[Q] SCH-1935 soft bricked - Galaxy S III I9305 (4G LTE + 2GB RAM) Q&A, Help &

Hi all, sorry if this is in the wrong thread, please move it if is. I tried rooting my SCH-1935, but i couldnt find a thread for that model. When i was rooting it as it had the android logo and the loading screen right after the rooting process was almost done it bought be to stock recovery before it was finished and had some red text and now my phone is basically boot looping. Can anyone shed some light on this?
EDIT* This worked for me, it took a while to boot, just don't pull the battery lol.

Bricked G1 in a way I've never seen before

I have a G1 that was given to me stuck on the exclamation point screen.
I've tried various update.zip methods, When i try to update it says it can't read from the recovery. It'll install the update like normal it seems, but then when it reboots, go right back to the exclamation point screen.
It was never rooted. Not sure what version was on it when it bricked
I've searched the forum all day trying to find a thread like this.
Does anyone have any insight into how to fix this?
Thanks

Not sure what rom you tried to put on it but I would bet the camera button is stuck.

Should be the home button in this case. If it was the camera he'd see rainbows, with home it takes you to recovery (the ! screen)
exactly. thanks for the help.
I replaced the buttons and now everything works.

[Q] Won't boot. Possibly bricked?

Trying to help a friend out with her G1 issues. The phone turns on but when it gets to ANDROID boot screen, the red light flashes and it cuts off . The phone is fully-charged. This phone is stock, no root, she has no idea how to do any of that. The last thing she did was a simple data wipe. I was hoping that there is some kind of RSDLite/SBF-like utility for the G1 that restores it from a bricked state.
Any help is appreciated.
Sorry in advance if this is in the wrong section, feel free to move it if desired.
Can you get into bootloader (camera+power) or recovery (home+power)?
Yeah I can do both.

[q] g1 broken by downgrading from cm6

Hi,
I have a G1 that I upgraded to CM6 half a year ago. I was excited in the beginning but the more it began to lack the more I was thinking of restoring to default Android 1.6.
Then one moment I decided to downgrade.
I followed the Downgrade Guide in CyanogenMod forum:
wiki.cyanogenmod.com/index.php?title=Full_Downgrade_Guide_-_HTC_Dream
But it failed. I followed every step carefully but now it got broken some way.
What it actually does:
When booting up it gives the T-Mobile G1 screen and after few seconds, like 20 or so, the screen goes black and reboots. And that in an infinite loop.
It had the rainbow image on it so I can boot fastboot. But has no recovery I think so can't flash zips the way I know to do so..
CAN ANYONE HELP WITH THIS?
I CAN'T LIVE WITHOUT THAT THING!!!
I hope for some response soon!
Greetings!
Steven

Go here and search like you never searched before

I'm not sure if this is right but I think you can try and flash a recovery image from your fastboot then from there maybe you could flash another ROM? I don't know if that is the case but I think it might work. Let us know if it does.
Yes, I heard that as well, but how??
...
I searched the Cyanogen Wiki, Forums but didn't find anything on flashing from fastboot...
Anyone has experience with that or knows where to find usefull information on it?

Put the phone into fast boot while you have the recovery image in your sd card. It will read it and should flash it.

Stuck on Registering after Unrooting

hi everyone. i've been following the forum here for awhile and finally decided to root my brand new NC. i autorooted from 1.1. i saw some things weren't working so i quickly decided to unroot back to factory settings. i unrooted by unregistering the device and turning off the power 8 times. my NC boots up fine, but it gets stuck on the "Registering your Device" page and just remains there with the circle spinning. i think i left it there for more than 30 minutes and nothing happens. has anyone experienced this before? if so, how did you fix it? any help would be appreciated.
sorry if this topic has already been asked - i tried searching but didn't find anything on this specific issue. if there's already a thread, please feel free to share the link with me. thank you!
EDIT: really need some help here... i tried to fix it myself (i know i shouldn't have) and might have made it even worse. i tried to re-autoroot my NC but just completely failed. it was not loading anything anymore, so i tried to unroot again by powering off 8 times. when i restarted, everything looked normal, except the bootloader screen was not stock. it brought me back through the normal tutorial and same thing with it getting stuck on "registering your device". could someone please provide a thorough walkthrough on how to reset to factory settings? i'm seeing all these threads throwing around all these acronyms that i don't understand. seems like i need to try running some clockwork rom but not even sure how to do that. please help!!
Bump, i have just encountered this problem and i need help as well.
Update:
actually just figured it out and heres what fixed my problem, i wasn't doing the factory reset part only the 8 reboot interruptions.

Thanks for your post, even though no one ever helped. I was having the same problem and doing a clear data/factory reset from Clockwork Recover booted from an SD card did the trick for me.

[Q] Stuck at HTC One Boot screen with beatsaudio logo

Hey guys,
First off, I am a complete noob with all this tech stuff. But I felt a little adventurous and wanted to root my One V.
I managed to unlock the bootloader and also root my phone. Phone was working perfectly fine after this. So next I tried installing some custom ROM to change the GUI. I clearly must have done something wrong because my phone is now stuck at the boot screen. I did a google search and stumbled across a page which said I have to go into Recovery mode and Back up or something. I followed the instructions and I'm still facing the same problem. It just won't go past the boot screen. I have no clue what to do next. Now I'm wondering why I even tried to do all this.
What do I do next? Please keep in mind that I'm an utter noob.
