cant you do a hard reset? or try the unofficial rom with unofficial RUU, they may be able to force the flashing to your diamond.
i feel sorry for you
are you pressing volume down and centre button and the reset button?
Try hard resetting
Try the sequence various times it is tricky to get.
Hope all is fine
My Phone doesn't connect to pc .All the time , Its screen is black ,Even I wanna go to bootloader or Hard reset
If there's no output whatsoever on the screen (only leds blink) and you can't enter boot loader, then your SPL may be damaged.
You may want to PM Olipro to ask if he has a solution for this issue (e.g. flashing SPL for a CID-locked bricked Diamond).
Anyone has a Suggestion ?
try taking the battery out for 10 seconds.
it worked for me!
I take the battery , But not work

The LED indicator (on Diamond, next to the earpiece) does not light up when AC adpater is plugged in.
The "HTC" icon does light up on the AC Adapter.
The Diamond does charge when plugged in to the AC adapter, even though the LED does not light up.
Ideas?
LED??

The LED next to the ear piece isn't an LED, it's an ambient light sensor to adjust the backlight when set to 'Automatic'... thus, it doesn't light up EVER! The charge indicator (at least on my Diamond) is the white 'circling' of the enter button (centre d-pad).
LED of your ac charger is ON if you connect Charger to power .
But When you connect your phone to Charger , Led that around the enter butten should be lightening.
Does it happen ?

Reset your phone when you hold Volume down butten and hold it untill the tricolor screen appear .
Then you can install roms .
I have the same problem, any idea???
Had the same, what I did was very simple: simply pressed the reset button and it installed it self without problems. But I was close to the end, I suppose...
I'm running a rooted phone with Venom Rom and TWRP. Last night I decided it would be a good idea to make a backup of my phone. So I restarted to recovery using the option in Venom and then made a backup in twrp. When it was done, I rebooted my phone and it got stuck at the HTC startup screen. I reset it and this time once the screen went black, it stayed black. Now I cannot turn it on no matter how long I hold the power button for and the charging led does not turn on when its plugged in. When I plug the phone into a pc, the pc will me the connected noise but I cannot get to the files or anything. I tried removing my sim card and I still cant boot up. Any ideas?

What do you mean while connecting/disconnecting? I plugged my phone into the pc and held the power and volume button and all it did was play the connect and disconnect noise several times.
EDIT: So I think i just fixed it, I held the power button and both volume buttons down for 7 minutes and it finally turned on, but it is showing 5% battery, even though when it shut off it had 40%

See, the same thing happened to me sometime back.. What I did was shine a flashlight on the light sensor while holding the power+vol down buttons, that didn't seem to work
Then what I did was hold the button combination for around 10secs till the buttons below the screen flash, then connect it to your pc while keeping the combination pressed... Eventually your phone lights should stop blinking and you should boot to hboot..

Good, now charge the phone till 100 and let it discharge completely before charging it back to 100.. This should recalibrate the battery, and should start giving you the right percentages..

While Im charging it, the phone doesnt cool down like it stays warm. I just got this phone on September. Help please!!!

How do I do that?
First of all, when you repair your phone with Sony Update service, you will lose all your data!!!
- Charge your phone for 2 to 3 hours, you will only see the black screen but, it should charge.
- Download Sony Update Service, install and open.
- Choose XZ in the list.
- Plug in the data cable in your computer.
- Press and hold POWER and VOL+ button, phone will vibrate once, keep holding both buttons and you will feel 3 vibrations. Now, immediately press and hold the VOL- DOWN(-) button and plug in the data cable into your phone. Your phone should get detected by SEUS and then just repair it. If it doesn't get detected, try again.
Hope this helps

Hello, I've a problem with my HTC One.
It has been working really fine until now.
Suddenly my screen was black and the 2 software buttons "turned on" (they're permanently lighted now, no flashing).
(I dont know if this has somthing to do with problem but i have to tell it anyway... It happened when i tried to connect my device to my TV via 3.5mm Jack audio cable and then i was switching sources on TV)
I tried to find some solution for this problem but all threads about this problem is with flashing SW buttons and its solved by holding power button or volume down button. This apparently doesn't work with my phone.
I'd appreciate if you could try to help me with finding solution for my problem.
Thank you.
/EDIT:
When I connect it via USB to my PC, nothing happens, neither LED notification doesn't work when i connect my charger.

Shine a torch or other bright light source at the 2 sensors next to the top speaker grill. Hold Volume Down + power for 30+ seconds.
It sounds as if your Proximity Sensor is stopping it from turning on :good:

Thanks for your advice, but unfortunately this doesn't work too.
Tried LED flashlight (really strong), flashlight app on father's phone and classic yellow-light bulb. Nothing works.
Have you tried disabling your fast boot settings so you can gain access to the boatloader and do a factory reset on the phone?
Hello all.....
i am having a sony xperia z1 C6903. What happened to me was i connected my xperia with my laptop for charging and left home for about half an hour. after i came back i tried to put my xperia out of sleep, the charging orange LED was on at that time, but pressing the power button didn't respond, the screen didn't show anything, i thought my xperia has hanged so i plugged it out and forced it to shut down by holding power+vol up buttons together and after 2 or 3 secs, xperia vibrated 3 times and the charging LED was gone. since then i cant turn my xperia on nor it is showing charging. . i have tried every key combination like (vol up+power, vol down+power, holding down vol up+vol down+power) but nothing seems to work, i also tried the red reset button located beside the SIM card jack, it ain't working either. i am so much frustrated please please please help me my dad is gonna kill me plz plz plz i beg u all plzzzzzzzz help me ASAP plzzzzz....... :crying::crying::crying::crying:

Connect the phone to the USB port Energy and push the red reset button located beside the SIM card jack repeatedly with pauses of 5 seconds until the phone starts.

Hello, I have similar problem with my Z1. One day it just stopped. I was filming something and when I was done I putted my phone in the pocket. When I got home tried to wake my phone up but nothing happened. Tried different ways to hard reset (every key combination that were suggested in the forums) but nothing worked. When I connect the charger only the orange led light is blinking and it doesn't do anything. When I connect the phone to the PC I can hear the sound of connected device but in a second or two it disconnects and connects again and that goes again and again.
I tried the suggestion that vicmam said but it didn't work.
Pls are there any other suggestions?
P.S. When I press Vol up + Power the phone doesn't vibrate as everyone is saying it should. The phone vibrates 3 times only if it's connected to the magnetic charger and I press those keys. But still nothing changes.

Press and hold red hard reset button for 15-20 seconds and then leave phone for 24+ hours then try to connect charger. You will see faint red notification led glow.
Works for me everytime give it a try..[emoji106]
Open the back of the phone up disconnect battery with usb charger connected then plug battery back in. This works for me.
hi my phone is not turning on i put it on the charge for 6 hrs the red light is still on and i tried to let it vibrate it didnt work either what should i do ??
Press power button only and HOLD IT WITH SELLOTAPE around the phone. Leave it for a few hours and soon it will begin to charge again. It sounds stupid but read this in a forum somewhere and it works every time!
