Spigen announced their well-known Slim Armor line for the new One M8 a while ago and this case also comes in a sexy Gunmetal color .
I'm actually thinking of buying it, but I am waiting for some experiences from other people, since I've had button issues with their cases in the past (Neo Hybrid for the Galaxy S3 and Slim Armor for the Nexus 5). I've heard that some orders have already been shipped, is there someone here that has already received his order? Please post some of your experiences here if you have :fingers-crossed:

That's also what I thought, but I read somewhere else that some orders are already being shipped. And the black one is in stock on Amazon UK.
There is no cutout for the power button judging from the pictures. Might affect IR blaster.

I was not thinking on buying a case but this looks beyond sexy. The non-functioning IR blaster may be a deal breaker though. I use my M8 as my control literally every day. Hmmmmm.
I can't figure out why they keep making cases that block the IR blaster. The hybrid bumper case is good looking too, but has the same issue.
Style-wise Spigen is on point, but silly to pay $20 for something that removes functionality.

I had one on my galaxy s4 and really liked it. I've messed around with quite a few cases and that one is definitely my favorite. I was also looking at the Incipio Dualpro, not sure if that fixes the IR Blaster problem.
Mine is on its way as well, I'll look into ways to modify it to keep the IR blaster. I don't really use the feature at school but I like to show my friends the feature. Will update on the case when I get it
My mom has the same type of case for her iphone and its sexy. definitely my favorite case especially for this phone because it mimics the design of the phone

Unfortunately the UPS tracking number that was provided in my Amazon account does not even resemble a normal UPS tracking number so I am unable to tell when it will arrive. However when it does, I will be sure to come back and give it a run down.
EDIT: It looks like this was shipped straight from the manufacturing facility in Korea to Spigen in California...then to me. Hence the reason the UPS tracking did not show up via conventional UPS.com tracking.
For anyone who per-ordered and has a UPS Tracking # that does not show up via ups.com. It will show up if you go to UPS Mail Innovations.
First impressions of case: Fits phone very well, feels great in the hand...the only negative I see is the lack of an IR window. But other than that...it's a keeper.

Same here, guessing they are shipping it from wherever it's made in China. I'm refusing it either way, no IR and sounds like it's more bulky than I want.

its made to the case i believe, like some otterbox. If it is, you dont have the option to not install it unless you cut it out. please report back if verified
Edit: from the case description "Front cover with built-in screen protector prevents scratches without compromising sensitivity"
on the otterbox its glued on. comes off with a little pressure.

My issue is the openings for the flash are not tapered, Similar to the UAG M7 design. This causes indoor images to look washed out. On the M8 case UAG got smarter and tapered the openings for the flash.

I have had mine preordered for about a week. That is the only case thus far that has the plastic around the speakers. I'll apply some black mesh over them as I constantly have to pick out metal shavings out of the speakers now. I really like the design plus the price is an added bonus!

Been looking for a nice clear case that's worthy of the HTC M8 and have narrowed it down to this case or this one but kind of leaning towards the unicorn beetle since it has a contoured body that should make for better grip plus it also looks beefy enough all around to offer great protection in case the phone is dropped. One the main reasons I picked the M8 over the S5 was because of its gorgeous design and I just can't fathom the idea of getting something that will cover up and hide that beautiful and gorgeous metal back.

I bought the plain one you refer to, the premium hybrid one and I'm quite happy with it. I bought it because of the wait time on the Unicorn Beetle Pro and because I wanted a case that had a more streamlined fit to the M8's contours. I have no complaints, especially since it was so inexpensive.
Like someone else had mentioned I'm not too keen on the built-in screen protector on the Pro. If it takes away from usability I'll just pull or cut it off. The Pro looks like a winner and I ordered it a week ago as well so I got it for $12 including shipping.
I received the Pro today and really impressions are quite positive. Reminds me a bit of the USA I had for my M7,but better in just about every way. I was going to remove the screen protector but I think I will leave it on for a while because it had a tacky inside surface so it keeps on contact with the phones screen, unlike the screen on cases like the Life Proof cases for iPhone. I really like the port covers and volume and power buttons. So far so good.
Hey guys, I currently use my m8 with a glass screen protector and naked. But waiting for a back xtremeguard protection. Sometimes I practice some sports and walk in a friend's horses, and last time I was using the HTC case that came with the phone. I wanted a case that could handle a big drop, because I am riding a horse or running in a bike. I will just use in these situations. I saw the otter box, is there any better than that?
I was going to suggest Trident, but they don't seem to make a case for the M8... I know people that have great success with Otterbox, but I personally can't justify the bulk added.
Another option is Tech 21 cases (LINK) They don't look like they protect well, but the orange material around the edge protects it from shocks. They are a bit pricy, and they are located in the UK. They have plenty of videos demonstrating the material.

Wow that looks great. I'm probably going to go for this as well. I use a spigen case for my Nexus 5. I dropped my N5 countless times and it is still as good as new. Very happy with their product.

Ringke Fusion cases are some of the best cases I have ever owned. super thin, extremely light, good grip.. lives through drops like its nobodies business, and the port covers are a nice added bonus. I also love how they change the feel of the power/side buttons to give a more tactile feel. it was extremely helpful for me with my N6 2014. Honestly, these cases legitimately have an effect on what phone I buy now. Like one of the reasons I don't want the blu XL or Axon pro is purely because reearth hasn't made any cases for those phones. I'm glad to see there is already one for the 5X.
But can we find more cases of another phones on same website ?

So I picked up the S6 at BB today and I needed a case quickly, so I ordered this ProCase on Amazon and it will be here tomorrow morning. For $10 its better then being naked until some decent reviews of good cases come out. I'll update this when it arrives.

Yeah, wth man? Does Samsung have an exclusive/patent for pen covers, or what?
I'm buying a cover today, don't for sure which one, but it'll have some sort of pen holder.
Let us know how you get on, I opted for the official case purely because of the pen cover so it'll be interesting to see if it stays in place

Great minds think alike lolol. Got my s6 at bb a few days ago and bought the same case from Amazon because this puppy needs a case and there are no leather ones just yet.
Good news the case you and I bought works very well with the s6 with solid corner protecting and the slim form factor works for me. With the case the s_pen sits where it needs to without it falling out so far. For the price quite pleased.

So as an update ,its been almost 2 weeks since I got my ProCase and I have no complaints with it (other then it doesn't hold the SPen any more securely then having no case. It folders nicely in 2 different different positions for watching movies. It seems to put the tablet screen to sleep when I cover it and covers the edges of the tablet nicely without adding to much bulk.
The only thing I noticed and may be a tablet issue not the cover, but sometimes I'm getting notification even if I'm not using the tablet (and the cover is covering the screen). ie someone sends a Facebook message and the tablet vibrates to let me know it got one.

I also purchased this case to use until my Keyboard Case arrived. It is a perfectly serviceable case. It fits the tablet well and protects it.
For $10, you really can't ask for anything more. I'm satisfied with it.

If I didn't already have one I'd buy it, when possible. I like it's S-pen cover design. I use my tablet 'upside down' (charging cable on top, and better grip in left hand—I'm right-handed).
Only possible 'problem' is weight. This one is listed as 11.2 oz vs the Dadanism listed at 7.7 oz. I added it to my list, though.

Bought it.
Only con is a big one—as I feared before I bought it the magnet that holds the tablet on to the case interferes with the screen's ability to sense the S-pen.

Which case did you buy? the Dadanism one? I can see why that would have massive issues, but the the Ztotop case I got today has no problems and I love it

I have both. First Dadaism (no attachment magnets), then saw post about Ztotop and it looked perfect, until I tried writing/drawing with S-pen and experienced the 'dead-zone' problem as shown in screenshot.
Since you are not having problem I wonder if they made changes to placement or strength of magnets???
Before I try to exchange mine, I just want to confirm that you don't have dead spots using S-pen.

Nope no dead spots whatsoever I can draw and colour the whole screen without issue

Yes. I wouldn't say they are outstanding, pretty much you get what you pay for. I think that they are slightly lower quality than OtterBox. Less bulky though. I will probably get one if it includes a belt clip
They seem to offer alot of options that mount to their cases. They even have a cupholder flex arm car mount (used to use one that didn't clip the phone years back).
The question is that proprietary mount on the case reliable? If it slips loose, or peels off the case it's a fail. If it's secure and doesn't accidentally come undone it could be a great choice.

in retrospect this isn't the one that I thought it was. I am looking at reviews on Amazon for some of their previous products. Honestly they don't seem very good. I am probably going to pass. But I am like you, and hoping to find a nice rugged case that doesn't add a ton of bulk.
I'm still waiting for Rhinoshield to start selling their case. That's what I'll be getting.

I just got this case to tide me over until something better is released. I'd never even heard of the company, but for just over $10 with shipping I figured I'd give it a shot.
I'd say it's good, but not great. Definitely better than the case that came with the phone.

That fusion x is probably about the best bet. The one I posted is really cool but I'd rather get a product from an American warehouse. The one in op even strips retail packaging for shipment from China unless specified.

Haha. I've been waiting and checking their website daily. Last email I got from them is that we can expect it in November sometime.
Just got my UAG plasma case doesn't add much weight little bulk great protection for camera and screen even with the official OnePlus screen protector on ordered direct from Urban Armor Gear shipped in 2 days think it's going to be a good one
