generally, always European variant is better supported about custom rom, but i can tell you Korean variant i've , i don't exchancge with no other one !!!! F340K

I would buy the Europe version. It ist the only with a OIS camera.

No version of GFlex have OIS camera.
No that is not true. D955 has OIS. You can check it on the Lg webside.

You have to check the Europe Website, not the US.

I'm from Germany and would love to have a Moto X with 32 GB.
Is the developer edition simlock free so that I can use it with my german t-mobile card? I am aware that LTE won't work, that doesn't matter.

Why not just get it SIM unlocked online if needed? The equivalent of US$8 will get it done.

There is a "thanks"-button. I would prefer a "thanks" by pressing the button.

Yes, for the International versions, it's the same as the 2013 Moto X (unlockable) through the Moto web site.
