Cover it up and hide it with a screen protector is what others seem to be doing. I put one on the day I got my Gear 2 and have some spares just in case.

I cracked the glass of my phone and while it hasn't affected my use of the phone, it's bugging quite a bit.
Doing some research, I see that it is.possible to do it DIY with a screen from ebay, but can't find any how to guides. Could someone help me out? Thanks a bunch.

The only fix I know for this problem is the eBay solution. Buy a new battery.

Thanks,
I just thought there might be something like that freezer trick that could work. Your help was appreciated.

Anyone else have a cracked lens? I have seen it mentioned in a few other forms mine didn't even last a weekend. No drops either no idea how it happened.

I hope you have insurance to take care of that, or the knowledge on how to replace that althought it will require to open it and kill your ip67 certification too good luck!

It's a flaw of S5. I read the post on androidcentral forum about 5 pages, and many people have the problem even self-crack camera lens.
Did a search and couldn't come up with anything.
Has anyone here been going with out a case or skin on their Flex?
If so, how has the self healing back been holding up?
Just wondering before I try taking the chance.

If you look in the accessories section there's a whole bunch of threads about cases with reviews and links

I saw that...... But I'm wondering if anyone is NOT using cases nor skins. And how well the actual self healing back of the Flex is holding up.

Gotcha, your wording sounded like you can't find a case. I ran mine naked for a couple months, but that self healing back is a joke. There were small scratches all over the back and I take very good care of my phones and it goes in it's own pocket without anything else.
After I bricked it and bought a new one I decided to use a thin case and was very happy with it, until my phone got destroyed.
Thanks for the info...... I'm picking up a clear skin.

Liorcifer that occurs when the glue holding the lcd down is not layered well. Take it to a service centre and they should be able to fix it in 10 mins. Its nothing serious, they haven't sealed it up properly. Do not try to pressurize the screen as it will not help in sealing it. It has to be removed and re-pasted. Hope this helps your query!. Cheers.
