I was looking into editing my lockscreen app ring then found out Gravitybox was able to do that all along. Starting the app and trying to find out how I could have missed that option, I realized it's missing...
I'm using 2.9.7 on the XT890. Any of you guys have the same ... or not ?
Afaik lockscreen-mod on gravity does not work with 4.1.2
that option has been disabled
ic, is there another app that can edit the apps in the ring?

Is there anyway to change the camera shortcut in the ics lockscreen for the sound toggle shortcut? I've seen it in roms for other devices but i dont know how they do it :/ I dont want to use any apps like widgetlocker or golocker
i hope you can help me or tell me where to look in the roms that i mentioned before
i'm using IScreamDX.
Thanks
It should be in
Cyanogenmod settings->lockscreen->style options->click on custom app starter.
Choose the app u want to show up.
Press THANKS if I tried to help...
i apologize for my english, i do my best xD but the thing i want in the lockscreen is the shortcut that switch between ring/sound mode(vibrate/ring/silent). And in Ice Cream Sandwich(4.0.4) you change the shortcuts from Settings->Interface->System (at least thats what i do). It's not an app(it can be done with apps like widget locker or golocker).
If someone can tell me where to look, or point me in the right direction XD
There is no cyanogenmod settings option in ics rom

Is there anyone who knows how to get rid of this notification?

If you are rooted:
Method 1.
Install Xposed Installer APK , Open Xposed Installer, tap on framework and tap install. Then install Disable Samsung Notification Widget APK , activate the module in xposed framework and reboot.
Method 2.
Install Titanium Backup APK (you will need the pro version=$6) and freeze com.sec.android.app.keyguard 1.0
If you are not rooted:
You can get rid of the text message notifications by disabling them in the settings of the messaging app. The problem with this is that you won't get any alerts at all. If you want alerts, you'll have to download a third party messaging app. 8SMS APK is a beefed up version of the stock android messaging app. You can also use Hangouts APK it supports SMS now.
For missed call notifications, you can't do much other than install lockscreen policy from the market. (only works on 4.3 and below) This will kill ALL widgets on the lockscreen (and notifications) So if you are trying to replace your lockscreen with something like dashclock it won't work... and no! There's no option to choose certain widgets, it kills them ALL. Here is the link: Lockscreen Policy APK
Thank You! I am using NILS app and wanted all notifications on one lock screen and not have Samsung
Notifications ruin it.

May I know if there are any lockscreen tweaks for kitkat? Like allowing custom apps to be widgets in the lockscreen. Btw, I can't drink the camera shortcut in the lockscreen anymore, is it supposed to be like that or is there a problem?
I'm on ihackers 4.1
Thanks.

Dose not really answer the question. But is there supposed to be the stock camera app as one of the widget?

For custom lock screen widgets
Go to Security > enable widgets -- checked

I have a Galaxy s5. I'm using Go Launcher 5. I have Xposed installed with four modules installed: Wanam, Xposed G-touchwiz, handleexternalstorage, and greenify. Somewhere along the line I set my status bar to transparent so I could see the entire wallpaper. It's transparent on the main screen and the app drawer in Go Launcher. It's also transparent in touchwiz when I drop out of Go launcher. This indicates to me that Go Launcher is not where I made the setting, so it has to be either in one of the Xposed modules or in touchwiz itself.
I don't know if Xposed settings can continue if for instance I made this setting in a module and then deleted the module. I used a "tinted status bar" module for a short time but no longer have that installed.
Can someone have mercy and help me figure out where I made this setting? I really thought it was in touchwiz but I'm n ot finding it after much searching through settings, and I want to switch it back, or make the bar a little less transparent.
Thanks for any help on this.
Anyone know if there exist some mod for Android that would allow persistant lockscreen notifications/widgets to the bottom of the lockscreen?
My idea is to move my Spotify controls to the bottom of my lockscreen since that's a more natural control location for me. I'm sure I'm not the only one who would find music controls friendlier at the bottom, so maybe this already exists I'm some form somewhere. Would cLock possibly allow this?
I'm going to hope the answer isn't an Xposed mod, though, because I'm on the currently unsupported TW 5.0.1
Thanks!
