After loading the stock recovery (with Rashr) I flashed the 4.4.3 update without any problems. Everything was running fine until i decided to flash TWRP with rashr. I stupidly used the TWRP version that it recommended, version 7 I think, and now I can't get it out of recovery mode. I flashed Philz so I could access my usb drive to try a restore from a nandroid backup (back to 4.4.2), but I can't mount any of the system partitions.
I have been searching and trying different things all day, but nothing has worked and my patience has run out. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. I have a Mac, but have access to pc's running XP and Windows 7 if that helps.
Oh, I ran fastboot getvar if this helps?

You'll need to SBF back to stock 4.4.2, then flash TWRP. Then you can try restoring your nandroid backup.....then re-flash stock recovery, update to 4.4.3 (as before), and then make sure you flash the correct version of TWRP this time.
Good Luck
Thanks. I'll try to go back to 4.4.2 tomorrow. I thought I tried that but can't remember. What does SBF mean?

See here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/moto-x/general/guide-moto-x-return-to-100-stock-using-t2446515
Basically, SBF is a complete factory image of ALL partitions on your phone (except persist, which contains things like your MAC addresses that are specific to YOUR phone). Using the SBF to return to stock can actually FIX a corrupted filesystem, unlike a "factory data reset".
The actual SBF files are here:
sbf.droid-developers.org/phone.php?device=0
Be sure to download the correct file for your carrier, and make sure you download the 4.4.2 version.
P.S. If you want to go the "SAFE" route, SBF back to stock 4.4.2, THEN apply the 4.4.3 update, THEN flash TWRP. This way, if there was anything out of place in your filesystem, it will be fixed. You'll have to set everything up from scratch if you do this, but it is safer.
If you restore a nandroid backup, you may well re-introduce the same problem that caused the issue in the first place.

EDIT : I have boot logo now
So, I recently aquired XT1092, rooted & flashed official CM13 succesfully via TWRP.
Then I tried to upgrade it in to latest nightly (20160311 -> 20160313) and I lost my baseband.
Same thing happened few days back, when I only booted into recovery and I had again missing baseband, after flashing stock I got it.
Restorign EFS-backup and/or flashing modem(s) didn't help, so I'm now running stock while figuring this out.
Any help?

You must have the unlock.bin from motorola official site to unlock bootloader.
After send the unlock.bin to your mail you move it to adb folder etc.

Did you enable Developer Options by going to Settings, About, tap Build Number 7 times, then go back, enable allow bootloader unlock and Android Debugging.

Do this just to get some info, no need to paste it here:
fastboot getvar all
In bootloader mode of course.
EDIT: You can get the latest fastboot and adb from here:
https://developer.android.com/studio/releases/platform-tools.html

Looks like your bootloader is older, but it shouldn't matter, I think I unlocked mine before the Android 6.0 update, I then relocked it, and unlocked it again a second time. I'm sure a lot of RETBR phones have been unlocked around here. I just can't see what the problem is. But don't try downgrading, you may brick the phone. I don't know what else to suggest. I'm sure you've installed the Motorola USB drivers, but I don't think that's the issue.
Try the Motorola (Lenovo) forums, you can submit your getvar to them, and they will send you an unlock code in a few days:
https://forums.lenovo.com/t5/forums/v3_1/forumtopicpage/board-id/230/thread-id/2654/page/1
Good Luck!
They have forums in Portugese.

I also do not know what the problem, I even tried to do the downgrade but does not accept any other android pq is not unlocked the bootloader.
I am stuck in the AP Fastboot Flash Mode (S). Recovery, Factory, BP Tools doesn't function, giving the same line "failed to validate xxx image". I can't flash stock ROMs through fastboot commands, all of those were "Failed". The bootloader lock can't even be unlocked, same reason above. Anybody from XDA can help me with this? I desperately tried almost everything on the forum and nothing has progressed so far. Here is the getvar-all information of my device:

I would really appreciate if somebody can solve this problem for me.
Hi! Sorry if im late, but did you use a 1 click flash tool? I reflashed 5.0.2 on my 1063 but i used a 6.0 flash tool and i got the same error! It got corrected once i used the correct flash tool

I used mfastboot and manually entered the codes. Where can I get that flashtool?

I used this video:youtu.be/Jav4tIv5sCI

Did you downgraded the ROM of your device? The one which comes out of the box? The chances are this happens when you flash downgraded Stock flash files on upgraded bootloader. Try flashing latest factory image available for your device and firstly re flash partition, boot, recovery and bootloader files. Then go for all other flash files serially. This solution 'might' help. Otherwise there's nothing you can do.

Did you solved your issue? My device went to the same state while I was trying to relock the bootloader and re-unlocking it fixed it!

Sorry, I was quite busy with my mid-semester. I tried it out and it didn't work. I guess it is dead now. However, I am thinking about breaking the phone, turning it into a hard-brick state and then reincarnate it back to life. Is it possible?
Hello guys!
A friend of mine ask for some help with his phone. Is a XT1069 with the following information from fastboot:

So, the history is:
He says the phone received an update alert, and he updated the phone. Then, after the restart, the phone shows the message about 'bootloader unlocked warning'. But the phone won't boot up, staying on the warning. It vibrates once, but never boot up. If I leave the phone on, it resets itself and back to warning.
So, the first thing I tried to do is to restore to stock ROM. The gpt.bin and motoboot.img gives an error about 'version downgraded', but I readed it is normal. But the restore was unsucessful, because the phone stay on the warning.
Then, tried to factory reset with fastboot. It says was ok, but the problem persists. Tried to reset with stock recovery, but it stucks on "formating data" and never ends.
Well, as the bootloader is unlocked, I tried to install TWRP to get more detais about filesystem. Fastboot says "sucessful", but TWRP won't appears, only the stock recovery.
At the end, tried to re-lock the bootloader. Fastboot says "sucessful", but after a restart the same warning screen. When I checked the status of bootloader, it still unlocked!
So, fastboot appears to do nothing.
Anything else I can do?
Some news.
I can "semi-boot" on TWRP with command "fastboot boot twrp-3.1.1-0-titan.img", but it stucks on "teamwin" splash screen. After about 20min, it resets and back to warning message.
I have adb access even on the splash screen.
Anything else, people?
