Here's a ROM by Acer73 Rayglobe Flex.
Details of fully customized ROM found here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2590613
Only tested on 12b firmware.
Need full wipe. Backup first.
Flash from recovery.
After first boot, do a reboot. Then change network mode to LTE/CDMA and check data roaming. This is an international ROM so data will be roaming.
Bugs: Signal bars don't move. Must use 3rd party like chomp to send MMS. Must change pc connection in setting to media for computer connection. More...?

Any chance you can hack the mobile hotspot, I added the modded one to the flex Rom posted here but it'll randomly disconnect your item that is tethered to it.

Awesome have you tried connecting anything? I noticed you said to put roaming on, that'll charge us verizon users. You can most likely dirty flash over a stock vs980 rom and you could get data without roaming.

Yes, got connected to my old droid on WiFi.
There's no roaming charges through vzw unless ur outside US. Plus ur connected to vzw towers. How u gonna get charged?
No dirty flash. Clean wipe recommended.

Though the rom reads as roaming, ur not. This an international global Rom, that's why it reads that. I found fix to make it not show roaming, but it breaks calls.

I was on malladus 1.3 hybrid. Wiped cache and dalvik and flashed this ROM and I have 4G without roaming checked. Running great so far. I never did 12B OTA update which is why I flashed it that way.
It also shows my phone as a D802, but that's not a big deal at all. Runs great so far

Any chance you guys get the Telstra (AUS) firmware or run us Aussies through how to extract one from our devices?
Note we're BL unlockable if that helps.
How can we use this firmware on a retail version, knowing that BL is locked?
Any instructions/description will be greatly appreciated
Thx

you use this in conjunction with RSD Lite. put the razr m in fastboot mode, run rsd lite, browse for this, and extract & flash it. itll take a bit, but bring you back to fully stock 4.1.1

What's the benefit of this ROM? Is it an update to the jelly bean already out there?
Sent from my XT907 using xda app-developers app
Benifit is that we can look into the file now instead of OTA or Blind Flashing.
Also if you screw up u can Fast boot flash this Firmware with RDSLite.
Now my question is does any one have the JB AUSSIE Radio 4.1.1 ?
Or will the AUSSIE 4.0.x Radio work in here ?
Aussie radio from ICS works fine with this so far.. will test tomorrow in lte coverage area too.

Works for me also on Verizon phone.
Still curious if we can get a Australia fast boot. I think theirs maybe less bloated ?
Again thanks for the fast boot files

There's a tonne of Verizon bloat in these fastboot images that's for sure.. however, much of it is easily removed
Sent from my XT907 using Tapatalk 2
Did a factory wipe, and flashed just boot and system on my Aussie RAZR M.
Everything works except LTE. When it kicks over to LTE it can see the network and connect to it, but the data connection doesn't establish (ie the 4G symbol does not appear and data connectivity doesn't work, despite strong signal in a 4G area).
Any ideas on what may need to be tweaked to get LTE data to work? Data works fine on UMTS.

So you're saying we can reimage an Telstra phone using the Verizon fastboot then separately pushing the radio fastboot afterwards?

In the process of trying to get LTE going, I managed to fry it, so I'm going to have to do a re-install this afternoon. Only shame of it is, I don't live in an LTE coverage area, so I can't test.
So for me, it's a question of do I want smooth jellybean goodness with (at most) DC-HSPA, or do I want ICS with LTE ... grunt, why can't I have both!?

Having said that it's LTE, I've followed these instructions:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1834511
Apparently this should get LTE working outside the US ... will give it a try when a chance avails.
I still don't get why we need this file because we already had the OTA and that's how I updated my phone through RSD Lite. Forgive me for saying this, but it's just my opinion.

Simple. For people who have modded their ICS firmware, the OTA won't apply unless they revert to stock first. At least with this, they can flash jellybean, then mod their rom again.
Plus it's also nice to have something to reimage your phone with if you screw it up
camera JB
Are anybody can upload camera and gallery and all additional files from JB?

Thats where the ICON shows up on mine. No I haven't changed the build.prop at all. Non rooted JB with locked bootloader.
I flashed the European JB ftf last weekend and then downgraded back to UK ICS 303 yesterday and let PCC update it to UK JB..followed by repair using SUS.

In the next few weeks I'll bring a few fun roms over to the 926 & 925 respectively but I want to make sure that both AvatarRoms are bugfree before moving on to the next.
and plus I have to update the 926 remics at some point; oi.

You think that would be the case with the consumer version?. I don't see why a recovery wouldn't let install a rom though. I'll try a different recovery maybe.

Exactly. I kind of have a question about that. Cm10 has a working camera, so I was wondering why it wasn't working here. Is that because of the locked bootloader or is the base build being used older?

So this will work on a Sprint HTC ONE? I couldn't figure out if this was only for the Developer Edition only. TIA

S-OFF
Sprint black htcONE revone worked great S-OFF removed tampered label and able to set CID-11111111 for complete control of the phone thanks to those great Revolutionary devs!
Gotta figure a way to Sim unlock it.

Like David says ^ you have to make sure you are in the right forums before you flash something

yea that sounds dangerous. Just curious as to why anyone with a Sprint phone would want to flash an ATT ROM let's say (considering we have different radios, etc)?

I'm assuming here but this could be the first steps into allowing us to use different carriers such as att or tmo once devs figure it out... ... Don't try anything with out reading a post/thread 10 times over .. just being cautious.

Sprint has finally figured out how to unlock your sim. I did it yesterday! You have to get sprint to push an update through the international dept and then you insert your new sim card and then the simlock enabled message will appear. You then go to system updates and tap the uicc unlock button. You will need to make sure you are connected to wifi when you tap that button and the simlock enabled message is there. It will prompt for a reboot when it finishes and then you just set your phone do gsm and the simlock enabled message will not be there after the reboot.

I am not sure since I only have an international sim card. From what I understand, even if it did work on Tmo or ATT, it wouldn't have the greatest data rates since the sprint htc one doesn't have all of the correct frequencies in its radio.
it would get t mobile 3g here on 1900 but thats still rolling out. And i think t mobile uses 1900 for LTE so who knows..we use that for LTE too.
ill be writing up a sim unlock thread in the htc one original dev forums. should be up tonight. It will require s-off
Is it possible to manually move that "revone" file to the proper location with ROOT EXPLORER instead of ADB? I have no ADB skills

Thanks You :good:
All the roms are now based on a build that's not official at least in the T-Mobile website we still have 5.0.1 aka COD6. My question is if I update my device to the new Android version. Will T-Mobile not notice that ? Im going to jump to a new device soon. But will like to try out the new 5.1.1 see how smooth it is.

I've been with tmobile for about 8 years. My experience has been the people at the tmobile stores could care less if your phone has a custom ROM. Ive wiped my phone front of them the phone goes into a custom recovery. Either they are oblivious or don't care. As long as the phone turns on, the glass is not cracked and there is no sign of water damage, your safe
