[REQUEST] stock at&t - Motorola Atrix HD

Does anybody have a flashable zip of the Stock AT&T jellybean ROM that is rooted? I accidentally deleted my backup and want to go back easily if possible. Don't have access to a computer.
Sent from my Atrix HD using Tapatalk 2

I dont think you can flash a stock but you do can restore a backup of it.
In order for you to flash stock you need a pc and use the rsdlite software and once on stock re-root and install a recovery and then backup the stock 4.1 att rom

You could flssh holo blur. It's almost stock.

I guess everyone missed Skeevydude's nice Stock 4.1.2 flashable which is far less restricted and no bloat then 4.11 and it's holoblur 0.9's source.
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2209660
I also have my own custom built rom Streamlined 0.4 deoxidized running stock kernel with tweaks and some stuff themed as well as Google Play market (Custom) and more which also uses 4.1.2 source.
Info: As to not step on toes with HoloBlur I have made my rom private by PM request only.

FXZ to stock JB using the method outlined here that will put you at stock 4.1.2 and then you or whoever you sell it to can use it as is or safestrap it and goto a custom rom. I personally use the official AOKP JB 4.2.2 on mine and EVERYTHING works and is very stable. If you do use the AOKP it is a kexec kernel so it will have to be installed in ROM slot 2 in order to work.

[Q] STOCK VS custom ROM for D3 XT862

HELLO ...i am new to the Android world but an expert in the windows world...... i do also love linux
i have a Droid 3 XT862 running Android 2.3 and i want to experience the freedom of rooting my D3
i had hoped my first Android phone would be high spec running the latest OS (or almost) but i am not ready to risk using a touch-screen only phone because i hav had some bad experiences with touchscreen keyboards....thats pretty much why i got the D3 instead of the RAZR or the DROID BIONIC
QUES #1:
how difficult is it to revert back to my original Android 2.3 OS if i find it difficult to use a custom ROMS?? i really want to use my camera so a chance to revert bak to my original V2.3 wud be nice
QUES #2:
is the phones ability to install apps affected in any way by upgrading the Android version ( FOTA) or rooting?? for example..... i am going to test run my V2.3 os for a while and install many apps, will these same apps be able to install on the custom ROMS?? ...... wat are some of the advantages or disadvantages for installing apps on stock V2.3 and then try to install the same apps on any of the below custom roms:
OFFICIAL CyanogenMod 10.1 (Android 4.2.2): [NIGHTLIES]
[ROM][JB] [4.2.2] Avatar ROM for Motorola Droid 3 (solana)
[ROM][4.2.2][OFFICIAL] LiquidSmooth v2.1 - solana -
[ROM] Official PACman Droid 3
[ICS AOSP ROM] "AOKP" (Android Open KANG Project)
[ROM STEEL DROID]
[Closed]RemICS-UX v1.3.1 - Galaxy S3 on Your Droid 3
.....ETC
QUES#3 :
BBM Messenger will be available for phones running Android 4.0 or higher this summer, I am interested in trying it out and i want to know if these custom ROMS will allow me to install it without much difficulty......
QUES#4:
I am assuming that once i root my phone and install a custom ROM using safe strap or a similar tool, this is the same as dual booting, in which i can switch between stock os and custom ROMS at will.......am i right ??
QUES #5:
How may Custom ROMS am i able to install while making sure my phone is stable ??
THANKS MUCH !!!!!.....

Reverting to stock is as simple as plugging the phone into your computer and flashing stock firmware with a utility. Custom roms and rooting shouldn't affect app installation, with the caveat of some video rental apps won't work on rooted devices(piracy prevention). BBM should install on any custom rom ics and up, but until it's released we won't know for sure. All that being said, sometimes a particular app may have issues with custom roms but it's the exception, not the rule. Yes you can switch roms similar to a dual boot, although data from one rom isn't visible to another, like app data, text messages, call log. Sdcard contents are though. Safestrap creates img files for custom rom slots, you can have up to 4(in addition to stock) I believe, although I no longer use safestrap so I'm not totally sure. The more you have the less Sdcard space available and the custom roms can be pretty buggy sometimes. Personally I just flash over the stock rom since its so easy to return to stock if needed. I also only run gb roms since I need the camera

Cant thank you enough bro.... just glad that i can run ICS apps on the custom roms and revert back to Stock when i need it ..... and i think it will be a good idea for me to install a GB ROM as well .......
you said "The more you have the less Sdcard space available"......... does that mean these custom roms are supposed to STAY on the SD-card ??
i thought after u installed the custom roms, you could do watever you want to the SD card

[Q] How do I go back to mostly stock?

Long story short, my work gave me a new phone, my daughter's Galaxy crapped out, and I am going to give her my AT&T Atrix HD (that I no longer need). It has been running CM 10.1 since I got it, but I want it to be as AT&T stock as possible for her. What's the easiest, most reliable way to get it back to (mostly) stock condition? Note that the bootloader can remain unlocked, she won't be taking it to an AT&T store for service.
Bro u need odin and original firmware... Then u can get back to stock

Odin is for Samsung.. Use rsd lite or fastboot stock there's a tutorial in general I believe or maybe android development. It's sticked either way.

try holoblur it is mostly stock but the bloat has been removed.
I used RSD Lite and a stock ROM. Worked a charm, thanks!

+1. I'm running v0.8.4 with Pure Performance and it's fast, has excellent battery life, and is really stock.
Check out RSD lite guides/tutorials for flashing back to stock - RSD lite is made by Motorola and should only be used for reverting back to stock
NOTE: Reflashing Stock ROM will not relock the bootloader, in case you're wondering
EDIT: Good to know everything's fine, didn't look down the forum haha

@sd_shadow has a stock nandroid backup you can use in his google docs folder located here: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1zKJ22e26gDD54YXYRWZE5IlL71MJa6pXDJ_EshpLDUU/edit
Big thanks to sd_shadow for his folder full of Droid 4 goodies
use the correct Stock Rom Nandroid ics or jellybean
Thanks a million. Got my phone restored in no time. Thanks again!
I have the same problem. By mistake I reflashed (deleted) stock rom with CM 10.2.1 (Android 4.3.1) in Safetrap.
What can I do now to recover the stock rom?
Can I use "Stock Nandroids" from google docs above (I cant post links, because Iam new member) ??? And if yes, which one?
Or I cant use it a must take this long procedure ? - "Restore your Motorola Droid 4 (XT894) to stock" from google docs above.
Thank you for your reply.
the jellybean nandroid should work fine

The jellybean nandroid does not work. I placed unziped folder in internal sdcard/TWRP/BACKUPS and try to restore in safestrap 3.60 but the safetrap didnt see the backup (
if safestrap can not see it, it is not placed correctly

You can not downgrade stock firmware, because of the locked bootloader.
There maybe a modified stock GB rom that is compatible with Safestrap or Boot Manager Menu, but don't think so.
There are a few good modified Jellybean stock roms that work well.
Well that is interesting most other phones you can....cause I mainly love the interface and I think the performance would be far better than on JB or ICS hmmm.....well if you can downgrade the bionic back to gingerbread.....then I may go with that one cause its another viable option or are all the droid lines locked with their boot loader

none of the Motorola Droids can be downgraded, unless there is an exception with the Bionic, I don't have one.

Stock/custom rom

This may be a dumb question, but in another thread abt wifi issues, I mentioned that I'm on Eclipse and my wifi works fine. Another user said that Eclipse is a stock rom, not a custom rom, and that's why I didn't have the WiFi problem.
I had to flash Eclipse so I therefore assume it's a custom rom. If this person is correct, then my question is, what is considered a custom rom? And why is Eclipse considered a stock rom?
Sent from my XT1060 using XDA Free mobile app
Some ROMs are based on Stock ROM.. Without bloats....
Some change everything including the UI... Those are Custom.
This is how I was told.. :3
Sent from my SM-N9005
Eclipse is a custom ROM based on a stock build. Eclipse has been heavily modified but everything that works on stock will work on Eclipse and more.
