Very BIG problem with password

Hi Guys, i've got a very big problem with my LG OB i want to install new firmware so I click on my dialer 3845#*970# and do factory reset, when my phone reboot i've got a password, when im on lockscreen and i slide up to unlock my phone says me "Enter password to unlock" but I didn't set any password and i don't know it. I install new firmware by KDZ but after reboot there is still password. Please help me !!!! What I have to do to clear totaly my phone, because now I can't unlock it !!!! Thanks a lot for help.

Try typing "0000" since it's the default for passwords.

No, it doesen't work. I've read that I can do factory reset but I don't know how if I can't go to the menu because I'm on lockscreen.

Any ideas ?

If i were you, i'd use the USB and Volume + to do a factory reset.

It is not FACTORY RESET ! It is just flash...
There's no other way to do a Factory Reset (wipe data partition) other than 3845#*970# or enter Recovery. But as we all already know, there's no key combination to boot directly into Recovery Mode.
BUT, if you have enabled USB Debugging. connect phone to PC and use ADB, and type: adb reboot recovery. This should help.

My s5830i was in some kids hand and they drew my pattern several time and it is locked now. it asks me for email but when I type my email, it does not accept it.
what can I do to access my phone?

May have a easier way...but you can do this:
- Shut down your phone
- Hold the buttons Vol up + Home + Power
- You will enter in recovery stock mode
- Select wipe data/factory reset
- Select wipe cache
- Reboot system now
Doing this steps your phone will return in factory pattern.
Wait a better suggestion....sorry my bad english
Edited: Remembering that this method delete all your user data!

use this method only when u have no options left...
and remove your sd card before doing this or else u will lose your data..

Make a backup
Wipe data / factory reset
Go to Backup and Restore
Advanced Restore
Restore /data
Reboot

Wipe data in recovery that should work for you.

Restart your phone and whilst it's going off hold down the volume down button, this will take you to the bootloaader, once in there, select factory reset using the volume keys and power to select, let it do it's stuff, you will need to set the phone back up once it's back on.

Password locked Z1s .....will using PC Companion to do a full factory reset remove it?
or will it ask for password again?

Flash stock ftf of your z1s version but you will also loose all your data another way is to backup data via recovery if you have installed one..

Try factory resetting your phone with the help of stock recovery.
To enter into stock recovery follow below steps;
1. Turn off your phone (wait 10 sec)
2. Press power button
3. As soon as you see LED (blue or other colour) press volUP + volDOWN for about 10-15 sec
4. Navigate options with volume buttons and select with power button.
And make a factory reset and reboot
Done!

This method enables me to:
1. reboot system now
2. wipe data/factory reset
3. wipe cache partition
and i want to keep my data

Well.. I can't help you then.. If you have micro sd card. Take it off before reset so you don't lose data on SD CARD
