[Q] Reason for wake and lock lag? - AT&T Galaxy Note 3 Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Hello there guys, my note 3 is having serious lag with waking and when I lock the phone.. I'm not sure if it's because I downloaded the new family guy game.. But wouldn't that be ridiculous on a phone with 3gb ram? Anyone have an idea?

Mine did that. I took my SD card out and it's back to normal. I don't know why but it works.

Mem card full any help out there?

Hi guys,
Am I missing something? I have a16gb mem card that is busting at the seams...... It won't let me even save a photo on it it's so full! I have a lot of apps, however not enough to fill the mem card. Are there certain folders that store random info I can delete using astro? Any help would be greatly appreciated! Could it have anything to do with a partitioned sd card? Thanks...

Diskusage from the market will tell use what's using up space.
Unless you have some large files, it's possible that you don't really have a 16gb card (fake).

I found I have a LOT of scheduled back ups that are around 650mb each..... Do I need all of these, or is
It safe to delete all back ups prior to the most recent? Thanks again.....

I don't know why you would need anything more than the latest one our two copies...

Problem with usb memory

I`ve problem with my Note, I bought it few days ago and no matter which ROM I am using, it shows me that I have only 8gb memory. Shouldn't it be 16 gb? Is there anytging I can do to get full memory? Or maybe it is some kind of malfunction?

Sorry i have bad news for you. Its only have 8+ gig of memory because he superbrick his phone while in ics, this is ics issue, it corrupts the partition, so what he did he uses the pit partition work around to solve the problem. The negative result of this is lose of 3 gig memory, the normal memory is 11gig if your device is 16 gig note and you will experience frequent fc and slowness of the device.

Im sure the owner of that phone had no warranty, if he had he will not sell it, because he only have to claim the warranty and his problem is solve. So best solution is to return the phone and get your money back. If you cannot then you have to live with it or sent it to samsung and try to claim your warranty, if your lucky and for some unknown reason they will fix it for free. If not, you have to pay them 200 bucks.
So, I can not repaired it? Well, I didn't had FC nor my phone is slow. Just to make it clear: my phone won't explode, kill my family or summon Cthullu? I can still using it, except i will have less memory?

[Q] AT&T Note 3 not seeing MicroSD.

I've tried two different card, one brand new and one old. My Note 3 won't see that they are installed (connections down and card inserted all the way). I even formatted them on the PC and the Note 3 still doesn't recognize they're installed. It won't even show an option to mount nor format them. I tried putting the usb settings on camera from MTU to see if it'd mount the card on PC and it's not showing anything. Both card work fine on pc and I've had several MicroSD compatible phones including Note II and never had a problem.
Do I need to order a replacement you think?
Thanks All.
Most definitely I would get a replacement. You should be able to swap it out wherever you got it. A brand new SD card should be recognized by your phone.

Copy That. I was going to just ask if you think they would. I don't want a refurb sent to me from AT&T if I can help it and in-store won't have refurbs.
Thanks Again! +1
Because your under 14 days you would get a new one no matter what route you took.

Np, just got mine yesterday so it might be more since I have all my apps installed already. Plus it has a sd card slot so plenty of storage is available if you add a sd card.
Yep, starts with a tad over 26gb and can use it for whatever...no weird partition.
