newer version of iphone looking case for N2

hey guys ive just stumbled on what looks like an updated version from the case that people bought that makes our N2 looks like an iphone.
i think it looks better and less bulkier but who knows idk if i should pull the trigger since i dont wanna lose signal but here u go

Wow this is sexy! I would consider getting one, but its pretty expensive and doesn't have nfc (sortof aluminums fault)

I didnt notice at first that the back plating replaces the battery door, thats even more awesome! means its not adding much thickness

Idk i still like that case and honestly i havent used nfc at all >.> seems pointless for me but my main concern is the reception issue i might get it and this version is cheaper then what the others bought

Size is the same. Minor aesthetic diff at the sides. Theres a slight sloping compared tk the straight angle.im using the before this and I have no problems with gps or receptions.
I wpuldnt say it looks like an iphone btw. It just gives it more sharp angles. Im a fan of sharp angles.

not leaked photos, it was shown off at a cell phone convention in croatia

OK, not a leak per se, but pics nor info not released abroad by Samsung as of yet . So, what do you think? thoughts? I feel that this is what the regular S4 should have been....maybe with color choices.

I would be surprised if this comes to the U.S.

I've looked at those, but I'd like there to not be any any bulk to the phone. Right now i'm just rocking it naked with invisibleshield on the front and back, this has been the first time I could use a smartphone and feel like it's not too fragile to set on the table without a scratch getting on it. :good: If anything it would be awesome if there were replaceable backcovers in different colors, but i have yet to see anything.

There are some. Check out the accessories thread. There are leather ones and carbon fiber that I ha e seen so far. That's one benefit of this phone, we will probably have the most accessories next to maybe the iPhone.

My initial thoughts are the phone looks nice but don't like the physical buttons. Also, doubt that just because it has that coating on the phone the screen won't crack if dropped on concrete. In my mind having a good case is the only way to prevent certain things from happening and if I'm going to use a case then what is the point of a "rugged" phone.
This is just me and I understand others have different needs but that is my opinion on it.

I miss the days of my old Nokia 8260 when replacing housings were common. You dropped your phone, $10 and a few days later you had a new housing that was four screws away from making your phone like new. I suppose a tempered glass cover and tpu cover and replaceable battery covers are about as minimalist with good coverage as you can get. And many of the 3rd party battery covers are two piece anyway with the plastic base and the insert that goes on it. So you get a little extra protection there as well.

not a big fan of those menu buttons. Phone looks nice. Samsung should have saved their fitness bloat for that phone. Up High :highfive:

Crassy View Flip Case

Anyone have this case?
It is a flip cover that covers the entire phone and has the cutout in the front.

Somebody linked a similar case that the whole from flip was translucent and you could even operate the screen through it. Seems like a much better alternative to this. I dunno what the slot is meant to do here, only giving you access to an inch of the screen?

Same thing the slot on the official s-view cover for the s4 does. Its supposed to show you the time/notifications without flipping it open.

Not really, it'll show the time though if that's what you have set up on your lockscreen

Yeah, same thing here to Southern California. I've been eying it since even before I got my Note, so I don't mind paying extra for shipping. Besides, an Otterbox is roughly that much.

The documents arw slipped besides the charging cradle and because of the brown colour they look like part of the packaging. Inserted in vertically.
Have now discovered how to adjust the strap. Simple when you look at the mechanism in day light!

the strap pulls down on the bottom end of the watch where the silver metal piece is and it has a little pin that you can put in any of the open holes... I have a demo unit to use for a bit and I am not a fan...

It has the mic hole. Just go to amazon and see the pics there. One of them shows the mic hole. I think the images are just computer graphics and that's why it might have been missed in a few sample pictures.

Look harder at the second pic. It does show a mic hole

The second pic only shows the metal band. The mic hole is a lot higher than that. Check your phones
