> Rom's Notes.
Who installs this Rom, accept it "as is".
Contains just the apps and options installed.
What you want to add will have to be obtained from Google-Play or any other sources.
Please, don't report bugs if you are not using the installed Dhollmen Kernel.
In case of questions or comments, you must indicate additional apps, tweaks or installed "optimizations".
if you insert images, do it in a 'hide' tag. This hide your image until an user click to show it.
I assume you has installed a suitable Recovery and know how to perform the required steps.
Keep in mind that Antutu and others related apps give you very similar values, regardless of the Rom used.
In such apps, OC influence on speed, but its goal is to evaluate the hardware, not the Rom.
Don't use any kind of overclock before three consecutive stability test in Antutu.
> Rom take a long time to boot after installing.
It is quite normal if ART runtime is used as applications are self-compiled at first boot time, after installing a new Rom or changing to ART.
> Applications are slow to start after installing.
It is quite normal if ART is used because apps have self-compiled before first use.
Although it may seem at times, the Rom is not hung, just have to wait.
> Get Root access.
In Settings app, entering development option and select Root access.
If you don't see these items, we activate:
Touch repeatedly on About tablet > build number. From now on, initial setting screen show that option, plus Performance.
> Get Performance access.
If you don't see these items, we activate:
Touch repeatedly on About tablet > build number. From now on, initial setting screen show that option, plus Development option.
> Google Apps (Gapps).
All Gapps packages available are virtually identical.
Only differ, from each other, in the amount of installed applications.
Two different packages must be never installed as likely to cause Google applications FC.
The Dhollmen Gapps, being valid for any Rom, are specifically adapted for installation on it.
> Viper4 - Convolver - IRS.
This application controls the System Sound FX.
It also includes a number of advanced pre-equalizer settings (made by others) that are the IRS whose installation files requested.
Access to Convolver (manager of the IRS) is obtained by selecting the option Expert in Experience Settings.
Using another equalizer (provided by external applications) usually interfere with it.
You can only have one active equalizer in the system, but if you want to use another one, kindly Viper4 can be turned off.
> Restoring backups.
It is very common Titanium Backup (or similar) problems in Rom.
If backup /data partition are made and, after a change of Rom, restored, usually side effects will occur.
In this directory and subdirectories it contains, there are many configuration files and internal databases.
When it comes to a specific application should not be a problem as long as it is not part of the Rom.
When sub-directories containing settings are restored, the likelihood of problems increases exponentially.
For example, all Roms have a Settings application, but the content of his configurations differs between them and is not interchangeable.
Under no circumstances you should restore /system partition apps.

I do not want to look like I refuse to answer it, but now I'm not focused on as I solved each of the bugs I found.
Note that I have made several thousand code modifications by adding, modifying or deleting lines.
I started my work on past July, then I abandoned her to get involved in Carbon and then restarted in past October.
When I got the initial repo version this included numerous previous changes.
If your bearings me a little about these problems, I can try to locate code sections related and, perhaps then, will serve you as an aid.
Regards.

Can someone else with a 3113 or 3110 running this ROM test their mic to see if its working properly?
I went to use Google now an noticed it could not hear me. Then went to sound recorder, same results. Just to be sure, I opened pitchlab, an app I use to tune my guitar and a few other instruments and still no response from mic. Didn't see it in "known bugs" in the thread so that's why I'm asking. I did compare the libs and modules for mic from a previous nandroid of aokp that i know the mic worked just to make sure it was all there. All is there, like it should be..
Ill pastebin a logcat if noone else reports this but I figured I'd ask first.
For reference I installed it clean like so:
Did a full format of
/system
/cache
/data
/sdcard
Then installed the latest ROM.zip and gapps from first post. Everything else in the ROM works beautifull. Fast and smooth. Using for about three days as a daily driver before I noticed the mic problem. Didn't experience any other bugs and I have been through every setting in customization available to get it setup how I like.
P.S. using built-in kernel. And no Xposed or modules
Edit: Fixed.. updated my recovery and re-flashed a clean flash. Rom works quite nice. Fast and smooth. Ill report bugs if I find any.
Stable , fast and good battery life. Tablet UI interface it's wonderful! I test mic later

Despite that, i got a new device and my good ol' SGA is now in hands of my wife. I hope, i could give something to the community. Thanx for everything..
Most credits go to 'TheWhisp'. So if you want to thank someone, Say thanks to him. He made most of this possible.
Another 'special' credit and a very warm 'Thank you' goes to 'erikcas' who helped me a lot in creating this release.

Notes:
- Due to the fact that in this latest release cooper device sources did not change, it has ONLY been tested for boot up. No further tests (wifi, bluetooth, etc..) were made.
- Some people report performance increases of UI by removing 'hwcomposer.msm7x27.so' from /system/lib/hw. This has not been tested by me. But you can try and report back here, if it really works. (As always: Don't forget to do a CWM backup first)
- As long as there are no significant changes in CM sources or improvements in device sources, there will be no new CM10 release after this one because focusing on CM10.1 from now on.
Notes about 'Google Now'
Google Now seems to be a general problem in many ROM's. For more information see this thread: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1747224 If someone wants to do something for this ROM, she/he can check out this thread if there's a solution for us.
Tweaking
Some people asked me, what i recommend to make Jellaxy more reponsible and faster. So here are my personal recommendations for tweaking.
Some words on Tweaking.
During the last weeks, i've read a lot of 'my rom is laggy' posts in general thread and here. I think some words should be said on this.
First of all, be aware that all those 'Turbo' scripts floating around do more or less ALL the same. They all manipulate system and kernel settings by writing values to special 'device files'. Most effective results are/were achieved by writing new OOM values to '/sys/module/lowmemorykiller/parameters/adj' and '/sys/module/lowmemorykiller/parameters/minfree'. Since ICS, writing to this device files via init.d scripts doesn't work anymore, because since ICS those values are overwritten with default values later during boot up. This is why i added code to Jellaxy which makes it possible to set this values in 'build.prop' (See here: https://github.com/Jellaxy/android_frameworks_base/commit/326ed3a470a610242eff753ac396e666598e089d). This is also, why Supercharger needs a patched 'services.jar' to work in ICS and JB. In the latest release of CM10, i already changed OOM values (based on OOM Calculator by zeppelinox) and lowered the max. number of hidden apps to 10 (See build.prop). I don't think that any script will make things 'revolutionary' better. However, you should always have in mind that:
278Mb stays 278Mb, whatever you do. No script in this world can change this
We are on JB and not an GB anymore. JB was never meant to run on devices with just 278 Mb of memory
So i recommend to try to run Jellaxy CM10 without any tweaking script first. Let it settle down and wait a day. Additionally try to limit max. number of Background processes to 4 in 'Developer Settings'.
Try to use swapping, if it makes things better for you or not.
If you want to try out a tweaking script, make a CWM backup first. So you can always revert back if something goes wrong. And always try only one script at a time and DO NOT flash all scripts that promise to give you 'the ultimate fastest machine on the planet'.
..2SD
Most of you will probably have noticed that for some reason most available scripts have an impact on performance. I recommend to use 'Link2sd' from Playstore. It's the only one i've found so far, which pushes apps, dalvik and system libs to SD without breaking performance.
Have a lot of fun with Jellaxy
good luck with that, meanwhile waiting for wayland git to make a stable cm9.
Greetings.
EDIT: i forgot! it's working with erikcas kernel on github?? i'm compiling a nimms kernel (experimental only) but i'm not sure which kernel are more stable...
I installed this one via CWM, but it wont boot, i only see new CM10 logo more then 20 min!

FIT has that problem to strange isnt it FIT and ACE have 5MP camera and they dont work. GIO and MINI 3MP work lol... Some camera apps work on FIT so i think they will work on ACE NightVisionCam, twisted camera.
I think problem could be that camera isnt properly recognized all camera apps think that camera is 3MP and we cant put 5MP
Ill tell you this now, this rom is super super smooth, launcher is great and super super fast! Man great job
If you have any questions or want to discuss this ROM, please use the general thread which I've made to prevent spam in this thread.

Partition your SD card, also use the general thread for these kind of posts in the future.
Google Now doesn't work. It says that there are some problems with sound. Any one else has this problem?
Bug-Music does not appear in any music app
Update: I have fixed the problem, you have to delete the .nomedia files located in the music folder, sorry for inconvenience
deep sleep doesn't work after flashing gapps
Any way to get this ROM booting without SD card partitioning?

Welcome to SentinelROM for Nexus 4. Compiled with Linaro toolchain from modded CM11 source. Android 4.4
This is one of the most popular ROMs for Nexus 10 and Nexus 7, and after a month of hard work and optimisation, I am happy to release it for Nexus 4.
This ROM is compiled from CyanogenMod 11 with all the features you get in a CM11 ROM, plus the following features.
Zip Aligned
LMT Pie Controls.
Compiled from latest CyanogenMod 10.2 source by me, not a 'cooked ROM'.
OTA Updates supported
Improved Web Browsing performance
Improved 3D gaming performance
Amazing battery life
Additional theming and UI customisation
FAST support via this page and our Facebook Page
________________________
This ROM has been built to enhance the CyanogenMod 11 experience, with faster gaming and web browsing performance (no choppyness in Chrome too!).
Countless hours have been spent making tweaks to settings to squeeze the most performance I can find out of this ROM while still providing excellent battery life and without the dangers of overclocking and kernel level tweaking.
I compile this ROM and Kernel from the latest CyanogenMod source code, add my various tweaks and adjustments, then test for stability, so you get all the benefits of CyanogenMod 11, plus my tweaks and extras, all without the instability and inconvenience of flashing CyanogenMod nightlies (which are not designed specifically for the Nexus 4 like my ROM is.
The kernel source is available from the CyanogenMod's GitHub.
Please note that I do not own a Nexus 4. this ROM is tested on my Nexus 10, compiled again from source to suit the Nexus 4 and tested by my lovely tester team, then released for you to enjoy. Therefore I ask that you please report any issues you come across in this thread so I can do my best to sort them out ASAP.

None that I am aware of. Please report any bugs in this thread or on the Facebook page.
Note: On CM11 ROMs, to access the internal SD card on your device via USB on your PC, please go to "Settings" - "About Tablet" and tap on "Build Number" repeatedly to unlock "Developer Options". Now go to "Developer Options" and enable "Android Debugging".

If installing for the first time:
To install this ROM you will need to have an unlocked bootloader and a custom Recovery such as TWRP or ClockWorkMod installed (personally I recommend TWRP, I have had issues with restoring backups using CWM).
Copy the downloaded SentinelROM zip to your Internal Storage.
Boot into your custom recovery
Back up your stock ROM
Factory Reset and wipe Cache and Dalvik Cache
Wipe system partition
Install the ROM
Install GAPPS package
Reboot - First boot may take up to 5 minutes
Important: After installation you will be asked if you want to turn on CyanogenMod Statistics, please leave it off as this is an unofficial/modified build.
Note: Use of titanium backup to restore apps and data from another ROM is not recommended, and is the source of 90% of user issues, especially when it comes to battery life. Do so at your own risk.
You may flash other kernels as you wish via recovery. Remember to also flash the correct libraries for any 3rd party kernels. Instructions will be given by the Kernel author. NOTE: Updating the ROM via OTA will also overwrite any custom Kernels you have installed.

A huge thanks to my Nexus 4 testing crew! You guys make this ROM possible! In particular Max, Vangelis13 and yyz71
Thanks very much to all those who have answered my questions through the process of creating my own ROM, you know who you are.
CyanogenMod for their outstanding work. Full credit to them for the bulk of this ROM.

I don't think transparancy will come to cm10 which this ROM is based off of.
ROM feels really smooth and I will have to report back on battery, but there is one thing I see that is missing. The Reboot menu does not show the other options like Recovery, Download, etc. Not sure if I'm the only one, but that would be really helpful to have. I do have Reboot menu selected in the Power Menu section of the Settings.

Attention: This ROM is discontinued!
It still works great as a daily driver and got a large userbase, but as CM10.1 has been abandoned there won't come any new updates anymore!
After working really hard on it for more than 2 month(!) I proudly present my first CM10.1 T-Build :fingers-crossed:
I put lots and lots of effort into it to create a great, smooth and bugfree rom experience for you guys.
I tried to fix all huge bugs on CM10.1 like bluetooth fast forwarding and the wifi hotspot.
Additionally I took the time to create a non-neon gapps package, as the official 4.2 one does only support neon.

CM Known Bugs & Fixes:
This list shows what has been done so far.
As you can guess by the sheer amount of the fixed bugs there has been put lots and lots of time into this ROM.
And don't forget about all the awesome work pengus77 has put into the kernel - without him we would still suffer from bsods and huge battery drain.
Do NOT post or ask about stuff on the known bugs list!
The bug is listed here - I don't need to get reminded that it's there.
If there's progress or an ETA or anything we will post about it - if not there's not.
I really mean it! Do not ask, it's just annoying. It might only lead to us abandoning the work on the bug.
Oh check the "plans for the next build" section below as well.
But of course you're very welcome to post a decent fixing idea or development related note in'te the CM10.1 development discussion.
Hall of shame of people who ignored my warnings and still posted about already known bugs.
If someone continuously breaks this threads rules you'll land on my ignore list.
tonyp (damn!)

Plans for future builds:
Bugs fixes:

Other:
GCC 4.7 experiments
CREDITS:
arcee and the CM team for all the work they did.
pengus77 for his awesome work at the kernel and new bootloader.
niko (Andrei E.) for his work on including the bluez stack into android.
marsgod for fixing the callbug on the old bootloader.
wkpark for the cracked ICS bootloader, the ramhack idea, and all is valid input.
goo.im, AndroidFileHost and vadonka for providing me great hosting services.
I got a bug - can I report it?:
If you want me to take the time to help and fix your bugs I expect you to take the time and do this properly!
Quick check: Did you do a full wipe before installing build 01? If not you need to do that first!
Check the known bugs section. If it's listed or mentioned there, drop it (and wait patiently if it'll get fixed eventually).
Use the search function and try to find if others have been posted about it.
You're only at the app and can't properly search within a thread?
Then wait until you're at home and report the bug from there!
Check the last 3 pages if the bug has been mentioned there.
You still with me? All of this takes too much of your precious time?
Then use another ROM!
Still nothing? Then report the bug in this thread.
Always attach logs to your bugreport!! Bug reports without logs will get ignored completely.
Study this for more details: [Reference] How to get useful logs
People who fail in doing this properly will get into the hall of shame.
Downloads:
ROM:
By downloading and/or using this ROM you agree to the guidlines of this thread:
Read and understand the entire OP!
Yes, it takes a couple minutes - but what's that compared to the 2+ month I put into the ROM??
Don't be a douchebag!
Follow the rules!
If you agree click the button and download the ROM :fingers-crossed:
Download: http://tonyp.basketbuild.com
Make sure to download the correct version for your bootloader!
Mirror: http://goo.im/devs/tonyp
Gapps:
This ROM already has tiny gapps included! That's a minimum gapps package (<20mb)
I put a lot of effort into integrating the required apps and libs and tested it carefully.
I choose this approach because of the many problems that the standard package causes to our non-neon Tegra2 phone.
Included are only the most basic (g)apps like Playstore, Talk (with working videochat), Calendar sync provicer etc.
If you want to remove the included gapps flash this package after flashing the ROM:
CM10.1-gapps-remover-tonyp.zip
For those of you who want the "full" gapps package including Google Now, TTS, Faceunlock, voice search etc. I worked on a full non-neon gapps package.
Get it from this thread: Non-neon Gapps (Android 4.2) dev-discussion thread
Do NOT flash any other gapps package - they aren't compatible with our phone!
If you accidently did that then format /system and reflash the ROM.
This is necessary to prevent bugs like like the keyboard closing while typing.
Addons:
You can download my officially supported addons from the addons folder:
http://goo.im/devs/tonyp/CM10.1-T-Builds/addons
This ROM has native support for Quickmemo.
For more details read this post.
I've build patches for OpenPdroid and PDroid2.0.
For more details read this post.
Kernel:
kowalski kernel thread
This ROM comes with the awesome kowalski kernel by pengus77.
For new versions (which come regularly) check out his thread!
Various:
TWRP recovery for both bootloaders
my modded adb drivers
Instructions:
Updating to a newer T-Build::
No wipes or system-format needed!
Choose the correct ROM for your bootloader
Flash the ROM
Flash the latest kowalski kernel
Tiny Gapps are included, so there's no need to flash gapps if those are enough for you.
If you want the full gapps package use the non-neon one I provide here.
If you want to remove gapps flash this package after flashing the ROM: CM10.1-gapps-remover-tonyp.zip
Reboot
Coming from another ROM:
If you're on the newbl either use pengus CWM 6.0.2.5 or my TWRP!
Other recoveries won't work.
oldbl users can use any CWM >5 or TWRP version.
Do a full wipe!
Just do the wipe, you will be thankful afterwards when everything does run better.
Format /system
Choose the correct ROM for your bootloader
Flash the ROM
Flash the latest kowalski kernel
Tiny Gapps are included, so there's no need to flash gapps if those are enough for you.
If you want the full gapps package use the non-neon one I provide here.
If you want to remove gapps flash this package after flashing the ROM: CM10.1-gapps-remover-tonyp.zip
Reboot
Don't restore system apps (like Settings) or system data (like Wifi data) with TitaniumBackup!
My personal recommended configuration:
Go to Settings - Performance - Processor and change the "Maximum CPU frequency" to 1200 (or even 1500) and "Set on Boot"
Open the KowalskiManager
enable the 3 power saving options at the top
lower TX Power to 11
Change the SD readaheads to 512
enable dynamic fsync
This ROM comes pre-configured with the following memory management changes:
zRAM enabled with 18%
tonyp memory management enabled
purgeable assets enabled
Changelog:
T-Build 01
T-Build 02
T-Build 03
T-Build 04
T-Build 05
Let me leave with a couple more notes:
This ROMs focus is stability! It's intention is to be a daily driver without the need to constantly flash new updates - that's why I kept you guys waiting that long and didn't release my daily testbuilds (more like 3 builds a day actually) which haven't been perfectly stable, yet.
That's why I took CM10.1 M3 as a base and don't merge in nightly features - everything in this ROM should be well tested and fully working.
I only picked memoryleak fix that's been discovered after M3.
I won't cherrypick each and every feature that's in some other ROM!
If there's a real useful addition that I personally like I will do it, but the fancy stuff has to go into other ROMs.
You guys know me - I am mostly patient and don't mind slight offtopic posts.
For completely offtopic posts you can use the CM 10.1 discussion thread.
... but I hate people who are lazy and don't do their own research. I spent countless hours on this ROM, I think I can expect you to spent a little time before asking questions.
I am not a vendor who's obligated to release a ROM for the phone - I am doing this in my free time for you and me.
So please - don't behave like a total noob. Or [email protected] and I will have a busy fishlapping time
F.A.Q. - Frequently Asked Questions:
How can I swap the mounting points for internal SD card and external SD card?
If you're on the new bootloader, flash this script via Recovery (thanks, @C0D3N1N3R!). For those on the old bootloader, you need this one instead (thanks, @SWTR!).
Which gapps package should I use with this ROM?
Seriously? You haven't been paying attention, have you? Go read the posts above this one!
Which PDroid version should I use?
It's a matter of personal preference, actually. Try both and see which one fits your needs the best. Keep in mind that if you're switching between Openpdroid and PDroid 2.0 (or viceversa) you need to uninstall the app and re-flash the ROM first, or else this kitten will die and it'll be in your conscience forever! I'm serious!!
Just flashed this ROM via recovery and can't get past the boot logo, what's wrong?
Chances are that you're using the wrong Recovery. Try pengus' CMW v6.0.2.5 and flash the ROM again. If the problem persists, check that the ROM zip file isn't corrupted (see each build's md5 hash on tonyp's goo.im CM10.1 folder). If none of that helps, then you better get Tony some logs
How can I know which bootloader my device is using?
An easy way to indentify this is by seeing the bootloader logo that appears when you turn on your device: white -> old bootloader, pink -> new bootloader.
How can I set a custom DPI on this ROM?
You can either use the Google Play DPI Fix Tool, or Tony's personal recommendation: Xposed in combination with Xposed App Settings (link down, use this one or this one instead for now) (see reference by @rugglez).
Viber doesn't work on this ROM, I can't even make a call. What can I do?
According to what we have read, recent versions of Viber won't work on CM 10+ for our device. Apparently, the developers of the app were been notified about the issue and they might look into it soon. Worry not, my friend, since not everything is lost. According to @engine24, Viber version 2.3.6.338 seems to be working alright. Make sure you uninstall your current version of Viber first before installing this one, though!
Battery drain is a bit too high, what's happening?
If you just flashed this ROM, please do one or two full battery charge cycles and see if it helps. Also, check on BetterBatteryStats for rogue apps keeping your device awake (and this is definitely worth a read!).
My screen goes bright before unlocking / after locking?
It's a known issue when using autobrightness. There's no fix for this at the moment.
My GPS takes ages to get a lock, how can I fix it?
Try the latest version available of the Google Specific No-SSL AGPS patch by @crypted. Unpack the gps.conf file and copy it into /system/etc/ using a root file explorer (set permissions to rw-r--r--). Optionally, you can add ro.ril.def.agps.mode = 1 to build.prop (find it in /system folder) but only if you're still having problems after applying the patch.
And, in case you're wondering, the answer is no: this patch won't be integrated into the ROM, so don't ask ... or will it?
Edit: that damn Tony added it to T-Build 3, so this is no longer necessary (unless he decides to drop it hehe)
Hardware Search key is not working!
Go to Settings > System > Hardware keys and make sure that Enable custom actions is checked. Also, change Search key action to In-app Search.

Changelogs
As we're getting back into the thread game, keeping up with threads and updating them as per changelogs can be too hectic given our schedule. However, very detailed changelogs always go up on our Google+ page, follow us for constant updates!
Instructions & requirements
We highly recommend you to follow these instructions very carefully. Users usually tend to skip a few steps and eventually fall in trouble. Are you with me? Good. Let's get this train going.
Just a few things to keep in mind first -
If you're coming from another ROM / Stock, your system data (not internal storage) will have to be wiped. This includes apps, accounts, messages, call logs etc.
There's been some users complaining about different GAPPS variants messing up installs and causing a ton of issues. Upon investigating it seems OpenGapps Mini/Nano and Banks GAPPS work best.
Understand that Paranoid Android is a custom ROM and it might lead to addiction as it's relatively good. We shouldn't be accused of anything just incase your cat starts drinking wine. Things get a little woozy in the Paranoid World.
Some brain might be involved if things go wrong. Not a lot though, as much to solve what's 1+1.
Okay let's get to the main bit -
Once you have all the required files - boot into recovery and wipe the bananas out of your device. Get into the wipe menu and wipe data, system, cache and dalvik cache (basically everything except Internal Storage).
Once wiped, get into the "Install from zip" menu and select the ROM zip. (pa_bacon_6.x...). Once added to the install queue, TWRP will ask you if you want to add more zips into the queue - Click on "add more zips" and select the GAPPS package.
Swipe the bar on the bottom to flash/install zips. Once both zips are done installing - Reboot into system and set-up your device, do not do anything else.
Once you're done setting up your device - well that's when you're done. One thing though - Make sure you DO NOT INSTALL any other zip in the same queue as the ROM & GAPPS. Meaning, do not flash anything like a kernel or a root package while installing the ROM. We recommend you do that AFTER you're done setting up your device.

"Based on: God"
Can we get one based off of Satan too or are there too many thermal issues?
But seriously, I appreciate you're work here!
Great man. Hope to see ota updates are supported in your next build

Web browser is crashing after a complete clean install - wipe data, cache and system. With last OpenGapps nano.

Back to CM.
All work good except for the camera, it lags, before and after flash sultan HAL, it need a lot of time for focus too.
Flashed the ROM and there was no sound in calls
Both the caller and receiver had no sound
Doesn't boot on my white E1003, stuck on one+ logo. I have to flash a custom kernel.
Double tap to sleep doesn't work.

Definitely the best ROM or there. It's just works perfectly. The only bad thing is the camera. It's lagging and not performing well. And if I flash Sultan HAL is even worse. I don't use the camera too much so I can live with it. I wonder how did Sultan made the camera perform that well on his ROM, but.when flashing the HAL on other Roms it isn't nearly the same. It would be awesome to have AOSPA with sultans Roms camera performance.
Anyways, as I said, by far the best rom I tried for Onyx.
Glad to have PA back. Congrats!!!!

,Nope, not a single problem with calls. I don't use the phone as a phone too much though hehe, ironic right? But the few time I call my family through the day not a single problem. Maybe gapps conflict? I used banks as is the one they recommend.

I tried both open gapps nano and bank gapps but still no sound on calls
@xboxfanj,
Is the CMTE ready for use on AOSPA? I've been using Swift Dark theme with multiple ROMs previously and it always worked flawlessly. With AOSPA (the first onyx release) multiple UI elements remained unthemed. This happened with other themes as well.
thanks for the rom @xboxfanj !
just a minor (actually formal) thing: ur install instructions appear to be quite noob proof. therefore i think "install pa_bacon_..." might cause confusion for such

V1.1 of the Patch is uploading. Welcome to the Family Axon 7!
Best ROM/Patch in my G5 times.
Very excited to test this on the axon with my next clean Flash!
Is there an Option to enable init.d support without a compatible kernel on Stock?
Hi @Miustone can't believe you're here!
Now I'm definitely buying the axon 7.
Love your work on lg g5.

I'm not sure about this since not tested but you can try to use the optimized Kernel Settings Script from the Patch to enable init.d. It has some Lines to do that (as long as the Kernel Supports it). You can test the init.d Support with checking the Battery Stats Wipe. Charge Your Device, reboot, disconnect the Charger and open the Battery Stats. If it is empty init.d does work. If not, something went wrong. You can also use the Kernel init.d Injector from osm0sis HERE to enable init.d Support on Stock. That's what I've used back on the Fluence UHD Patch.

@ItsNewDroid The Axon 7 is so much better! Try to get Your Fingers on the 6GB Force Touch Version, but even the Normal Version is a lot more awesome. I do really regret that I've chosen the G5 instead! And glad to hear that i was the missing kick for that Decision! You will get the known Quality from Me on that Beast. Promised!
I'm too sorry buying the g5. Can't sell it. No one is interested. In few days I'll buy the axon 7 4/128gb. Unfortunately can't afford the 6gb model.
As always @Miustone your work is amazing!!

Same here Mate! LG has really tricked us out with the Modular Design.
But hey, 128Gb Internal Storage. That's the LG G5 Storage x4 ! And the used Hardware is just amazing! You will be really happy with the Axon 7!
And thanks for the nice Words! Hope the other Users here will see that on the same Way...

So only for ROMs on 7.1.2? Or 7.1.1 also ok?

Does flashing Light Patch have to be done right after a clean install?
It has been a few days since I clean installed Resurrection Remix.
Can we use this on LineageOS 14.1?
I would be glad to see some more information about this mod.
What is it really doing?
Any source code available?
Your mod is promising a lot of things, but it would be nice to know what is changed on our device.

Yes since it does deep/heavy Changes on the System. Dirty flashs will cause bad Problems...

This isn't a Mod, it is more like a custom ROM without the Device specific Firmware in it. It is the Product of enhancing custom ROMs to something more. Can't say it better.
It does enable loads of Services and Features. The most Important Features are better Battery Life without limitations in functionality, better Gaming Performance with less Energy Consumption, a smoother UI/App Rendering, Qualcomm exclusive Audio Features like high fidelity Microphone input, advanced audio resampling Quality with high Performance DAC Handling, Pixel Features (Photos, Daydream), OEM Apps like from Sony or HTC over the Play Store and hundreds of more Things.
In order to enhance My Project i've teamed up with a smart Young Guy from England and i've restarted My Patch to fit better in our Goals. The Light Patch is already the third Version of My Patch and has enhanced over Years to what it is now. I'm really experienced in working with Android and i do all what i do with Sense. If it's Root, Busybox integration or the optimized using of Qualcomms Techs which are hidden in Android. There is much knowledge behind all this and Our Project will grow a lot over the Time with a own OS for Qualcomm Devices and some advanced Apps over the Play Store. We are not sure about going Open Source but it is pretty easy to see what the Patch does. There is no hidden Stuff or anything which should cause any Panic
Hope that Points it out a bit. More Infos will come over the Time! It's a One Man Job for Me atm. and it's a lot to do all around the Project. Give Me some Time and just try it out for now

As long as it is Nougat based, Yes. On which Android Version is the Axon 7 atm?

Do you recommended using custom kernel after applying this patch?
@Miustone
Thank you for your clarification.
What kind of effect is on the build in DAC of axon 7?
There hasn't been any mod, patch or teamwork which did affect the hifi DAC for axon 7.
