I'm having trouble getting xposed framework to install on the Rom 'Renovate' rev 6. I've updated my su binaries and when I try to install xposed everything works fine until I reboot. Then the app_process gets removed... The Rom clearly states it suppports xposed and even has an option for it in the aroma installer. What am I doing wrong here?

Ask for support in the ROM thread, I'm sure you'll get more help.
Don't have the privilege to post there yet... I'm pretty sure it's because I'm s-on though...

So I have this phone for a month now and have been trying roms... So if someone could help me here with a question. Is viperOne the only rom with a tweak app? Cause all other roms need to do stuff in aroma which is kinda boring and might cause problems..

Have you tried installing the xposed framework? Some nifty mods you can add with that.

Arhd has the sense 5 toolbox, gharrington also offers 3minit framework mods, seems like it's just getting started on the One, but on the s4 the options are unlimited

Viper is the best for Tweaking atm.
Because with a click you can tweaks all you want.
The toolbox need a flash from recovery, and if you don't like some thing, you have to reflash.
The xposed framework is another solution, but there isn't all the option that Viper give

The Sense 5 toolbox is installed as any other apk... it does not need to be flashed in recovery!
It is an Xposed module and like any other changes are made by selecting/deselecting options and any number of changes can be made without any need for re-flashing or re-installing.
Please don't provide the wrong information to other users.... as an RC you should know better.
Ok thanks for your opinions
I'll stick with viperOne which has basically anything a user can need.

Sorry, when i saw it, i saw a zip file, so, maybe i'm remebering wrong
And, however, the toolbox have a fewer number of tweaks
I may be just an idiot, but:
I have installed imperium V7.1 on my S4 which appears to already have Xposed installed, or so it tells me when i try to install it through ESFile explorer myself) All I get in my app drawer is the Wanam Xposed app which does not contain anything to do with the Modules.
How the heck do I get to the Modules section and install them??
Did you try the xposed installer from http://dl.xposed.info/latest.apk

Yes thank you I have tried it, it tells me existing package with same name is already installed.

Think I've cracked it now.. To access the installer I have to install/update an apk. such as snapshare, and then I can access the xposed installer with all the modules etc... something not right but got mods up and running now

Note that I can't support pre-installed/modified versions of Xposed, only the official versions. To install those, you would have to first remove the pre-installed version from /system/app or /system/priv-app (or via Titanium Backup).
Hi guys!
I have a samsung galaxy s +, and have installed [ROM][AOSP][CM][4.2.2]Unofficial LiquidSmooth-JB v2.4 The problem is that it has pre-installed xposed and i have to open xposed from settings, so I'm not allowed to install the xposed newest version because there is a trouble with apk's already installed. How can I update my version of xposed?
Information: Xposed installler: 2.1.3 xposedbridge.jar: 2.1.2
Excuse me for my english and I hope that you can help me with that
You need to uninstall from system and reinstall again. You can't update xposed when it's installed to system.

I have tried to install modules from xposed on my tmobile Samsung galaxy note 4 and it has twice got stuck on the tmobile screen while rebooting. Is this a known issue and is there a workaround? I was using the Wanam (sp?) module and I think the protected apps module. Thanks!
I've given up for now on using Xposed on the Note 4. I've had lag and apps force closing with Xposed installed. I'm not aware of any fix, but it did seem to run well on the Firekat ROM when I was on NJ7.
Did either of you install xsecurestorage immediately after installing xposed to eliminate secure storage hangs?
Sent from my SM-P900 using Tapatalk
Didn't try that, just did the other secure storage fixes in Wanam and build.prop. Does that work better?
Only one way to find out. I did not apply any of the others, I went straight to that module first and then to wanam.
