not sure what help you r requesting for.

Do you have a regular S4? This is the S4 Active forum, which is waterproof.

hey guys. i have a note that is stuck on the galaxy.note black screen logo. ive tried everything even sending it to mobiletechvideos. after of week of trying the guy told me that the motherboard need to be changed
so i bought a new note (addict.much) and i would to know if samsung or someone else can service my defective note
any info would be greatly appreciated

You cant ship it back to them and have them get it to a Service Center for you? Did it come with any sort of warranty from expansys?

hmm HOW did you get your Note that way? was it shipped to u defective or were you trying to root it?

i was installing rocketrom v20-21 and i had a few bootloops , its obviously my fault but im still looking for repairs regardless even if i have to pay for it

ohhh then you can definitely fix that issue. I had the same problem when I tried to flash RR and I did a battery pull. started phone, stuck on screen that said Galaxy note N7000 and held the buttons to go into Recovery. hold the buttons till recovery shows up not just for 10 seconds sometimes it'll just make phone reboot.

Hi got my son a cheap s3 mini i8190N
The camera does not work get camera failed message, (on both and flash does not work i.e using torch)
Taken apart looks slight water damage, cleaned checked all connections but still same
Tried all the tricks pulling battery, sd card, different software but still nothing when i do the secret number and check camera firmware i get null and cannot update/write.
Is this because all 3 are knackered or is it the camera controller chip faulty/needs re-soldering?
any help please thanks

that dosent help me out with what i asked
, and i didnt get it from a store, it was cheap so he is happy with it.
can get replacement camera modules cheap but will this stop the flash from working?
lol He did hardware moding with lot of bugs I know these guys they even replace processors with cheap chipsets

ummm ok anywhere i can look? ( i have searched)
Just wondered if the null firmware meant the camera is faulty or the chip.
Not too worried about flash can get both camera's for about £10 so might be worth a punt.

Allright, i recently broke my S3 Lte's screen, which is still working properly even though the glass is shattered. Yeah you can do that, i did it myself too. But you have to be really careful man, because if your digitizer get's damaged, you're ****ed. Plus i would buy one with some tools included.

True, but the regular S3 is from the outside (screen/frame/battery) exactly the same as the LTE version, the only difference is a little more RAM and 4G. I used the regular screen too bro.

The phone needs to be resealed properly with approved adhesives if not your phone will not ne water resistant

But you Should give ur phone to service center for that.. Bcoz they do it well and check waterproofness by air tightness test etc..
