When you downgrade with Odin, after instalation is done go to recovery mode and do factory reset again. I am not sure what cause that problem on CM, I read some users from Argentina had problem with it.

so you arent bricked then
if you can bet into cwr to install a gb kernel then rstoire if not you wil lneed to use pc odin to flash a rom
Did you wipe cache, dalvik, and factory reset?
Upgrading from GB to ICS will usually loop if you don't reset the phone.
Do not wipe cache, dalvik, or factory reset
In fact, stay away from CWM and use PC-Odin to flash a stock image.

Try to flash kernel with CWM, ThunderZap. Then try to install Supressed ROM in CWM. See what happends.
You need ADB for installing kernel. http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=879701
ADB shell should work when you get to that screen of Wizzard. You are in system then.
P.S. In cwm wipe: system, cache, dalvik cache, and do factory reset before instaling Supressed ROM.

Unpack system\app\SetupWizard.apk from ROM, go to recovery - mount System. Then push SetupWizard.apk from ROM to your stock.

No. Do one time. Root it, install kernel with CWM. Then backup that stock with custom kernel. Then you will have backup of that. And you can restore whenever you want.

There are explanations for this problem. Try some custom ROM, if you do not want it flash stock after that.
I got a big problem!
After updating my S Advance to 4.1.2 my wifi stop working suddenly. (yes i did the correct update last Netherlands Rom)
After downgrading back to 2.3.6 still have the same issue so i tried *#*#526#*#* and it says " NulSet Driver
Is this fixable, if yes how?

Is there a kernel or ROM cleaner for the s advance?
As the ones I've used or know about (so far) are specific to phone models.

What is cleaner? Going back to stock? You can flash stock firmeare, and you get all stock.

From my experience with this phone, when you install kernel everything from old is gone. And when you want to clean install ROM you do factory reset, wipe cache, dalvik cache and you can wipe system. Never used any cleaner.

Yep, you're right (they're proved text book maneovures) but on some specific phone models developers go a few steps further and dev scripts (flashable zip files to be used before changing the kernel or ROM) that deep clean/wipe reminent files/folders' such data left behind by old kernels and ROMs; or they have done for the S2 etc to date.
I thought maybe there was something similar for the s advance. I guess not.
It was just a query.

Usually first boot in cm10 is taking a long time, but if you already know that, have you tried doing a complete wipe(wipe data/factory reset, wipe cache, wipe dalvik cache) before install any custom rom?

yes i know you aren't using cm10, but you say that you are trying to install cm10..
what i'm trying to say about cm10 is that I'm afraid you assume it is bootloop when it is not, just have to wait longer,,,
