USB hub or power supply. Anyone have any experience with this type of thing?

[Q] slimport

Ok I'm in awe of why there is no dock or adapter for slimport as for mhl. With hdmi, usb, memory card slot. Ive been looking and thinking could you use this Micro USB Male to USB Female Host OTG Cable + Micro USB Adapter Y Splitter, then get the slimport hdmi adapter. Or does only one work at a time?

Otg accessory help

I like to use a lot of accessory with my op3, so I need some light on this.
1. Does the male type-c to female usb-a adapter work on those 1tb hardrive with rw functionality?
2. Does using male type-c to micro usb-b adapter pair with micro usb-b otg cable work?
3. Does using male type-c to male type-a cable(the normal type-c cable) connected with usb-a female to usb-a female works like an otg adapter?
4. Does usb hub connected with the above configuration that connect more than 2 peripherals work?
5. Does usb generation(usb 3.1 to 2.0) matters at all?
Sorry I'm asking a lot but I can't really test it out myself with stuff from the Benson safe list as amazon is not an option for me, and my recent purchase of micro usb-b otg pair with type-c adapter fail so some help is appreciated.
You should send an email to the support w/ all your questions actually
Cheers.
