If you're telling the truth then you really need to learn how to search properly. Next time, start with;-
[INDEX] The Optimus 4X/P880 Index - Guides, ROMs, MODs etc.!

I tried to download from: http://lg-phone-firmware.com/index.php?id_mod=15 but says access denied.
What versipn i should download? V20A?
I see this is kdz, not zip. It's ok to flash with this? http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2134192
LE: i downloaded deodexed version beacause it's zip

what i would do in your case is go to the develpoment section and either flash a v20L official gingerbread update (kdz file, you will find an explanation thread how to flash it in there) or download an official froyo rom from original firmware section.
as far as i know you cant flash roms from PC, only basebands/ official updates and so. you need to flash roms through clockworkmod recovery.
concerning CM7 i use nightly builds. they are constantly updated with new stuff/ fixes etc, so its the very latest version of the rom. experimental mod is something you should not care about . and a stable build is basically a nightly that has been picked as a stable build.
cheers

I'm curious why you would like to go back to factory. You might want to check these out:

These are very close to stock v20l + fixes + optimizations

don't use smartflash, it will format you entire data (sdcard internal). better use KDZ since it won't erase you data only system

[Q] Official Gingerbread ROM?

Where can I get the latest Official Gingerbread ROM?
Either from B2C (LG Update Tool) or you grab the kdz (google for it, or search the forum) and use R&D tool plus workaround to flash it (see in my noob how to )
What about those? Can I istall them using ROM manager?
and whick version is the latest?
http://get.cm/?device=p970
Yeah you can, but they are buggy, but that's your own choice, read the CM discussion thread about it. The latest is the one on top
Cm buggy? Even Zeus rom has bugs... let the man choose for himself. For me cm is by far better than Zeus or other cooked rom. But that is just my point of view, test a lot of roms, then choose whatever you want.
Remember when flashing a new rom do data wipes and cache wipes.

[Q] How do i know

i installed philz recovery yesterday after which i bricked my n7000 while i tried installing the C-Rom .

Something which is stable ,smooth and latest !!

While on GB you cannot install any kernel from recovery.. only using Odin. . You have to be either on ICS or JB to be able to follow Philz kernel install steps.

First of all, Thanks a lot for your reply. Now i understand why and how my several attempts failed

I just updated my phone to JellyBean using the official update option in the phone.
Can you please direct me to the right link to install kitkat rom from using odin .

KK cannot be installed using Odin as its a custom rom.. As you are on JB, root it using one of the Philz kernels matching your rom build number (post 3 or Philz thread TW).. The flash raw r4 kernel, boot into its recovery and then flash KK roms.

Please kindly just reply by answering the specifically asked question regarding the kit kat rom.
I am in a confused state as i can see there are a huge amount of ROMs available many are nightly made, which say them to be not in a stable state.
Found the SlimKat in the forum ,downloading the ROM SlimSaber-n7000-4.4.2-20140531.zip 139mb
Installation instructions..
Download the latest build from [here]
Gapps ( if you don't have it already) from [here]
!Recommended! Full wipe, and manual format /system
Flash ROM and the gapps you want, reboot
Maybe a silly question but ,Do i need to download the gapps files & why ??

Please kindly start to grow up and read and learn yourself. Do not expect spoon-feeding from other members.
This is a development forum. It is not expected that you are a developer but it would be a sign of respect to read their threads and follow their instructions - they spent a lot of their time writing them. And if you not understand then try to use the search.

Not one of these questions show anything of this:
the first is part of the installation instructions.
the second can be found with the search (and was answered thousands of times)
the third is simply against XDA rules
To flash a kitkat rom, the recovery needs to be compatible with SE linux.
The recovery is part of a kernel
To flash a kitkat rom you need to flash a recent kernel first.
Try flashing raw kernel r4,r5, or Forest-CM11. it does not matter that they are incompatible with your current or future roms, they will get overwritten when you flash a rom (roms include kernels).
Then reboot recovery or restart phone and enter recovery again.
Then you wipe cache, data, and system.
Then flash the kitkat rom of choice.

If you are rooted then just flash ultimatum ROM .zip file
It has AROMA installer and it will ask you which kernel to install.
If you want to flash kernel separately then you can find the files on Ultimatum ROM page itself.
Glad you replied me bro
Thanks alot for the reply..
Sir
While Flashing Kernels, Should i look into BaseBand or Something related to it. I have DDKQ8. Well this ROM supports this ? How to check that
For installing CM 10.1 or 11, Latest CWM version i required. So for installing CM 7.2 Is CWM 5.2.0.6 is enough ? or i need to upgrade ?
Waiting for ur Helping Hands..

If you are running a Stock rom, root your device and flash CWM5 and then you'll be able to upgrade your firmware
With CWM5 (Stock rom e.g.) you can flash directly CM10.x and viceversa, so:
CMW5.x >>> Stock Roms/CM7.x/CM9./CM10.x
CMW6.x >>> CM11/Omni/Android 4.4.x

Installing CM11 (ROM) from stock android Gingerbread

Yes..
Flash Phil jb kernel using Odin... Then use that recovery to flash a cm11 kernel like raw kernel.. Then flash the kitkat rom... You should make the backup of your current rom if you want before installing the newer OS kernel.
Thanks for the reply. Can you give me the links so I can make the procedure. And also what is the latest stock rom for the GT-N7000? Thanks.
Just check the development section of xda n7000.. All links are there and for latest jb rom you can check samfirmware.com
