[Q] [xperia T] stuck in bootloop, please help me [solved] - Sony Xperia T, TL, TX, V

Hi,
my xperia t rooted stock rom ends with .140 is tuck in a bootloop.
i shows my home screen for about 5 seconds and then poof, reboot.
this started after uninstalling the installed ''beats audio installer pro''
i used the beats function until i found out my bluethooth sound didn't work anymore
then i deinstaled beats using the installer, and now my device is bootlooping.
(sorry if my english is bad)
EDIT
solved using flashtool.net and downloading one of thier roms,
WARNING: flashtool needs to have the drivers instaled wich wouldn't work on windows 8
i had to use another computer wich has windows 7 and it worked
thanks to the ones who replied here, be sure to check out more about them.

i wanted to use this ftf file from your list:
[STOCK FIRMWARE] 7.0.A.3.223 Firmware from T-mobile netherlands, skyfall edition for the Xperia LT30P (Xperia T) by crazymister
(the downloadlink leads to a box acount in wich there is a newer version: https:// app.box com/s/x74zwvknch3c0hzvesf8/1/620318021 if posible i would like to use that one)
but found out here:
developer.sonymobile com/services/flash-tool/use-the-flash-tool-for-xperia-devices/
you can only use flashtool on unlocked bootloaders.
so, how do i get this done in another way?

Or just go to flashtool.net

[Q] Noob Q: Returning the T to stock everything?

Hey all,
I rooted my xperia T using the official Sony method and then flashed a new kernel + custom rom. However I've decided that I don't like the phone and a friend has offered to buy it from me. I'd like to return the phone to the stock kernel and stock rom. Can anyone give me some pointers on how to do this as I pretty much fumbled my way through the flashing the first time around!
Cheers
Search for flashtool version 0.9.9.0 and download.
Download .ftf file of the firmware you want to flash and place it in flashtool firmware folder.
Start flashtool.exe and follow instructions. Leave all boxes ticked (wipe dalvik, user data, baseband etc)
Will that get rid of everything including returning me to the normal Sony and Xperia boot screen sequence? At the moment I've got FreeXperia and ParanoidAndroid.

Yes, but the bootloader may still be locked as not all ftf's relock the bootloader, I'm sure I saw an ftf in the development section which did that though.

No need to say noob question. The fact you posted a question in the gfeneral section explains that.
But the advice given is correct, just flash your original ftf. You should have made one if you read the All in one thread properly before you started messign with your phone. If you didnt, just choose one fromt he list inthe all in one thread then repair using pc companion.
Thanks, I just flashed back to what I thought was an unbranded rom, but it turned out to have '3 network' customisations.
Last night I found a thread that had a massive list of Xperia T Stock roms/kernels etc but I cant find it now despite searching for over an hour. Can someone point me in the direction of the thread, or maybe a completely generic UK rom with no network branding or dev customisations?

Read the very first thread in the Q&A section. All your answers are there. And no need to start several threads about the same issue and hijack many other threads. Ask for help in the thread I have suggested.

[Q] Rooting the Xperia V

Hello. My name is Barry and I'm new here. I've just got my Xperia V yesterday and try to follow the instruction of "http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2045206" to root my phone. However, I find my Xperia V running 91.A.0.490 and causing above method not work anymore.
Therefore, I would like to ask how to root 91.A.0.490 version? Perhaps some nice person can help me.
Thank you very much
Barry

Read this post taken from that thread

Many people don't get root, cause you must start the Superuser app once, after the root procedure and then it works.
I've used that to root xperia V .490
nothing wrong :|
I was able to root my xv using this method. Just Read and watch and follow instructions. Use option 3 for XV.

Xperia Rooting & Rom Flashing help

Hey,
Quick bit of advise needed - after reading various posts about rooting and unlocking the bootloader on the Xperia Z my head is not hurting..can I ask what I will lose if I unlock the bootloader using sonys method (bravia 2 engine etc) as I want to try out some roms however still have the safety net of being able to re-flash the stock rom should all go pear shaped.
I have the Android ADT developers bundle on my PC, the fast boot driver installed and my Xperia Z rooted using one of the all in one tools which was downloaded from this site yesterday.
I guess I am trying to see how easy it would be to take everything back to stock with all features working should the flashing of roms not work.
Cheers
Scott

thanks - the search blew my mind as there were so many different opinions and I wanted to get an expert answer.
never mind
Unlocking the bootloader wipes all of your data (it's a safety procedure), as you already know you lose the BE, you can also lose warranty.
If you mess up your phone, in almost all cases, you can use the Sony Flash Tool (Google it) to restore it to the stock ROM.
Hope I helped! ;D

[Xperia V] NFC on screenoff

Hi everyone,
since I'm not allowed to post in the development-forum (yet ) I just wanted to let you know that
this mod:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2330677
(the version for JB 4.1.2) also works on our Xperia V!
I just followed the instructions.
I know this might sound like no news but since I couldn't find everyone else that tried it, I do now.
This way I can enable bluetooth and tasker tasks by just holding my locked phone (screenoff) near the sticker.
No need to unlock the phone
Cheers

Your post explains why you are not yet allowed to post in the dev section.
There is no need to add a post here. You can however ask the OP to link his thread to the cross platform forum. As long as it works on 2 or more different xperias that is allowed.
Thank you for the repost. I'll try it. But what @gregbradley said is true.

I found this out yesterday...you need the NFC services app
You can get the app from another rom - I downloaded existanz (as I plan to try it at some point) and got it from there.
Use a root file explorer to navigate to system/app and paste the app there. Set it's permissions correctly (the same as every other app in this folder) and reboot.
Sorry I can't help with the file, it's on my phone but I used a buggy recovery today and have wiped my boot.img - won't be able to repair it until I get home.

I've tried yet, but didn't work for me. I really think this app is deleted because it doesn't appear in the settings menu too.
@ Parkside : goode idea, i will try to find it in other rom, thanks
Edit : my problem is solved, just take the NFC app from another rom and copy this with a root file explorer with correct permissions
