I recently attempted to move from my AT&T Stock ROM, but connectivity problems resulting from using a Cooked ROM had me give up and return to the WM6 stock ROM.
I am wondering if anyone out there has, or could, create a CAB which would basically store the network settings from the AT&T Stock ROM (MEdia Net, wap.cingular, etc), which could then be run on a cooked ROM to duplicate and install those settings?
Is this even possible?

Thanks
Denco,
Not sure why I would need to read the radio thread again, but thanks for the link. My problem here was not my radio (I had used both the one which Dutty included, and the xx.xx.xx.20 as well), it was the settings built into the Dutty Hybrid ROM. It had MEdia Net for some things, MY ISP (with isp.cingulair set), for others. It may have been the radio which always triggered an internet access even if WiFi was on, or a bug in that ROM. Regardless, what I am looking for here is unrelated to radio; but, again, pushing people over to the Ultimate Radio ROM thread is always a good move
BTW, please note that I loved the Dutty ROM. I think it is fantastic. It even offers to install "AT&T Settings" ... it just then does them wrong (at least for the US) This is in NO WAY a slam on Dutty or his ROM. This is just an unfortuante consequence of using the ROM (even with the offered AT&T Customizations) on AT&T.
Thank you very much for the CAB. Is there any place which explains what it has or does? As mentioned, I would love for it to just hammer back all the AT&T connectivity settings to override "incorrect" settings cooked Roms.
why use a cab when you can use your eyes and read at&t's site on how to set those settings up. when you do it enough you tend to memorize it as well. a lot faster waiting to find a cab
Sigh
dyetheskin,
Thanks for your response, although I am not sure how it helps. However, I will answer you.
Because installing a cab is probably less time consuming that attempting to pound through pages and pages of settings and numbers such as the following (which is probably NOT correct, and certainly does not say where each setting is ... its just an example)

I've used this cab in the past on a WM5 Smartphone and a Treo 750. I think from memory it's off iMate's website. Worked a-ok for me. Much easier than trying to type in the settings (when you can find them).

Not enough info in your original post. You just said " a cooked rom " . Many phone and connectivity problems have to do with people downloading roms with no or incompatible radios. The lack of information sounded like this was the case. Hope at least the cab helps
WIKI
Denco,
I was recently told I should do my part and update the WiKi. I now have TWO cabs from this thread. While I have no idea if they work, I will try to figure out how to update the Wiki with them. I will likely fail
No worries on your message, but I do hope my response did provide an answer. There are just far too many settings to do by hand; much less multiple times on each flash!
Combining a cab with Bengalih's wonderful Sashimi program would allow you to automatically reinstall the real AT&T settings!

It is easy to do, and the instructions are provided. Ask _Alex_, P1Tater, or AllTheWay,or one of the other Mods for help, I'm sure they would assist.
I did it
heres is the best one and it works with medianet and myisp. it came from alltheway.
I have tried this one, and it did not work for me...

BE VERY VERY, VERY specific on how. I really like this Duty rom, but I can't use it if i can't get this.

Sorry about multiple posts.
I was able to resolve my issue, i think.
What i did was hard reset after getting the Duty Rom. After the connection wizard configured my phone for ATT i went in and changed "ISP GPRS" to use wap.cingular instead of isp.cingular...
IT WORKED.
not sure if it will help others.
Mods please delete.
Following your every move!!!
Trying to move 2 Heroes to PPC this weekend.
I am using KittyWireless.com to make the transition from Sprint to PPC.
I'll make sure I post my results as I go along.
Thanks for all of your work!

No problem, one things I would like to ad, I found a guide, that is for the Sprint EVo to pagePlus which EVERY step is the same, the guide isn't mine, but I'm going to upload it to my personal server
guide: http://www.bpcr.biz/buddy/Android.zip
the zip contains, 2 PRL's, the guide, the APN needed for MMS and APN backup and Restore.
Now, load the first PRL, pageplus.prl when first provisioning, after you are done doing all changes, (including APN Backup & restore) and reboot phone and verify that data works, load the second prl, pageplus1.prl , reason being, that first prl is a non-evdo prl so that it forces phone to go 1x only, which resets HA and autentication keys.
The second PRL is an EVDO prl, only issue I've noticed is sometimes EVDO is spotty.. however we are limited with Data an PagePlus, so WiFi is best, but at least now you can get on web if needed and recieve picture messages.

Hey TpyoKing,
you wouldnt happen to still have that android.zip file for flashing a phone to Pageplus would you??

Disclaimer: I'm not responsible for what you do to your phone while preforming these steps, the info here is not made by me but is a mix of previous experience and a few other guides on the internet.
as of today (9/28/2010) DATA and SMS (Picture messages) DO NOT Work, I'm still trying to figure that part out.. However Calls and Text and all the other functions of the phone do work!
1st) thing you have to have is root for your phone, if you have that then great! Also you need to be running a NON-Froyo Rom (the froyo roms, I've tested thus far) are lacking EPST which will be used later to program the phone.
2nd) Search the Market (Via WiFi) and download MSL reader
3) Write down that MSL (will need it later)
4) reboot phone
5) download http://www.bpcr.biz/buddy/Android.zip and put on root of SD card
6) on your phone pull up the dialer (hit the green button) and put in ##775# (##PRL#) and put in your MSL code you got earlier
7) select "update PRL", drop down "Folder" to "SD Card" and push down on your navigation ball and then long press the "menu" key to make your keyboard lower and select pageplus.prl then select "ok", then press your "menu" key and hit commit modification
8) phone will reboot (Congratulations your now on verizon towers!
9) Get PagePlus to activate phone (eg, contact a local dealer) , tell them you are manually programming a Sprint phone and give them the IMEI and that you need your MIN/MDN and SID.
**Update**
Easier method!
10) on your phone, pull up the dialer and dial ##YOUR6DIGITALMSL# , then select edit mode
11) change Mobile Directory Number (MDN) to what is given to you by PP/dealer
12) change MSID to your MIN (Mobile Identification Number) as suplied by PP/Dealer
12) press menu
13) commit changes
**** older method***
10) Now that you have that information, dial ##3424# on your phone
11) Click "edit mode"
12) Enter the MSL from earlier
13) Select Data Profile, then change the username to [email protected]
14) press your physical menu button and select commit changes
15) re-do steps 10 and 11 but this time, select Advanced instead of data profile
16) now select MSID and change it to your MDN
17) now select Home SID/NID, input SID supplied by PagePlus Dealer and NID is ALWAYS 65335
18) press your menu button again and commit changes
19) ENJOY your pre-paid HTC Hero!

Thanx for this man!
Here is a link to the latest Verizon 52031 PRL file I managed to find for Sprint phones working on Pageplus with annoying Roaming Indicator turned off.
http://goo.gl/7L1XF
If you anyone else manage to find any later version than this PRL please share it with us like I did
what does step 6 mean??
does this work for the evo shift as well?
does this work for the evo shift as well
yes it works for the shift as well.
well, after days of messing with it, when I couldn't get anyone to help me, I finally got true 3g on my sprint evo 3d to pageplus without a donor phone. (I know this thread is about the 4g, but maybe there are other poor btards like me looking for help)
Problem is, I'm not sure what did it, so take this with a pinch of salt. I THINK what did it was putting a 1x only prl in, then letting it get connection, then putting the 3G prl in, letting it work stuff out, then putting the 00002.prl (Pageplus) in. Don't ask exactly what the problem was or how to fix it, I don't know. Just trial and error along with a few crisp apple ciders.....
Here's what I did....(prl's attached)
MDN and 00002.prl
OTA
the usual [email protected] stuff
I used qpst and dfs
clear nam/baner name
load 51600_1x prl, rebooting,
setting to CDMA only mode (epst),
rebooting, loading 51618 prl, reboot.
Ended up with mode CDMA_HDR in DFs. Then set to Automatic, loaded 00002.prl.
Not sure what else it took, but that did something. Also set DMU MN auteth to 11.11.11 from 0.0.0 (not sure that did anything though)
This got a PPP password and that's all it seemed to need. AAA HA passwords are still blank, but it is EVDO, not 1x, and tests at the same speeds as my other phone on 3g.
Nice.
So I got this HTC HERO yesterday from this guy.
I had a hard time getting it to switch/activate to my account on Metro.
Seems the MSL was reset and 000000 wasn't working.
Used CDMA workshop to find out what it had changed to, set it to 000000. Then I was able to edit the MDN MSID and get the phone to work and update PRL via *228.
But Data didn't work.
I used the universal root, used clockwork app to flash amon_ra recovery, made a backup.
And before I got a chance to edit the previous users' gmail/market info, he changed his password, so I couldn't find a way to change that. I used recovery to factory reset/wipe the phone and went through the set up wizard.
Data still doesn't work.
I flashed the Cricket/metropcs mms/web fix, but the phone has stock 1.5 on it, so that didn't make a difference. I am getting an error 67 now though.
Just tried to flash damage control, but it froze at the X animation after a long while or animating..
Just restored back up.
Anyone care to throw a dog a bone, I need some links/threads any help to get this working again.
thanks,.

page about switching phone from Sprint to PagePlus (Verizon) you will get the error 67 unless you are using sprint so diregard that, I dont know if these settings would work for you...but worth a shot right?
quick look up for info:
mmsc string: mms.metropcs.net/mmsc:3128
hahah sweet here ya go my man
Remove your MicroSD card and plug the phone into your PC via USB cable then open QPST (QPST Configuration, then go to Start Clients and select Service Programming) and then read the phone.
Once you read the phone, go to the m.ip tab and change from mobile ip to simple ip. Then look at the first 2 user profiles under m.ip open each one up and change the Nai to [email protected], for both standard and tethered...
remove any ip address that you find in these 2 profiles. and remove any other profiles except the first 2.
also make sure both of them say enabled.
Now go to ppp config tab...
look at the tabs that say um and an... under these 2 tabs,, the user id should be [email protected] tethered id should be the same,, password is metropcs in lowercase on both tabs, remove any dns ip address you find in either tab also. just make sure all ip address are blank.
once you are completed with this make sure you write to the phone and move on to the next step..
Step 2.
click on phone icon (on the phone)
click on the dialer..
enter ##3282#
click user name
click edit
enter your spc which should already be 000000 by now
Here are the settings:
User Name "[email protected]"
SPI MN-HA "1234"
SPI MN-AAA "1234"
M Home Address "000.000.000.000"
Prim Ha Ip "255.255.255.255"
Sec Ha Ip "255.255.255.255"
Rev Tunneling "Off"
AAA Password "metropcs"
HA Password "metropcs"
click done and allow the phone to reboot...
Step 3.
Now do ##3282# again.. this time go to browser
click edit
enter spc
youll see gateway1 and gateway2, under both of these
you will see primary and secondary,,, set primary and secondary ip`s for both gateways to 010.223.002.004,, they will all be the same ip address,, and set the Port 3128 and secure Port 443 for all gatways to ,, hit done and reboot.
Also this should work on quite a few other Sprint phones,,
This is what I do for a living at the wireless company I work for,, and so far it has worked on Samsung upstage, Instinct,, Sanyo katana, and many others,,,
all that info is from a page linked from howardforums.. heres the offical link: http://www.howardforums.com/showthr...nstinct-Web-WAP-Settings-(working-100-)?pp=15
Step 3.
Now do ##3282# again.. this time go to browser
click edit

Cool thanks, this is the only thing different from other guides I have followed. Appreciate your time and help.
I've seen people running phones on Metro without rooting or custom roms, so I know it's all got to be in the phone's settings, once it's been houdini "flashed" (esn added to metro's database).. That's how this phone came, guess we lost all the settings when we reset to factory somehow..

Unfortunatly no. It is not saving the password in qpst. But if I look at the settings thru the phone with ##778talk it shows them correctly but still no data.
One tut I followed metions using the msl and proxy.metropcs.net instead. I finally got the phone to give me an error 131, invalid or wrong user name or password.
Read another tut that suggests using [email protected], gonna try that next.
Baffling, I've been doing metropcs phones since 2004 motorola razor. First android though.

EDIT: Same error, unit just can't get data

Got it working, did 3 things. Changed password to msl made by whiterabbit site instead of metropcs or the phone's msl.. Changed 2 other settings; CDMA only and flashed token's 3 instead of 3.5.
Icon changed to 1x with data arrows and a 1x D, web, mms, market all working!
Thanks.

[Q&A] [Research and Reference] Samsung ATIV SE (SM-W750V) - Research and Development
Q&A for [Research and Reference] Samsung ATIV SE (SM-W750V) - Research and Development Hub
Some developers prefer that questions remain separate from their main development thread to help keep things organized. Placing your question within this thread will increase its chances of being answered by a member of the community or by the developer.
Before posting, please use the forum search and read through the discussion thread for [Research and Reference] Samsung ATIV SE (SM-W750V) - Research and Development Hub. If you can't find an answer, post it here, being sure to give as much information as possible (firmware version, steps to reproduce, logcat if available) so that you can get help.
Thanks for understanding and for helping to keep XDA neat and tidy!
T-Mobile and the ATIV SE
In order to get the ATIV SE fully functional with T-Mobile I had to to a lot of experimentation.
First, Verizon has the phone updates available up to Windows phone 8.1 update (8.10.14203.306) so go ahead and fully update the phone.
Second, This is optional, but I reset my phone and formatted the SD card. It's the only way to really troubleshoot. Verizon/Samsung modded the OS quite a bit from the original image. I went so far as to flash the original stock image onto the phone, then did a full reset, updated the phone, and did another full reset. The phone was acting strange after so many registry edits. When in doubt it's best to start with a fresh canvas.
Third, Go to Settings -> APNs -> add new access point
You can name it whatever you want. The only other fields that need filling in are:
APN: fast.t-mobile.com
IP Type: IPv4
Forth, Set your phone up to edit the registry. I used CustomPFD_0003.xap and WPSystem_Folder_Unlocker_Release_ARM.xap and manually manipulated the files. Search the forum for whatever method works best for you. It's been covered a few places.
Fifth, in the registry go to:
HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Messaging\PerSimSettings\Legacy
ADDR = http://mms.msg.eng.t-mobile.com/mms/wapenc
WapPushTechnology = 0
UAProf = <Blank>
IMsiAuthenticationToken = <Blank>
DefaultContentLocationUrl = http://mms.msg.eng.t-mobile.com/mms/wapenc
HKLM\System\ControlSet001\Services\ICSSVC\Settings
EntitlementRequired = 0
HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Cellular\MVSettings\IMSISpecific\Default\CellUX
HideMMSAPN = 0
HideAPN = 0
Sixth, I went the extra mile and removed the APNs software from the system, then added back the APN and MMS settings in the default OS location.
The result is a fully functional ATIV SE working with LTE on T-Mobile. Some of this might be unnecessary, redundant, or have unforeseen consequences but for now it works. If anyone else has some good Registry key edits please add them.
would you happen to know if these would be the same steps for using at&t network?
Hey GTF696, it's been a while and I haven't bought the phone yet but just a refresh to myself, you got MMS and Internet Sharing both working with T-mobile now? Looking at your instructions above, which registry editing is for MMS and which is for Internet sharing?
x000x, I'm positive it's the same for At&t except you'll have to change these 4 settings to At&t;
APN: fast.t-mobile.com
IP Type: IPv4
ADDR = http://mms.msg.eng.t-mobile.com/mms/wapenc
DefaultContentLocationUrl = http://mms.msg.eng.t-mobile.com/mms/wapenc
Does T-mobile throttle your internet sharing?
I get 22mb/s while using my internet sharing 7gigs after that I get 0.12 mb/s
Whether I have the entitlement key on or off i still get throttled.

I also bought the phone recently after scouring these forums for months for a way to get MMS to work with T-Mobile (less concerned with Internet Sharing). In all that time, I still haven't managed to find a method of enabling registry edit that has worked for me. When it comes to rooting phones, I'm about as newb as they come, but as I understand it, I need to figure out a way to sideload a reg edit app via SD card. Is that right? If so, do you have a method that works with the Ativ SE? I've tried various methods found in other posts in the forums, but no luck so far.
Next plan is to use this method along with this change to install the Nokia Access Point app and see if I can't get access to MMS APNs that way.
Any other thoughts would be much appreciated.
UPDATE:
I attempted the plan I mentioned without success. First, SysApp Pusher and the store recognized my Ativ as a Lumia 925 as planned; however, clicking "install" on Access Point did nothing (expected Access Point to be added to download list). In subsequent attempts, SysApp Pusher and Store indicated Access Point was not available for my device, and did not even display the "install" button. Ugh.
Quiksneak, wish i could help you but i haven't even bought the phone yet. Hopefully GTF696 or someone could help you soon. There seems to be too many unclear instructions on the site with methods that works and dont work.
I want to attempt these modifications for the SM-W750V to use on the ATT network. Is there ideal web page or forum to locate the needed addresses for the below?
APN: for_att
IP Type: IPv4
ADDR = for_att
DefaultContentLocationUrl = for_att
Has anyone succeeded at this yet?
Thanks.
Android 10 they moved apn xml to /system/product/etc make copy of xml make the changes user_visible="true" and user_editable="true" and its fixed in Android 10 Android 9 first you make 2 copys of your apn in system etc one for you to edit, one for when you mess something up it happens. in the xml you find your carrier and the dun apn add the line user_visable="true" it works this way you need to be able to see apn but not be able to write to it be careful after you edit copy it to back to system/etc change permission 0644 and reboot. the xml is UPDATED for Android 10 place in /system/product/etc/apns-conf.xml I did in twrp i put Android 10 in mega so it could be downloaded NEWos 10.0.2 NEW product/ect download link
New https://mega.nz/#!ShFlTQwT!iNY2aIlcdr9wvQuHhmahH17dAprTZzoFtvmv9WZCKC0 for system/ect https://mega.nz/#!T8EHTYqY!TPNslQzQ-ZvZx5rqXIUXryHM89fwUCNjoF5c39AJmZM the ect controls mtu i have them matching for 310260
Won't this get you kicked off your carrier for excessive use?
never it just allows dun very easy I decompiled the framework.apk changed mtu dont prefer apn also but no they allow unlimited on TMobile but they only see it as data it unblocks apn after change you reboot and it's there just keep read only you only delete line user_visable"false" I used my manager to do so and changed permission to 0644 and root ownership and copied over in twrp I tested with file manager it just unlocks it if you change user_editable to true on main apn you can open speed
Tried to follow this, having a heck of a time.
I went into system etc apn xml, found my carrier apn named T-Mobile LTE
But it didn't match the apn in settings under access point names. Also you said to also find the dun, there was no dun for TMobile LTE any where. I seen dun entries for other TMobile apns, but not the one named TMobile LTE. There were manyother TMobile entries, like TMobile US 160, 260, 270 and a bunch of other numbers. Under my settings/access points, the apn selected is named TMobile LTE with no number after, so I figure that's what I need to look for in the xml, so I find it, but again, the info under it doesnt match the MCC and MCN numbers don't match and the Apn type doesn't either. For example , in my settings/access points, the last apn type is xcap, but in the xml xcap isnt there, there's just default, supl. Mentioned it because Im guessing they need to match? But they don't.
Also, when I do find the right one in the apn xml what exactly am I supposed to do?
Delete user_viable=false Ok I understand that, but where exactly is that supposed to be? Under my carrier? If so, I'm using solid file explorer, so I searched the words user_viable= false and thru out the entire XML file there are only 4 instances of user_viable= false and they are all under Verizon apns. So I'm not sure what's up with this, because it's definitely not under the TMobile apns.
And then you said NOT to delete read_only=true? Ok I understand that , but again, is that supposed to be under my carrier right?
So basically, when I find the correct apn in the xml, user_ viable = false should listed, and I'm supposed to delete that, then save and change permissions to 0644 and reboot? Then after reboot go into settings/access points and reset apn.
Is that right? If it is, good
Now I have to figure out how to find the right apn in the apnxml file.
Sorry for all this trouble.
kinda but make a copy of apn xml to internal or sd can't modify while system is using it use mt manager app I have English version if needed it lets you jump to line you need and backs it up but after you copied XML you can modify it I've put xml back in system with twrp fixed permission 0644 rebooted and fixed permission my file explorer check ownership make sure it's root you then can reset apn in settings and what you set works, on pcweb user_editable false I think works best (like mms you can see but not edit system will use if it's there) if you need my manager English I'll send if you tell me apn and oos version I'll make you one if you're having issue I always like to help when I can
that's how I moved and ownership with my manager and I use project fi apn because I decompiled my framework config_respects hold carrier config to false and config dont prefer son to true you can use gravity box to do that that's not needed I've changed a lot mtu 1500 I helped build a few ROMs so not a noob lol
I appreciate your time and you trying to help.
I'm still lost though. Sorry
I'm on the OnePlus 7 pro, On Tmoble
Ok I'll make a copy of the apn xml and place it on sd card, so then I'm able to edit it. But what exactly am I looking for?
I'm on TMobile, the name of my apn applied under Settings-WiFi & Internet-Mobile Data- Access Point Names is TMobile LTE, so when I open the xml find in a root explorer, am I looking for the entry named TMobile LTE, right? Once I find that, you said to delete the line user_viable=false, but there is no such line, and there also isn't a DUN entry.
Please try to direct me step by step if possible, considering my exact situation stated above.
Thank you very much ecompton
Here are screenshots of the xml entry that I think is the correct one, and the 2nd screenshots are of my apn in settings.
Do you see anything here that is correct or incorrect?
You see how there is no user_viable=false or no dun entry.
You see the apn entry in the xml file doesn't match the apn in settings? Should they match? Or no?
If you don't want to root, there's another way.
Go to your APN settings and set "MVNO type" to "GID" and "MVNO value" to "FF", save and go back, other operator specific APNs will be gone.
You won't be able to create (or add) DUN configurations but that would also cause the "default" APN to be used instead of your operator's DUN configuratoin.
Enjoy!

Thanks for the reply.
To Bo clear, I'm already rooted.
But I still tried what you said, after I hit save, and go back like you said, nothing changed, the same apn with all the same settings that was applied b4 is selected.
Is that is what's supposed to happen?
Thank you

What theme u using?
if you add gid it wrong after you do turn on airplane mode that's wrong seen and talked to guy who made post check apn settings trust me I did this you can use other apps offline sim database app with airplane mode copy it with dun in place and it works because framework.res.apk has privileged on writing those to write it in but you have to make it system app. just add user_visible="true" to apn reboot then reset apn in apn setting I'll show you with your apn can't test because I'm 310260 (imsi 310260x97) those numbers need to match xml I'll put the tether one to add too I know this is way to make it work see my apn in pic I know this stuff other pics are your apn
here's line with your sim
<apn carrier="T-Mobile Tethering"
mcc="232"
mnc="03"
apn="pcweb.tmobile.com"
user=""
password=""
authtype="0"
server=""
proxy=""
port=""
mmsc=""
mmsproxy=""
mmsport=""
type="dun"
read_only="true"
roaming_protocol="IP"
protocol="IPV4V6"
/>
match it 2 spaces paste at start and after /> next apn on next line it will match

Yes, just some providers (i.e. Vodafone) would be having another APN, with type=dun, that would be used while tethering in order to apply a different billing.
After the change only the "main" APN would be kept (at least that's whayt I've seen).
The internet3 is VPN apn I'm just testing long as you have that backup you're good it's very easy I just make it hard lol I'm using Windstream ones too dsl stuff lol the *#*#4636#*#* lte td-scdma/umts makes network ca lte and 3g only then on apn change bearer in apn settings from unspecified (uncheck) and check all other ones is wrote in buildprop to speed net to
if you can't get fun just make a folder with the same name as apk I'm uploading apn sim database editor for you just have airplane mode on find you apn edit it to have done when you go to blank apn setting just click th plus sign top right and give it 30 sec reboot and you have it and here's my manager don't edit system edit your copy then copy it to system change permission to 0644 and ownership to root next post has both apps from mega
offline sim https://mega.nz/#!SAFVwIpD!ivTNKzQr0GiFbcC9pihQLQc4Q31TfWX2357UUVg97rY here's my manager so it's easy https://mega.nz/#!7VUlwSRb!gjzGslW63ql-heB1TSRJCDTC1Mln00jkV-mB6G0_opE
Thank you so much for trying to help me, appreciate it alot.
However, I'm having heck of a time following you, and I'm honestly pretty tech savvy.
I mean no disrespect at all. Please know that. It's just hard for me to understand you.
I did do your manager, thank you for that. Because with solid explorer, I wasn't able to edit the apn xml file, and with your manager, I was able to. So thank you.
Ok, let me ask you this. You mentioned you are 310 260, and you directed to 232 03 in the xml file. But I'm also 310 260. So shouldn't I be looking for the 310 260 in the xml file?
Edit: I think I follow with how to edit the xml, you want me to add the 'tmobile tethering' entry to xml, with the exact lines underneath shown in the pic, save then copy to system- etc and set the permissions. I did this ( I think I did it right) and nothing happened. Could it be because I'm 310 260 and not 232 03?
See ?
your post #8 that was mmc you had highlighted lol so I thought I'd help yes do your carrier mcc mnc I can just put mine on here you just copy it to /system/etc change permission 0644 and below the permission change owner it will be sd_card because that's where it came from I can just give you mine if your plmn is 310260 T-Mobile I'll have it in 10 min here
