Yes that's right. I have made a package that should install according to what version of Ice Cream Sandwich you are on. I have tested it on my SGS Running OneCosmic's RC3
This took most of today for me to figure out cause I am new lol and want to learn rapidly and maybe be considered for collaboration with other ROM projects

Reboot to ClockworkMod Recovery.
Install zip from sdcard
Choose zip from sdcard

i can't found play store after flashing JB gapps .....i don't know if this gapps isn't compatible with CM10 beta 3 may be it is the problem !!!!!!!

how exactly is this rom built? Seems like a ROM downloaded then extracted - then adding/removing some stuff . zip it and done. am i right or wrong?

first of all its not a rom from sources, is a tweaked rom( i havent the acess to build rom from sources atm:/),i use my teams tweaks and mods in this rom for battery life and performance^^

++more work on some things ,but anaway test rom like= stay hate =change rom or go bk to an old back up its easy.At my side i like to see new roms offtopic i havnts s5 yet maybe on tuesday i get one,my current device is lg g2 thats why is not sure to work on a rom from source for s5.

Installation Guide
First, power off your tablet and then hold down Home+Power+VolumeUp to boot into recovery (CWM, TWRP, Philz Touch, etc.)
Wipe/Factory Reset your tablet. WARNING: THIS WILL ERASE ALL DATA, SO MAKE A BACKUP.
When that's done, go ahead and flash the .zip you downloaded from your SD card.
When that's done, reboot your tablet.
Everything should go well, but it might take a bit of time to boot at first. Don't worry. This happens with every ROM. But when you're done, you should see the Samsung setup wizard. Done!
Screenshots
Ignore the Helvetica Neue font and "DIDNEY WORL" on the lock screen. I set those for myself, which means when this ROM is first flashed, you will have the Roboto font and no personal message on the lockscreen, although you can set it yourself.

I just wanna ask, I want to get started on CM 12 theming but i just dont get the main concept of it. I google the tutorial and stuff and i wanna know : -
1) how to generate the apk to install the cm12 theme ? i download the template from cyanogenmod wiki (is it correct ? ).
2)decompile the 3rd party apps using apktool and dump all the pngs and xml into assets/overlays ? http://forum.xda-developers.com/android/themes/guide-theming-3rd-party-apps-t3221714

Example: assets/overlay/com.android.settings/res/...
