Not sure about that and the ebay page seems to be down. Htc one is not compatible with some devices but you can flash a custom kernal like elementalx to increase compatibility with devices but Im sure if it would make it compatible.

Hi Guys:
Is there a player that can read all (most of) the video formats?
I have TCPMP which is fantastic but it cannot read rmvb.
Yeah, I know I can convert rmvb to avi or divx... but you know... well...
Anyway, thx in advance!
You need Real Player to play .rmvb
Try this :

And let us know the result

Thanks, I'll give it a go.
Anyone know the best format for playback? So I've used standard MP4 with 24 AAC sound. It's OK on windows media player, but I'm gonna try to improve sound quality.

s there ANY substitue to real player for .ram files? i hate real player because it cant play full screen and thats the format AT&Ts cellular video uses...
What does everyone use for:
a. Video Format and Size?
b. Software to Convert?
c. Media Player on their Kaiser to play their videos?
I am trying to determine what the all around most efficient video format and player is. Also looking for a great video converter that is efficient and preferably free.
avi-DivX
SUPER converter\pocket divx encoder
TCPMP!!!!! With Raw or DirectDraw drivers, works great for me!
i am currently using Magic DVD ripper which converts my movies/tv shows into avi's suitable for pda. File size is pretty big but it's pretty much perfect quality and great sound. oh and play them in TCPMP of course. I think my transformers movie is about 1.7gig

Regards,
of course you can play video on the kaiser. just use xilisoft dvd ripper to convert a dvd and then install tcpmp on your pda

Interesting, with such a helpful guy around, live is easy
As I could not find an addon for the media player to accept .avi I switched to Coreplayer. No regrets, but why use 2 programs where one could do the job?
So mr Fruitcake, please expose your sources.
Regards,
Player
The free playert is nice, but drags along - very low frames per minute it seems

Converting files is almost always a slow and tedious process.
http://www.mediaconverter.org/
That what I use but it speed varies on file size
why convert? my tab can handle just about everything sd!
btw there is no most supported format. format says nothing about the codec.
.avi or .mp4 ist just a container. you can have some real cryptic **** inside a bog standard .avi container. just saying
but as i said if its SD it will probably work anyhow. no re-encoding needed.
btw encoding is always a very slow process. if you don't have a super fast computer it will take quite a while. so yeah...
Try A's Video Converter, it' quite easy to use and fast. And supports ati gpu acceleration. Even if u don't have ati card, it's a good app
I think, usually the "most fluently playable" format is the most widely spread Avi[DivX/XviD+Mp3]
Hi again I can't throw any of my DivX films to my tv or anything.. my camera recordings play ok any reason for this

DivX is not a (generally) DLNA-approved standard perhaps?
You will need to check the manual/website for your particular TV. For example:
