Check MD5. this site does not play nice with download managers

Wipe data, system, dalvik cache and cache.. DO NOT TICK INTERAL STORAGE.
Then install guru reset rom
If your intention is to restore stock for warranty purpose, then you need to gain S-Off to remove tampered and have locked bootloader not relocked

Thanks for the help, everything went fine with the install until a system update, downloaded and installed fine then on a reboot i just got as far the HTC splash screen then a bootloop, just put rev HD 6.1 back on the phone and running stable again, it always seems to be the OTA system update that bootloops the phone, cant figure way when the ruu rom installs fine but the update puts it in a bootloop lol

Help Getting Back To Somewhere

This began with a stock HTC one from Sprint
I updated all drivers and began with installing Cwm, rooting the device and then installing the latest Cyanogenmod
Everything was fine but then I wanted to make the device work with T-Mobile
So I embarked on doing so, proceeding I turned S-ON to S-OFF obtained super CID changed my MID to T-Mobile's MID relocked the bootloader installed T-Mobile's RUU and then everything went downhill.
After clearing the cache and rebooting the device it began to boot-loop and after that I tried using Cwm to install cyanogenmod through sideloading but adb did not recognize the device
After reading a few forums I thought the best course of action was to relock the bootloader and try installing T-Mobiles RUU once again
And... It failed, it began boot looping again and now im stuck with a cycling device.

Thanks, First forum post ever.

RUU stuck at sending

I have an HTC One AT&T M7. I flashed a custom rom to try and get sense 6 but fell into a bootloop, long story short I desided to try and restore back to what I had before. So I downloaded RUU_M7_UL_K44_SENSE55_MR_Cingular_US_4.18.502.7_R10_Radio_4T.24.3218.09_10.26.1718.01L_release_356565_signed_2.exe, but when I run it it get stuck at "(1/6) Sending.....". I have let is sit for an hour with no progress. Anyone know what's wrong? If not, is there any other method I can try and restore my phone?
One thing I see asked a lot is if usb debugging is enabled. I do not know, and can not check as I can not boot at the moment.

I have had lots of issue with running the 4.x RUUs. Your other option will be to push a rom to the sdcard using TWRP/adb sideload. Try this: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2676986

Couple things ...when you pick a rom read the install instructions 2-3 times till you understand them.
For now you need to start over and follow this
Unlock the bootloader at HTCDEV
then from fastboot USB
Flash recovery TWRP 2.6.3.3
http://techerrata.com/browse/twrp2/m7
fastboot flash recovery openrecovery-twrp-2.6.3.3-m7.img
fastboot erase cache
fastboot reboot-bootloader
then sideload this Rom to your phone
http://www.androidrevolution.org/downloader/download.php?file=Android_Revolution_HD-One_31.6.zip
TWRP / Advanced / ADB Sideload - swipe to sideload
From PC adb / fastboot folder
you use
adb sideload name-of-rom.zip
make sure the rom is in the same folder as adb / fastboot
Click to collapse
Now try and get S-Off with firewater, after that you can use the firmware and recovery in the file you have above

I tired to sideload before I tried the RUU and it didn't work, but I thought I'd try again. I flashed TWRP and sideloaded CyanogenMod (I already had it downloaded). It worked. I don't know what the problem was before.

[Q] Best Rom for getting S-Off?

I have a T Mobile M7 with HBOOT 1.56. I've unlocked, rooted it and installed a custom rom on it just fine with S-ON. I'm trying to return it for warranty, and I've spent hours trying to get just a stock recovery and ROM installed. No RUUs, prepackaged AROMA installers, etc. will work so far. I want to try and get everything restored with an RUU after getting S-OFF on the phone. I've tried some of the utilities in the past without any luck, but have run across some threads saying that some some roms work better than others. What Roms have had the best success with Firewater etc. on HBOOT 1.56. No luck currently on Maximus HD 44

try some combination of custom rom with unsecured kernels. ARHD, elementalX for example. You could also try other exploits like Sunshine s-off
Should I be flashing the unsecured kernel separately after the rom?

Some roms already have unsecured kernel so you might want to try using the kernel included with the rom before flashing another kernel.
I tried ARHD and Maximus HD without any luck, so I'm just going to try to find a reset rom. I posted a new Q thread since it was a different question. Thanks!
