[Q] Want to get a Tab but confused about a bunch of things

Hi,
I realize that some of these questions have been asked before but after some reading I've come to find that there have been recent developments not documented on the main info sources.
I want to get a Tmobile Tab to be used on Tmo as a phone. I currently have an Android data plan. Is tmobile still blocking voice tabs? And is possible to get both voice and 3G, yet? What are my options here?
What if I decided to use it solely for VOIP connectivity? Am I going to have issues here or has this been sorted out? This is a valid option for me. So if this is the best option out there please feel free to say so.
BUMP and update.
I bit the bullet and bought a tab. The build quality is incredible.
I got it off craigslist so it was already rooted. I put my phone's sim card in there and I get edge. Is there any way to get it to 3G? Tmobile sim in tmobile tab.

[Q] SKT SHV-E160 Admin Code Problem...

Ok I'm wondering if someone could help me out here. I picked up a Korean SKT Galaxy Note today, however the LTE isn't compatible with docomo's network. I did some searching online and found that there is a code you can put into the dialer to access a STK hidden menu, which ultimately let's you alter the phone to accept WCDMA frequencies and such. The code is:
319712358
However the phone then requires a password. I found 774632 as the password but when I put in the sequence, nothing happens.
I bought this phone used for 65,000 yen (about $720) and it is apparently unlocked, as I can use my docomo number without a problem. I desperately want to keep the phone (the store said I could return it) but have no use for it without the data, and thus would be incredibly grateful if someone could help me out...
May be try to use 996412 instead of 774632

Unable to Unlock Phone (Unlock Menu Does Not Pop Up)

Hey guys,
I've put in a new sim into the phone and the unlock menu does not pop up. Does anyone know what the USSD code is to get me that menu? I've done a fair amount of searching around, and I've not been able to find anything yet.
Otherwise, please let me know what other ways I can put in the unlock code. I've already purchased it from that motoxunlockunit from the android store and got myself a code.
Thanks a lot

Something additionally weird. This is the 32gb version, and I went on the ATT website to get the unlock code (again, remember that I bought this UNLOCKED), the site says that it's currently unlockable?
I sincerely hope someone can help me on this. I've already been on the phone with motorola and att, still no cake.
Surely there must be a way to manually put in the code or get the unlock modal to pop up?
Thanks

[Q] Engineering Screen

Hi peeps,
This may be something that Sony have just blocked on the device, but does anyone know how to get to the screen shown in the image attached? I've been trying multiple keys to get to it, *#*#7378423#*#* not giving the right info.
The main thing I'm looking for is the band, its to help out the LTE Discovery App as I'm in the UK on EE
If anyone knows where I can get this info from on my phone I'll be very appreciative
Thanks!

T-Mobile Z1S Screen cracked

Hey Guys,
I have a Z1S T-Mobile phone. Earlier this week, I managed to somehow crack the screen. Now, the phone doesn't respond to touch.
I was in the process of filing a claim to have it replaced, however, my account still have my phone on it. Therefore, in order to add it, I need the IMEI number.
Therefore, my questions to you are as follows:
Is there a folder which holds that info that I can access to see it? My research showed info for changing it, which I don't want to do. I simply want to know what it is so I can add it to my account.
Besides from using an adapter, is there any other way to access the screen (settings, apps, etc)? I am currently using Air Droid, which saved me A TON in that I can at least access my text messages ad such, but I also wanted to check into some apps, and even the settings if possible.
Lastly, are there any reliable, affordable nationwide repair service out there? I now have 4 phones that need a fix or another, and I just wanted to see if I can bulk-fix them, rather than buy the parts online and scramble through tutorials.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks !
The imei should be written on a little pull out flag thing just next to where you insert your sim card
