Download the RUU.exe.
Assuming you have the correct drivers installed on your pc which can be achieved by downloading and installing HTC sync manager, plug your device into your pc and double click on the RUU.exe file.
*An RUU.exe will wipe your device so you will have to set it up again from scratch when you have finished.

sounds good!
my last question, can I install stock RUU and my device will be regular device? If yes. Where can I get stock ruu?
because I bought my device from eBay the the Bayer wasn't told me its dev edition..
I don't know what you mean by "stock" and "regular". The developer edition is basically the same AT&T version, but with unlocked bootloader. It's not irregular.

Are you defiantly sure it is a developer edition? Considering the bootloader is "Relocked" They shipped with the bootloader unlocked.

there is a lot of ruus.. which one i choose?
Pretty sure you don't have a developer edition. If you had red text when booting up the phone, it just means the phone has been tampered with, generally speaking.
If you can get to the bootloader (turn phone off, then hold the volume down button, then press and release the power button), Once you're in the bootloader, look to see if your device says S-Off or S-On. Also, it should say OS-[numbers and dots]. Post what it says there. If you're unable to get into the bootloader, it may be difficult or impossible to recover the device.
this what is showing what i do it.

That should be the RUU you need to run. Put the phone in bootloader mode, select fastboot by pressing power when fastboot is highlighted, plug the phone into the computer, and run this RUU.
This is my educated guess. But if it were my phone, this is what I would do to recover it.
---------- Post added at 09:09 PM ---------- Previous post was at 09:07 PM ----------
Assuming this RUU is successful, you should be able to immediately update to Android 4.3. Also, the tampered and security warning will likely go away.
If any of this is successful, please hit the thanks button. I hope this works out!
it wasn't successful
when the process in Sending Signature I get the message (attached)..
what should I do now?

Are you on Windows 8?
You only need a Fastboot connection.
If you choose in Bootloader -> Fastboot, there's under the H-Boot Information in a red, bold fonnt the word "Fastboot". If it changes to "Fastboot USB", you can try the command on you pc, while its connected to the Pc.
fastboot devices
if there appears one Device, it's almost done. Only thing you now need to do is running the RUU.exe on you Pc and just follow the commands from the exe.

as per my knowledge you can flash custom rom but NOT custom kernel through recovery if you have a locked bootloader
so you can flash those roms which do not require there own specific kernel.

I did check your previous post and the link you asked about is not a version of CWM that will work on the HTC Incredible S. The link you found was for the Motorola Atrix HD and would not work on the IncS.
My signature on this post has a link for 4EXT Touch recovery which I would recommend you take a look at.
I've searched the Forum but I'm so over-my-head that I'm not really finding my exact issue and I'm kinda trying things willie nillie which I know is going to leave me with a bricked phone.
I tried following the rooting guide at http://htconeroot.com/htc-one-root/how-to-root-htc-one-windowsmaclinux/ and booted into my Sprint Rom successfully with the SU installed. Then I added the Android Revolution rom and tried to flash it. Since that point I've had boot loop issues.
Android Revolution will boot loop to the bootloader and not even attempt to get into the OS. When I tried installing Viper Rom, I could get to the unlock screen, but when I'd unlock, the screen would display a white page with "htc" on it, then eventually reboot. I then tried to flash the stock Sprint Rom. It will load to the lock screen, but not unlock, and will reboot eventually. Finally, I tried following the instructions here from a similar situation: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2411137. When I go through the first tutorial the [SOLVED] post refers to, I get the error that warning: seek lseek64 failed when I try the second step. I also can't get RUU to work because when I turn my phone off and plug it in, it automatically turns on to the bootloader.
Presently the bootloader reads:
tampered
relocked
security warning
m7_wls pvt ship s-on rh
hboot 1.55.0000
opendsp-v31.120.274.0517
os-1.29.651.10(weird character)
eMMC-boot 2048MB
Sep 18 2013 15:46:04.0
Fastboot and ADB are working for me.
Please, any advice would be appreciated

It looks to me like your not unlocked anymore. Your Bootloader should say Unlocked, not Relocked. I would go through that process again before you do anything else.
EDIT: I found this, and it is great. Very user friendly, and will also help you achieve S-Off. Just follow the steps.

did the following:
fastboot flash unlocktoken Unlock_code.bin
Chose "Yes" to unlock bootloader
Allowed phone to reboot
--Attempts to boot into the rom, but is non-responsive
--Will reboot periodically if left alone
Now in hboot it says *** unlocked ***, does not have the security warning, but still, I can't seem to get the rom to ever boot properly. Also I still can't RUU because the phone won't shut down (and because I'm unlocked again).

Ok, so after some pretty extensive research here is what I have found. First you are on a newer HBOOT version than I am (not sure how this happened was pretty sure I updated, but who knows), so the only way for you to achieve S-Off is using rumrunner. You can find that info at the link below. Do that first, then after that you should be able to complete the rest of the steps in the [SOLVED] forum you found earlier. Fingers crossed this works for you.

Maybe I'm misreading it, but rumrunner requires you to be able to boot into a rom.
Went through the steps in the guide posted as a solution to your second link (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2503646) and there's no change in behavior, though my information at the top of hboot now reads as follows:

PM me your google username, and I will chat with you on Hangouts. Maybe we can figure it out that way.
I was speaking with a friend and he thinks that this may have started because I flashed a GSM rom accidentally instead of a Sprint-designed-rom. Also he said my hboot might be the wrong version to go through the fix that MrFixIt and others have posted where you use fastboot to go through the oem recovery to sideload a rom.
Any ideas would be welcome at this point.

Basically, adb don't work on fastboot/bootloader.
adb works only on android or in recovery.
However, if your bootloader now is re-locked, you have only to get from htc dev another unlockcode.bin and flash it.
After you can mod your phone
Cant flash it!

Thanks.

Flash TWRP 2.6.3.3 then use it to install this rom https://www.androidfilehost.com/?fid=23501681358545524
In the Aroma installer choose options
Stock Recovery = Yes
Stock Radio = Yes
Root = No
When its done reboot the phone. you should be back to stock. Also OTA updates should work

It will install stock with root if you install an OTA you will have to reroot afterwards.
Obviously if you select no to stock recovery you'll stay with TWRP but OTA installs will fail.
One last thing if you ever thought about going s-off do it before you use any OTA updates.
With hboot 1.56 and stock Rom you can s-off with rumrunner for free. If you update to hboot 1.57 the only method is Sunshine and it costs $25 :good:

You need s-off to go back to 100% stock. What was the error rumrunner gave.
It may be some time before I reply, I'm about to sit down to a meal

About the stock recovery, it's normal for it to go to a black screen. After a while it should display an image of a phone with red exclimation. That's normal too.
At this point hold volume up and press the power button to see the recovery menu. Ignore the errors about mount sd card that's also normal

It's totally up to you it depends how you feel about it. If the device still has warranty you will need s-off should you ever want to claim on it. It's also the reason I pointed you to the Stock reset rom rather than the RUU. Because the latest available RUU for your device has a lower firmware version than currently on the device. So you need s-off to use it.
But if your not that bothered then just go ahead and keep the device s-on. It just means that if you update the device and then later need s-off for some reason your only way will be Sunshine which you have to pay for. So i preffer to make people aware of it. But its totally up to you :good:
Hi.. Very New to HTC Phone and wanted to update Software.
I have tried to use the Update Software in settings and it displays, none are available.
I have googled and found to Press and Hold the Power and Volume Down at the Same time to bring up the " Boot Loader " ?
It Displays
*** Unlocked ****
M7cdug PVT Ship -S-Off RH
CID-HTC-A07
HBOOT-2.49.0000
RAIDIO-U3.15.3509.12
QSC-1237.28.35.0516
OS-5.17.401.6
eMMC-boot 2048mb
May 2014.17:44"36.22559
I think it may be a Chinese Version, unlocked ?
It displays a Message that the Build is for developers only when I first turn the phone on.
I wanted to Update to the Newest ( possible ) Android Version. ( Safely )
Although Have No Idea where to Start.
Would appreciate anyone's help in achieving this.
Would need to be Basic - instructions as whilst computer Savy, no idea when it comes to phones.

Thats normal on an S-Off device with non modified firmeware. All firmewares without this wanring have a "_NoWarning" filename.
Here you´ll find a tutorial for all you need, there are more topics simluar at this. Be sure you use the actual firmeware.

no problem mate, sometimes some little details can make a huge difference, particularly when s-off
@antfield you should be able to update using the latest RUU for your phone model.
https://www.androidfilehost.com/?fid=24052804347778476
Download and rename the file PN071IMG.zip
Save it to the root of your external sd card and once done reboot your phone in bootloader mode by holding power and volume down buttons. Phone should start to flash the ruu automatically.
Note that flashing the RUU will wipe everything from your phone like if it was brand new so backup your important files before if any.
