Unfortunately, any discussion on modification of IMEI numbers is not allowed on XDA as it is illegal in most countries and XDA is based in the USA and would, potentially, be held liable for such activity.
Google would be your best friend.

If i remember correctly, i don't have imei sv before. But now after flashing Darky's rom i just noticed that it was there right below imei. Is that normal? i tried flashing back to original jpjg8 but still getting it. Should i be worried? Thanks!
Seriously? Nobody here ever noticed if they have imei sv before? Or any of you guys here can tell me if you have this on your phone now? thanks
Had it ever since.

Have bought it yesterday so I have no custom rom (yet) and it is there too.
No big deal: IMEI SV

Changing the imei number is illegal.
You will not find advice on xda.
Contact local phone shop to unlock with code or contact your air time provider see if they will give unlock code.
It will cost

As far as I know it is illegal.
Hi I have a phone that was purchased in the Korea (SM-G998N). I need to change it to be the International version (SM-G998B/DS) .
Is it possible? If so, should I do anything special or just download the f/w and flash.
Thank you.
Not possible...even csc change is not possible with Korean device.
Also, next time search before you create a new thread.
Possible

Changing the IMEI of your device is illegal in most countries.
And no, you can't just change the model number, the hardware is different in these devices, and you can't just flip a switch to have an Exynos SoC instead of a Snapdragon, etc.
But I must be change my IMEI
