I bought my friends phone in an attempt to fix it but it kind of worked, the problem it first had was that it didnt load after boot screen so i installed a rom from live samsung updates, it worked but then the phone over heats and im guessing thats the cause of the battery drain i tried install different 4.1.2 pda versions like I9070XXLQL, I9070DXAMD1 and I9070XXLQE but they all still over heat my phone, current i have the ITV version installed which is I9070XXLQL.
the battery temperature is 46 degrees according to the phone tester app
i have Watchdog lite, battery doctor, task killer and clean master app installed to keep the ram low
Is it cause my phone can't handle 4.1.2 JB version, should i install a 2.3 GB rom?

No it´s not a problem with your stock rom ( JB or Gingerbread)
Either the device is corrupt or you should try to flash another stock rom again.
by some stock roms the device over heats for me too.
Try another one...I´m using xxlpe
(-flash via odin-)

Root, istall CoCore E kernel, use PegasusQ governor, SIO scheduler. You can find all that in I9070 Original Development thread.

Governor change the way CPU is scaling. When it uses what frequency. And that kernel is way better optimized than stock one.
P.S. How long does that heating lasts? I remember it was couple of hours when I was on stock, maybe during media scan (on first boot).

the heat last till battery is dead, it doesnt cool down
I have rooted it, download kernel and installed universal kernel flasher but when i click on select a kernel image, it says "Unable to find application to perform this action, i have extracted the kernel.bin.md5 file from zips and placed it into extsdcard and also moved it to sdcard but both still come up with the same thing
Nvm found out i also needed to download file manager
The phone is still overheating after installing kernel, i installed kernel by using recovery mode and installed zip from there, cause doing it the DD way was too complicated since i didnt know how to get into superuser mode and type in [dd if=/sdcard/kernel.bin.md5 of=/dev/block/mmcblk0p15]

Ok, post your battery stats (screenshot) when you discharge it at least to 50%. To see what is draining battery.

Yes. And when you tap on screen time, how much hours do you get?
Average for me is that battery drains in about 12-15 (it can get more if I use it less) hours with 2-3 hours of onscreen on JB with autosync and wifi or 3g on.

CM10.1 or stock.
I've got the (NFC vesion i9070P).
My reason for you is to search for another stock rom or flash (Harshjelly for stock) .A custom rom like 10.1 which shutdown said or the new kitkat 4.4.2 by maclaw. If you want more information about it ask.
The battery drain is either a corrupt by your devive or a wrong (stock/custom rom) whatever....

I am not sure what else to suggest you. 4 hours of standby is not normal. Maybe some hardware problem... You did factory reset on change of a ROM/firmware?

You cannot install Bootloaders from Recovery. You need to install them via Odin.
Check the guide at http://sgscm7nightlies.pbworks.com/w/page/43987996/Flashing Bootloaders
Also all modern GB bootloaders are the same, only the names are different depending on which version the got ripped out of.
tnx i install bootlaoder i will see how its works..

After flashing, no battery readings are accurate. Give it a charging cycle or two before you pass any judgments on it.

If you have 82, you shouldn't be having an sd problem.
You do know to look in /emmc for your external SD card, yes?

My phone has been having a lot of deep sleep issues. From betterbatterystats it says kernel wakelock is caused by "suspend_backoff" sometimes "multidpd" and also "PowerManagerService". I have tried diffrent kernels but no difference so it might be a rogue app causing it. Please How can i fix this?
Any help please

Try to take your battery for one minute then put it back again. But you can try clean install before flashing ics.

Like this?
Clean install, flash gb rom in pc odin, while in gb rom perform 3 wipes then take out your battery for a while and put it back again and go directly to download mode and flash ics rom in pc odin. Must be perform in pc odin only.

hmm... by any chance do you have Google Chrome app installed on your phone?
That "suspend_backoff" kernel wakelock you got there is cause by Google Chrome app itself.
Simply uninstalling Chrome would fix that issue you have..

After flashing custom recovery using "Infinix flash tool" the device does not charge beyond 88%
When I booted the phone, date and time got reset and battery problem appeared.
It goes to this percent then stop charging.
I tried to calibrate battery, but it doesn't help.
I flashed full firmware using flashtool but still the same problem.
Anybody knows a solution?
