USB Cable
Procedure:
Install latest LG Driver installed (available on LG website).
Enable Developer Options on you Android device.
Connect your device to the computer throught the USB cable.
Download Cydia Impactor from http://www.cydiaimpactor.com .
Extract the zip and run impactor.exe (with administrator right if you are on vista or later).
Click on start.
Wait some seconds
Reboot
Go to PlayStore and install SuperSu or get APK from ApkMirror

Recents updates:
Like some users reported LG fixed both masterkey exploit used by impactor to get root, so if you are running a recent firmware or you took an OTA this method may not work, impactor will return "SIGNATURE BUGS UNAVAILABLE"
Alternatives:
Look at Framaroot or TowelRoot
Superuser dont work, the perm is added automaticly to all apps, the superuser not asking for perm, and root works allways in the phone, tested on l5

It's highly recommended to user SuperSU and not SuperUser because it has compatibility problems.
LG patched 2 masterkey bug on v20g firmware and newer.

0.your phone driver must be installed on your pc!
1.download this zip files and extract it on your desktop
2.enable usb debug on your phone(setting/developper/debug usb)
3.connect your phone to your pc
4.open IMPACTOR.exe (you extracted it on your desktop)
5.press start

now you can reboot your phone and install from play store SUPERSU, i have got no luck with SUPERUSER.
SECURITY INFORMATION
root access dont work without a root permission manager(SUPERSU or SUPERUSER), i hope you download it from playstore so you can get official updates!
after you install SUPERSU(or superuser) you can use ROOT APPS(you must buy or download them!)
for example some root apps are:
-android terminal emulator(terminal/cmd)
-root explorer(filemanager with root permission)
-lucky patcher(apps manager!)
-root check(verify root access)
-link2sd(need 2nd partion on sdcard)

after root you should disable debug usb! malicious malware can enter into your device from virus if you had ii/them on your pc!

Cydia Impactor
Cydia Impactor is a GUI tool for working with Android devices. It has features already, but is still very much a work-in-progress.
Right now, its key feature is an end-to-end exploit of the Android "Master Key" vulnerability, allowing a user to obtain root access on many Android devices (including Glass and TV).
Download Cydia Impactor for Mac OS X or Windows. (These URLs will always redirect to the most recent versions, so feel free to directly link to the packages from howto guides.)
If you are on Windows, you may have to install a device driver to talk to your device over USB. For more information, Google has a list of drivers; you might also try Koushik's Universal Windows ADB Driver. You do not need the Android SDK.
Impactor actually has a feature to help you install a driver: if your device is not recognized, select "Scan Devices" under the USB menu.
To download new versions, use "Check for Updates..." under the Impactor menu from inside of the application. Impactor will also occasionally prompt about new versions that come out.
If you are having problems using Cydia Impactor (it crashes, doesn't work on your device, or simply doesn't make any sense) please join #android on irc.saurik.com and ask a question.
The Android "Master Key" vulnerability was found by Bluebox Security. For more information on how this bug works, I have done an overly-detailed article on the exploit technique.
If that bug is not available, Impactor will instead attempt to use a different signature verification bug. For more information on how that bug works, I have done another article on the new exploit.
It is possible that your device has been patched against both bugs; Impactor will inform you of this. If you'd like to check before spending time working with Impactor, you can try either the Bluebox Security Scanner or the alternative SRT AppScanner (which I have found to provide fewer false positives than Bluebox's tool).
Some devices are also patched against the second stage now used to get root; devices that are patched will show "link failed file exists". (This second stage was made possible due to help from @giantpune.)
Also, root access isn't sufficient on some devices, as they require kernel patches (the Samsung Galaxy S4 is a good example of this problem).
If you try to use the telnetd options, you must first manually indtall a copy of busybox to /data/local/tmp/busybox; later versions of Impactor will do this for you as required.

New "impactor" update, new masterkey exploit added
now you should be able to root the v20g firmware
support for 4.1.2 and 4.0.3 should work also on l3,l3 II,l4,l5,l5 II,l7,l7 II and l9

THE TOOL
This is a tool for rooting the International Galaxy Note (GT-N7000) only. It runs all the methods known at the moment. I have not developed anything but gather all the procesess in just one script file.
Take into consideration that this is not one click only, as the root for ICS and GB 2.3.6 need interaction with the user and in the latter case needs the use of Odin to downgrade.
Rooting Methods
Gingerbread
Version 2.3.5 is direct rootable with DooMLoRD'S easy rooting Kit (included in the script)
Version 2.3.6 is downgraded to a prerooted 2.3.5 rom (which is downloaded and pushed to the device). From there, you can flash Mobile Odin and update to any Android version you are willing.
IceCream Sandwich and JellyBean
You can choose among three choices External sdcard is required for this!!.:
1. Flashing signed zip version of Philz kernel (safe kernel + advanced recovery)
2. Flashing SuperSU in stock recovery without changing the kernel.
3. Flashing SU and busybox in stock recovery.
You can choose to root using Exynos Abuse app from Chainfire also (Not included in the script). For this method go to these threads:

The tool guides you through the whole process and prompts the instructions in the cmd session. The files needed to gain root access will be downloaded automatically by the script and md5sum checked. However, you need to follow instructions in order to suceed.
INSTRUCTIONS
This is a windows script only...to succeed, follow these steps:
Samsung drivers have to be installed. Install Kies in your PC to get the lastest drivers. Make sure that the phone is unplugged when you install the drivers.
Download the GalaxyNote-OneClickRoot.zip file and unzip it somewhere you can find it.
Open the OneClickRoot.cmd file as administrator (use right click over the file and run as administrator)
Enable USB debugging in the phone.
Plug the phone to the PC and just follow the instructions.

Actually, it supports all Android versions. Direct rootable are done directly with Doomlord's tool, but all the other versions needs the user to follow instructions. Take into consideration that GB 2.3.6 needs to be downgraded first. But the downgrade firmware and the correct cf kernel are all downloaded by the script, even Odin is included...you just need to press start and follow commands, the rest in done in here.
For ICS, the files needed are downloaded and sent to your sdcard / external_sd. The phone booted in stock recovery and from there on, you have to flash the files....not 100% but don't have to look for the files and the correct thread. All the instructions are in the screen...

Is your device N7000 or N7000B? that is weird, I have tested many times with my HTC and my Note and works great.
Just a favor, would you send me the following info:
Plug your phone with usb debugging on
Open a cmd in the PC
Type: adb shell getvar all
Paste the outcome as code in here or send me a pastebin link

Why does the bootloader unlock method of the toolkit not work for me?
ANSWER:
In most cases it doesn't work, because you have a different bootloader.
I'm on it to implement another method, too (see below), but it will take some time I guess

When this gave this error, I tried the CWM option of this tool here, but same error. Unlocking doesn't seem to work? EDIT: Found a solution for my euro 4.1.2:
1. use adb shell to get to your phone, su root (adb is around in many tools here ... use any adb. Requires LGs USB drivers to be installed and the phone is recognized by windows)
2. Use "cat /sys/firmware/fuse/odm_reserved >/data/local/tmp/odm_reserved" to generate a textfile in the tmp directory
3. Go there by filebrowser and edit that odm_reserved file. Inside is a large number: 0x0000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000004000000000
4. Change this number, so that the last two zeroes read c8: 0x00000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000040000000c8
(the forum inserts a space in the numbers, which doesn't exist in the file ... do not add a space, it is one big number)
5. Save the file

Try installing these drivers manually in device manager, it should work then after a retry.
(How-To Install: Unzip the .rar and choose the folder on manual installation of drivers in device manager)

I already have root, jump some procedure? I want to unlock the Bootloader and install CMW. Where do I put the downloaded file? The file is downloaded directly into the mobile phone? Or can be downloaded on the PC and transfer, for example, to sd card phone? For a Noob, I would appreciate more information to install this tool. thank you

This is a commandline tool so it's supposed to be extracted to a folder on the computer and run from there (with phone connected via cable in download mode perhaps?)

Before you start ,, go to Settings/About Phone/Software information/software version.
If it's "EUR-xxx" then you can unlock it by this tool .
But if it's another thing then you can't unlock it .
Download the tool ,, extract the folder (by 7zip , winrar , windows explorer ..etc) .
Then open the folder ,, double click on "[All-In-One][P880].bat" .
The tool will ask you if you have the drivers ,, install them if you don't have .
Then the tool will show you 8 options .
In your phone go to Settings/Developer Options/Check "USB Debugging" ,, then connect phone .
Then choose the number of Bootloaders (option 2) ,, then your phone will restart and will show (on the screen) a confirmation to unlock your bootloaders ,, wait until your bootloaders been unlock .
IF YOU UNLOCK THE BOOTLOADERS , THIS WILL FORMAT YOUR PHONE , INCLUDING APPS , PHOTOS , VIDEOS ...
After the phone boot up ,, go to Setting/Developer options/check "USB Debugging" (The same as you did before) .
Connect phone ,, choose CWM Recovery option .
By the way .. "GBoot Menu" is much better than CWM .
That's all .

Making it for linux shell is much easier than on cmd . But If there is a linux user , then he has the enough knowledge and doesn't need a tool .
I have some experience with linux shell scripting ,, setup ADB on linux is more difficult than it's on windows ,, 99% of the use windows because it's famous and easy to use ,, plus it supports most of the flashing tools .
Maybe I will make one works inside the phone (In the terminal) . To make it easier switching from recoveries & kernels .

*BASIC*
UNCHECK PRELOADER & MOBILE_INFO
1.- Unrar the backup to a folder.
2.- Install MT65XX drivers (Only if don´t have already installed)
3.- Run SP Flash Tools. (Windows 7&8 run it as administrator)
4.- On Flash Tools, load MT6589_Android_scatter_emmc.txt file from backup folder, by pressing "Scatter-loading" button.
5.- Unmark PRELOADER y MOBILE_INFO (Warning, it´s dangerous flash those files. Be sure unmark it)
6.- Load cutspack.img on Flash Tools by pressing on "CUTSPACK"
7.- Press "Donwload" button.
8.- Connect the phone, at power off state, to the PC and wait to SP Flash tools finish. (A pop-up with a green circle will appear when it finish)
9.- Unplug the phone from the usb and power on it into recovery mode, by pressing power on + volume up.
10.- Wipe data/factory reset & wipe cache partition, then reboot the phone.

very great!...didn't try yet!....Any chance to remove the Chinese app?
also I noticed (only very disappointing point so far about this phone) that videos are recorded at 30fps FHD only with enough light condition (outdoor morning). If indoor (e.g. evening with artificial light) the fps drop to 16-17fps and I suspect it has to do with some exposure compensation! Is there any way to improve this? It would be amazing!....

Most of the Chinese apps are removed, i ll have to check if i missed something
cause my test phone is not available, so i haven't try the rom yet.
About the recording, it should be better after the tweaks i ve implement, but i ll search it further

GPS Fix for Mediatek Devices
For those with GPS issues, try this fix ->
First of all we need to donwload the “Mobileuncle MTK Tools” from Play Store and switch off the GPS. After that, we can start with the how-to:
Open the app and press “Engineer Mode”:
After that press “Engineer Mode (MTK)”:
Once you are in the Engineer mode for MTK devices, you should go to “Location” and then to “Location Based Services”:
Now, we tap on EPO and check that “Enable EPO” is enabled and then press on “EPO IDLE”:
“EPO IDLE” will change to “EPO DOWNLOADING”, so you will need to wait few minutes to download a file, I suggest that use it with a Wifi connection.
Once EPO DOWNLOADING back again to “EPO IDLE” we can press back and enter into YGPS:
In the YGPS you will need to press on “Hot”, “Full” and “AGPS Restart”:
Now that you are done test your GPS and you should find that it is faster and more precise! If you haven any questions or comments let me know in the

Hhold volume down and power on , this should reboot your device. Or you can connect from adb, and aplly adb reboot or adb reboot recovery.

Who care about warranty? don't be a ***** and Unlock the Bootloader on Your RAZR i thread by mattlgroff . ( for locked BL, flash stock brasil (in a LATAM phone of course), in RSD-Lite and then apply the OTA KK update).
First i recommend you read the “All Things” Razr I Index thread by Hazou
This TWRP backup come from a clean stock rom 982.50.29.XT890.Brasil.en.BR flashed in RSD-Lite, and updated to Kit-Kat using forced OTA update 990.46.70.XT890.en.BR then Debloated using [SCRIPT] Debloater for KitKat, JB & ICS by waj3k
for last installed SuperSu. You will get not crappy apps from motorola, Install your favorite apps in a lot of space.
Install steps:
Unlock your bootloader (if locked)
Install TWRP, this is a TWRP 2.8.0.1 backup, using [RECOVERY] Unofficial TWRP 2.8.0.1 thread by Hazou ( Tip : you can just Flashify TWRP2.8.0.1.img )
Make a Backup of your current ROM in the microSD you will need the phone's serial number later!
Download the backup and decompress it, in temp folder ( you will need get the B1 Free Archiver, get it at http://b1.org/ )
you MUST rename the /TWRP/BACKUPS/TA3240B01X/ folder to your phone's serial number ! you can get this in you first backup or in Fastboot as "Barcode" or in ADB as device
now copy /TWRP/BACKUPS/YourSerialNo/2014-11-13--21-54-05 KIA20.70/ to you microSD
Restore it using TWRP ( Tip : in TWRP Settings i use "Use rm-rf instead of formatting" because format took an eternity )
Restart and enjoy a clean stock Kit-Kat rom in your RAZR i
You will get a Kit-Kat FINAL Debloated Stock ROM for Motorola RAZR i XT890 Rooted :

I've flashed this debloated version and so far so good! Exceptfor Greenify... it didn't hibernate apps automatically and when i try to hibernate then manually, it stay on "hibernating" screen forever... But everything else is working fine! Thanks for your effort!

Realized the downalod file but it has an extension " .b1 " . I wonder how can I use this type of file, if anyone can help I will be grateful.
Why he uses the b1 format, I don't know. The b1 format is almost never used. Should have used the zip format or rar. anyone can decompres that. But there is a b1 extractor. Just search the web
its a nice job but...when i installed...the backup give me a lot files useless and the internal memory, show me anothers folders, like if my phone was another phone (backup)...and my olders files, cant be seen it, when i connect my phone to my pc...in the end, i flash the JB rom of brazil with rsd lite and update, via recovery, to KK and i dont haved issues, except the low sound when i listen music in the google music...

I recommend you flash RSDlite stock JB and restore the backup in a clean JB rom.
I flashed the EU version but it wasn't rooted. I tried reapplying the razriroot2.zip but it didn't root the device although the installation was successful. Can anyone help?

this way of obtaining root doesnt work with global phone (firmware 7.1.0.0g). you need to have chinese phone with firmware 7.1.0.0a to get root with mroot site Global firmware 7.1.0.0g cant get root yet
if you want to put chinese firmware 7.1.0.0a to your global device and get root check this link

i see you are a new member the guide is difficult for beginners and i suggest you dont try it
you can go back to 7.0.0g and get root easier.

Do you know if root obtained in China ROM 7.1.0.0 A is enabled for a specific Flyme account? If it does, would be possible to enable root in 7.1.0.0 G for the same account after it obtained root in A ROM for the same account? Does Meizu server remembers that it gave root rights for that account and would enable root further, no matter what ROM (G orA) that account logs in?
I tried only latest Beta ROM but in this firmware it isn't possible to use mroot method because Beta ROM uses the same old root prior to 7.1.0.0 G and I didn't bother to install latest A stable.

I followed the guide and installed 7.1.0.0A and i automatically had root i didnt had to follow the mroot procedure.
Now that i check the mroot site my phone is in the list together with my other meizu phone mx4pro.
So there is a possibility for root to work even with 7.1.0.0 G
But i havent tested it. If i have time ill try it

That's too bad. I gave up Beta ROM and settled on 6.1.3.2G, it's more battery friendly than 7.0.0.0G.
One more question, maybe you know the anwser: did you managed to replace stock root with SU and install SuperSU and Xposed framework in 6.1.3.2G?

Read my answer again i edited it . I tried the mroot site again and my phone is shown in the list. Maybe it works even in G firmware but it needs testing. Supersu doesnt work it causes bootloop. If you remember from the guide it also told us to no reboot after superSu installation and use

Do you have some words about the other issue from my previous comment, about SuperSU and Xposed?
EDIT: my phone also appears on mroot website, but I can't apply for rooting because I'm on an older ROM that doesn't support mroot app and I can't find PSN and CHIPID elsewhere And I didn't noted these numbers nowhere...

I havent managed to make superSu to work either with 6 or 7 flyme with meizu pro 7. It causes bootloop after reboot.. superSu works with my other phone mx4pro that has flyme 6.2 firmware but based on android 5.about xposed i didnt try it in my pro 7 .

After a short period on China stable and beta ROMs, I decided to come back to the latest Global ROM, 7.1.0.0G and I had a very big surprise: I obtained root!
So, after installing latest Global firmeware, a couple of days ago, I checked mroot.flyme.cn and reapplied for root authorization, mostly because my device appeared on that list of devices to chose from (a code and Meizu Pro 7 name, as in the screenshot). This was not the case before installing chinese ROMs, when only two weird alphanumeric strings were showing, with no particular name or phone model. Today, I checked the mroot app and the root button turned blue I pressed it and, after a few messages, it dissappeared and a short chinese text was shown on the app main page. I went to activate root like the tutorials suggest: in easy mode create a shortcut to root.OpenSystemRightActivity and activate the root function by entering Flyme account password. After the phone rebooted the root capability was enabled, every app I use that needs root works flawlesly.
So, I confirm: root can be obtained on the latest Flyme 7.1.0.0G for Meizu Pro 7 M792H.

Thats good news!!! . I am still in 7.1.0.0A(chinese) but i ll try it when i go back to global rom.
