I want to cknfirm that before attemp it, i actually do care with warranty and if someone who dont care about it could test it.. or just confirm if trigger or not

I don't think it will trigger knox, check this post i have found. http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?p=48590191
Edit/update : check also this link http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2552982

You cant go back. Knox is not a counter its a flag. Now if you flash anything custom your warranty is void i.e recovery, kernel etc.
Official 4.3 is now the only thing you CAN flash without voiding warranty. Root etc will now void it. You should have waited for reports before flashing

I had flashed official 4.3 to my i9305 and nw i'm stucked on New bootloader with Knox
Can i flash this rom to my phone is updated already and now is on 4.3 with knox bootloader. Is there any solution to downgrade the bootloader. Please help.

That wont work once you trigger Knox as per all the posts you are stuck .
The future may bring a fix or not
5. If you try to downgrade to earlier firmware / bootloader it will set the knox flag to 0x1 i.e. void.
6. once the knox flag gets set to 0x1 there is no way to set it back (that anyone has found yet anyway!).

your are stuck with official 4.3 you cannot downgrade the bootloader now, flashing any rom (other than official 4.3), custom recovery.... will trigger knox count thus voiding your warranty

So if i flash another official 4.3 will not trigger knox flag? I already knew that if we try to downgrade os version will trigger, but flashing another official 4.3 will also trigger it?

All posts i have found on xda shows that knox counter will not change... See the links from the my first comment.

Sorry...keep seeing people say this...its NOT a counter. It only has two values 0 and 1.
But yes...flashing official is fine. But root it or flash recovery etc will make flag 1

Still there must be something in the official rom , that we can use to make knox think that when we flash another official rom when we flash a custom rom, just need to find it. (Everything can be broken !!).

Correct. Knox flag will only change to 1 when you are going to flash unofficial thinks like custom roms, kernels, recovery, ect.

I understand that but if you flash a new official rom from one to another, how does it know that the new flash rom it is not a custom rom and don't change the counter.
I think that is were we must look for a solution. If Samsung can make new roms that don't change the counter the we ca do it to or !!!

Flashing stock ROM don't void warranty.
You won't lose data, but always better to have backup. Anything goes wrong then you may lose it.
You are new, so like to advise you one thing
Never wipe/factory reset on ICS stock ROM with stock kernel.

Stock ICS kernels are not safe to perform wipe or factory reset, if you do so, you may brick your Note, check this. If you are on Stock ROM and want to do wipe ever then flash some custom Kernel, it will be safe for wipes.
N7000XXLRQ is stock firmware so no prob with warranty.

OFt: all the mumbo jumbo advices on this thread and it still have the OP a lingering question.. will it void his warranty?
Let me answer you bud... NO it will not void your warranty, since this is also a stock ICS ROM release by Sammy itself (Not on your region though)., now say you have something of a question (not totally a repair warranty) but just merely asking for question to your local Samsung rep. You may have one hell of explaining to do since they will check your firmware and find that your default STOCK (say LRQ) hasn't been release out yet for your region. LRQ is for Germany.. I'm not sure what would be for your region.
You have that to take into consideration... OR you can just truly wait until a firmware would finally be release for one.. solely specific to your country.

+1 that, and "logically" warranty should not be void as long as you are on any stock firmware but "technically" it will void your warranty if you use a stock firmware from another region. But I guess SSC will go the "technical" way, ssc people will know odin has been used
No Brother ur warrinty Still
Because its Offical Samsung Rom Not Custom Rom >
Mine has XXLRK.....
Do I need to goto XXLRQ???
any differences?

Strange. I got root using presented guide. Tried to check for updates and it says that I have modified my device and it cannot check for updates.
Do I need to make factory reset or FOTA updates are not compatible with root?

Unroot Android

Easiest way to unroot and get the device status to official again is by flashing back the official firmware using ODIN.

it happened me again. I unroot by deleting busybox and unroot by superSU . everything ok
What happened again? Yes, you can unroot that way too but still by flashing back the official firmware you'll get a clean unroot and "official" status.
Btw, if you're using cocore kernel and deodexed fw, of course the device status will be custom and root is required.

Which updates? SU? Busybox? If it's firmware OTA update that you're referring to, then yeah. When you root you'll lose that and deodexed rom is a custom rom, so you won't get any updates.
