Why? You can still use the volume and power buttons to control the Touch version of CWM (at least on v6.0.3.1} so would he waste his time?
I have a weird bug on my phone only on Cwm I can use the volume key to move up and down but can't use the power key to enter and touch don't even work at all

Sorry to say that a developer isn't likely to spend hours creating something just because your phone has a malfunction. I guess you have dropped it if you've had to replace the screen - could you possibly have caused more damage than just that?
I'd suggest reflashing CWM v6.0.3.1 and testing that with the buttons as I know for a fact it works fine.
it work fine with the Cwm 6.0.3.1 with the non touch version.yeah I think it is more than the touch that is damage cos I already bought 2 digitizer on eBay and both have erratic touch also change my lcd.already open up my phone more than 10 time lol but can't seem to find the problem.

You will often find that cheap digitisers from eBay are not good enough to do what they are supposed to. I discovered this with my old HTC Desire S - bought a cheap replacement and had problems, then spent a few quid more and got one that worked perfectly until I passed the phone on.

Not a lot of use if your digitiser isn't working properly!
First, CWM non-touch is the same as the touch version, just the touch version has touch screen support, and bigger fonts
You need the home-button in the non-touch version, too, as the power button has no use.
So it doesn't matter if it's touch or non-touch, you need a working digitizer anyways...
Also, questions and requests should go into the Q&A section ---> moved

What is Force Restart?
When phones is not responding and hanged up, most of users pull battery out and start their phone up. This action cause serious damages to eMMC Chip. So, most of smartphone manufacturer include a key combination to do force restart in their product.
How:
Volume Down + Volume Up + Power for few sec.
My Test: On Icecoldsandwitch 7.2, Cyanogen 7.1 and Virtuous Quattro RC3 custom roms
You can also test on your phone; test it and replay your result with roms' names
I'm very interested to know how it works on Official rom
good to know - im one of the battery pulling majority and as a result the indent on the case where you put your nail in to prise the case off has become quite rough with the black plastic coming off!
wish i'd known this 14 months ago!

Playgound ICS, newest version. And it is a hard freeze. Even the charging light remains on, until battery literally runs out or gets removed. No button (soft or hardware) is responding to anything.
Tested on Virtuous Quattro RC3 , works successfully even in hanging

Yes, It will, let me give you an example, It's not perfect one but it's similar situation. when your computer does not respond, you hold the power button and computer turning off, or in laptops when your system is hanged up are you holding power button or pull your laptop's battery?
ofcourse we cannot compare smartphones with computer systems but what should you do if - for example - htc one s hanged up? (soft freeze) you can't pull battery out
so according to my tests, in soft freeze situation, you can force restart

Anyway, I've to pull the battery if it hangs since no buttons/keys are working.

The power button isen't working anymore. I have to use my fingernail to press the very right edge soooo far in the phone just to get it to work. Has anyone tried to repair it yourself? Or is it not worth it? The res of the phone is still in great working condition, screen is still new, plastic shows signs of wear around the edges and corners. Its a heck of a phone!
Repair or sell used for parts?
If you are on a Cyanogenmod Rom, there is an option to turn on the screen using the volume rocker keys, which might help you. If you are on another ROM, than I'm not sure what else I can suggest. Good luck.

I was using Viper Vivo ROM from sometime, it worked flawlessly. But yesterday my battery died out, after which I am not able to boot properly. It Vibrates when I power ON, but no back-light. So I tried to go in boot-loader (No Back-light), then I pressed Vol-DN then power and strangely the backlight came and I am able to use recovery (4EXT) properly. It seemed like software issue to me, so I tried wiping data and cache and installing different ROMs (Android Revolution HD 5.3 then Stock "vivo_signed_WWE_4.14.405.2_ICS_SENSE36_1.zip") but its the same issue.
Could any one please help me with this.

-_- there's a difference between cranking up the brightness and not being able to see anything at all on the screen (in other words, completely black screen as if the phone was off).
Just a question but do the key backlights work?? Like, a lot of the ROMs come with default vibration for the keys. If you do feel your phone vibrate, then it might be the screen display or recovery maybe??
Im assuming you can boot up past splashscreen...

I am not even able to see HTC logo, it just vibrates. And when I go to boot loader i.e Vol DN+Power (No Back light) and press volume down once then power button once then I get to recovery and the back light turns on.
Also KEY backlight works only in recovery nowhere else.
I guess this clears the issue which I am facing.
I tried at some repairing shops but even they don't have any clue.
Any other suggestions are appreciated.

Hmmm. This is interesting.
Did this just suddenly happen or did something happen to it, eg. Did you flash a rom/kernel or did to get submerged in water etc
If it did get submerged in water, its likely a hardware fault
Try flash in Sempahore GB, that has Voodoo colour, and see if that changes anything - if not, its likely a hardware fault

Follow what @Soryuu said to do. In my opinion, if this is a hardware issue (display to be changed), then you better buy a used phone as it costs equal to the display. Or you may use it as your secondary phone and buy a new quad core phone
