Bricked HTC One (need Hong Kong RUU) - One (M7) Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Hi,
I am an owner of the HTC One (M7). Unfortunately the Hong Kong Variant 622 (Due to an eBay seller lying to me and telling me its the European one).
Anyway, I installed the unofficial Cyanogen Mod for it and it worked great, until I needed to get it back to stock and use an RUU, I flashed the European RUU and not knowing that the phone is the Hong Kong one the phone is now concequently bricked and there is no Hong Kong RUU to my knowledge after numerous hours of researching.
My phone now wont even fastboot and instead of reading fastboot usb, it reads fastboot ac? Might be a computer issue so I am yet to try it with another PC.
If someone could help me with this or can help me find an RUU (preferably an .exe version) I would be very happy.
Thanks

[Q] Replacing branded Firmware

Hi all
I could have a T-Mobile branded Galaxy S. Is it possible to just replace it with the original unbranded firmware from samsung?
Cheers
---ebi
In short: yes
The only thing you need to look out for is the sim-lock. Unlock your phone before you try and you should be fine. I had a 3 UK branded phone and flashed the generic firmware without any problems.
P.s. use search
Thank you I used search but specificly on T-Mobile which was probably stoopid. The seller claims that it doesn't have a simlock so I think I will go for that

00028002 : Not able to downgrade to RC7 on Singapore HTC dream

The firmwares are region specific. RC30 would be US and RC8/9 would be UK. Unless you create and use a goldcard, I don't suppose you could flash a US or UK firmware to your Singapore phone.
I don't think so, I think some one else flash that and screwed up their phone. It's in one of the post (if I remember it right)

[Q] Question about RUUs for the M7 (Chunghwa telecom)

I currently have an M7 purchased through Chunghwa telecom in Taiwan, reading through the forums i found the list of RUUs and it seems like x.xx.751.x - Chunghwa Telecom (Taiwan) should be the correct one for my device - out of curiosity, is this RUU available or has it not been released?
Alternatively, will the generic x.xx.709.x TW-version work?
Furthermore, has anyone been able to start the 709 RUU executable under windows 8 64 bit, it will not run on my computer, not in compatibility mode either.

[Q] Flashing Stock Rom

Hello everyone I just bought an HTC One (Great device by the way) it's not available in my country so i had to buy it from france it's the 801n model and it was locked to Orange France carrier but i unlocked it to be used on any other carrier BUT i still have some built-in system apps from Orange that are really useless and I didn't receive the latest android 4.3 update so i Was wondering if there's a way to flash a "STOCK" firmware on my M7
thank u (i'm new to HTC stuff)
Here you can found the stock rom.
However, i advice you to put the phone in s-off if your hboot is 1.44 or wait the tool for the 1.54

Unroot galaxy note5 Hong Kong version (SM-N9200)

I have been rooting and flashing for quite some time now. However, I am fairly new to Samsung devices. I have only rooted HTC devices before. I have a Galaxy Note5 for T-mobile that is the Hong Kong variant. It was purchased with a crappy ROM and I want to unroot, then reroot again to be sure I get a clean phone ready to be used. I need help with unrooting and restoring the device back to its factory state. I have faith in the XDA community to solve this as I am not sure exactly sure what I can do to do this.
I know that HTC phones have an RUU that you can flash that completely restores the phone back to out-of-the-box condition. Does Samsung have something similar to the RUU of HTC? Please let me know what I can do to restore the phone back to its original conditions.
