This explain everything! What problems?
if not unloacked BL, flash NUT's ....136 flashable zip and repair it with PC companion, but not sure you will get uk unbranded ftf.

This will be as close to stock as possible
9.1.A.1.140-James-Bond-Central-Europe-by-gregbradley.zip - 524.12 MB
I don't think anyone will ever make a completely stock on because its too easy to flash in flashtool (If you are near a PC) and also if you flash a stock rom you lose root and hence recovery etc.
This one is rooted though
try this one, its stock uk generic as i also had flashed it before

I got unlocked my bootloader and used custom kernels until i got the .67 update from hongkong, unfortunately my phone keeps detecting new update for 9.1.b.1.67 not only in pc companion but also in my notification bar.
My question now is, shall i accept the update? Thank you

Simple, no
Don't accept any OTA firmware if you unlocked bootloader
You can update firmware via flashtool by downloading stock FTF firmware

Very good advice. Don't do OTA
If there is no ftf posted you can make one
Use PCCompanion and use the "repair" option. It will download the necessary files to flash your phone but will fail to flash because if your unlocked bootloader.
Then use flashtool to make the ftf from the downloaded files which ou can then flash in flashtool
the instructions on how to do this are in the all in one thread

Had the same problem. You have to relock the boot-loader. It's not possible with PC Companion if i'm not mistaking. Just flashing a stock rom with Emma doesn't work either.
What you should do:
1) Download the flash tool
2) Launch the flashtool
3) Click BLU in the left upper corner
4) Connect device in Flash mode
5) Save the unlock code
6) Press relock
Now you can do the update!
Good luck
Thanks

Guys, I have a question Regarding Updating using PC Companion. I have Flashed another region's Stock FTF I think it is Russian Firmware 1272-4891.. because I can not find My regions Stock FTF. Im in the Philippines which the Customzation number should be 1272-4876.. Will it be a problem in the upcoming 4.3 update? TIA!

If you flashed via flashtool using a FTF, you will have to update the new firmware using PC companion.
For that you should be on locked bootloader with STOCK ROM and KERNEL. PC companion will automatically detect your phone and install the right firmware for you. However, if you use FLASHTOOL, you can just install any FTF for your phone.
However, make sure the baseband match your model to the one you are flashing!
Good Luck

Whatever firmware you are using, you will easily update it to the same firmware using PC companion. In your case, you will still have Russian firmware when you update if update comes available.
I suggest find a World generic FTF and it will solve your problems in case you can not find PH firmware.
Good luck!

Yes that be great for you. It will certainly work! However, do remember the updates for different regions might come at different times so you might get it early or have to wait for it a bit!
Good luck

Yes, my friend. I think when the .254 update it was 2days earlier on other region before it become available here. btw, it worked my friend. I will try to post my ftf file on the stock ftf if someone needed a PH firmware. Thanks again for entertaining my questions my friend. Goodluck too.
My phone doesn't seem to receive any signal when flashing any firmwares othewr than .136
I was on the Monx rom for about 4 months but felt like restoring the phone back and trying something different. So I flashed a generic UK .534 firmware I had on my pc with flashtool as I still want root.. But once it was completed I received the fatal "Invalid Sim - No Service". I tried the original o2 sim in the phone which my Xperia used to be on before I unlocked it but still got the same error with no signal. I flashed it a few more times but it didn't make a difference. I thought it must have been something wrong with the ftf of the generic one so i downloaded the .257 generic uk ftf as you're able to root that too BUT same "invalid sim" popped up again. I tried restarting a few times, different sim cards and nothing works. I then found an o2 branded .136 on my computer which I must have made as a back up...I flashed it and it worked fine again with fulkl signalk and no invalid sim message. I thought maybe my handset will only work with o2 firmwares since only that ftf worked...i decided to download a .534 o2 ftf since as I mentioned i need root but same issue again!
I'm so frustrated since the ftf that root doesn't work on is fine. I have no idea why this issue is occurring
Sorry for the long read. Any help appreciated
that always happens
just flash any 534 FTF
root it
install the rom of your choice
it will be fine

No, please follow what I said
flash a 534 FTF
root it
Then flash a pre rooted rom of your choice.
If choose to stay with 534 you will never get a signal.
Also remember that's a 4.2 version of android, we are now on 4.4
