if you have CM, you can use setcpu or no frills to change the io scheduler but available io schedulers will depend on how the kernels were compiled. I just use the default which is sio..

Overclocking can fry your cpu. My governor is smartassH3, frequency 245-800 MHz and I/O is sio. for SmartassH3, flash MA6 kernel by @Mardon. Btw just curious, why are you using an old version of cm10.1? there is a final version for cm10.1. here- http://jenkins.androidarmv6.org/job/android/602/

I'm currently on Resurrection Remix 5.5.9 rom. Just wondering, what's your favorite interactive tunables setting? What's your pick for "buttery smooth" or "best battery"?
Hey @Michael4407
Surely i could say that my Honami's CPU Governor is OnDemand and because of my own custom rom for this model there's no more heating on the back and with some tweaks actually there are lots of performance.

any los based rom has voltage control which you can change in kernel adiutor app, and for underclock u just need to set the lower freq in the same app.
For the undervolt i don't recommend to undervolt freqs below 1032 mhz, it will cause the system unstable with maybe a sod.

If you are on MIUI you can try redkancut, if you are on any custom rom, most of roms have the undervolt by default
