same here, it works fine.
but it sucks compared to Android GB Keyboard
i used to believe Swype was great until i started using AGB keyboard, now i can't live without it.
it's simply that good
AGB keyboard = stock keyboard on 2.3.3 / 2.3.4
i actually find swype to be cumbersome and slow now

Granted I'm a first time Android user, but I couldn't get used to the keyboard on my NS4G. I'm also coming from a Pre with a physical keyboard that I could type one handed without looking.
I admit the Swype keyboard looks like garbage compared to the new keyboard, but in terms of usability, I can punch out a text using Swype waayyy faster than on the new keyboard.
okay, yes, if you want to type one handed in the mist of a rush hour in a public transit, then Swype is a better choice
but for multi-touch fast 2 hands typing, the stock android keyboard is magnificent specially when it comes to language switching
it gives you instantaneous language swap, so in the same message you can mix and match languages without the looooooong steps required on swype.
Confirming also that swype is working fine on NS4G. I had to log into the swype beta website, 'remove' the old device they had listed for my account, re download the inataller, let it do its thing, e.g. install, license...
Off topic, do guys get key lag with AGB Keyboard? ..and did u install from market, or literally just the stock?

I went there today, and saw that the Beta is still open. Just sign up to get the keyboard.
Also after 30 minutes of using the stock keyboard, and then 30 minutes of using the sywpe I went back to stock. The predection function is good. Almost as good as the real thing i had on the epic

do u keep vibrate on? Does that make the keyboard lag and/or miss keys (for you)?

Use keyboard manager from the market to use Swype in portrait and then switch to whatever other keyboard you want in landscape.

Is there any way to get the non-beta pre-loaded version that was on the Epic?? I really really miss the ability to double tap a misspelled word and bring up a list of other words....
Your opinion about it.Why not stock Samsung keyboard? because it not good enough for FAST handwriting.
1 What app?
2 Why?
3 Where to find?

i flash cm room n i lose stock keyboard.
where i can found stock N7000 keyboard apk?
To find out stock keyboard you can unzip your ROM then look at the folders /system/app and /preload/symlink/system/app.
My preferred keyboard is Swiftkey from Google Play Store.

+ system/app/AxT9IME.apk and you need the lib's for the keyboard
My fav keyboard is swiftkey

SwiftKey is awesome but it needs some time to adapt, before that it's EXTREMELY annoying, sometimes I spend more time fixing autocorrect words than typing whole message, still it can predict what I want to type without sweat
Hello all. I just updated to 4.2.2. Seems now I can't use the Google keyboard anymore.
The option to switch away from the sense 5 keyboard is gone.
Anyone else experienced this? Thanks guys.

Yep, this has happened to me too. Can't switch to the Google Keyboard.
I've just had the 4.2.2 update as well and I also cannot revert to the Google Keyboard. I'm stuck with this stupid sense keyboard!

There's already a thread about this here.... I've answered in that thread.
I've searched Google and these forums to try and find a solution my problem, the following app;
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.google.android.inputmethod.latin
I loved this keyboard however i can't add any custom words now. I even factory reset my phone to see if this would work. It doesn't. I'm on my s4 (i9505) and prefer it to stock keyboard. Any ideas how I can get it to work? Or what I could change. No custom words will be saved. At all! Slightly annoying!
Thanks
Ben

Delete manually or with titanium backup if you got root. I think there's no other way w/o being rooted.
it worked fine for me i still like swift key but I didnt have to unistall anything.
Here is a link for the one on the play store. Works fine on my stock moto x.
