Be aware of 4.4.2 I9295XXUCNE4_I9295NEECNE4_NEE - Galaxy S 4 Active Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

I was unlucky to install I9295XXUCNE4_I9295NEECNE4_NEE this stock ROM.
But when i used The Stock ROM i was very slow - Go figure
So then i decided to Go back to
Tried to flash using Odin:
I9295XXUBML3_I9295NEEBNA2_NEE
and
I9295XXUBML2_I9295OJVBMK1_XFU
This was a no go due some kind Auth - error when flashing....
Then i Tried flashing the new I9295XXUCNE4_I9295NEECNE4_NEE with success
Now it get stuck at the samsung logo -
I have read somewhere that i need a new or older PIT file - to get out of this hassle!
Is this true?
My phone is a GT-I9295 int.
Any help is much apriciated

When you stuck at Samsung logo, you have to load phone in recovery mode and do all wipes. After it your phone has to load OK. Each time when I install stock via Odin my phone doesn't boot without wipes.

[Q] HELP! Stuck in Boot loop at Samsung screen!

I was trying to install a stock ROM using PC Odin as I done many times before after taking it from stock to root using the CF-Root method. I wiped my data and install the stock ROM using PC Odin and got a PASS. It went through the install package screen and reboot. Now, however, I get the Samusng boot screen animation all the way to the glowing SAMSUNG and then it loops endlessly. PLEASE HELP. Was trying to install the Carphone Warhouse 2.3.6 November 2011 (N7000XXKKA_N7000CPWKK3_CPW) ROM. Using an Internation Samsung Galaxy Note GT-N7000.
Factory reset.
Sent from my GT-N7000 using Tapatalk
How? I am able to get into Download mode and can still use PC Odin, but when a flash to a factory ROM I still get the loop. Also, I've moved this discussion to the Q&A section.
Have u tried flashing again?
Sent from my GT-N7000 using XDA
Yes. I have flash two different stock ROMs with the same result. I am able to get into Download Mode. It reads as follows:
ODIN MODE
PRODUCT NAME: GT-N7000
CUSTOM BINARY DOWNLOAD: YES (1 counts)
CURRENT BINARY: SAMSUNG OFFICIAL
Also, I have no yellow traingle for those asking.
Please join me in the Q&A section under [Q] GT-N7000 Stuck in loop at Samsung splash (boot screen). I appreciate the help.
Factory reset from recovery mode. Or flash a wipe ROM.
Sent from my GT-P6810 using XDA Premium HD app
Just do a factory reset from stock recovery, man.
Press and hold volume up + home + power and you'll boot into stock recovery.
Do a reset and reboot, that's all.
Easy-peasy.

What kind of wipe/formatting do you do before you Install a new rom??

Being able to boot into recovery, at least, is a good start. Can you get into download mode, and, if so, have you used Odin to flash stock firmware, rather than using CWM or whatever recovery you're using? Can you use adb while the device is booting?

Iam at the same problem :/
Seems like a brick to me... need to use a jig, or just send back to samsung and say that your phone is not starting up. Happened for my galaxy ace last time. Send to samsung and they replaced my motherboard
Sv: [Q] hardbrick??
Not a brick! Just put it in download mode and flash stock rom via Odin and then go into stock recovery and factory reset!
This should do it.

+1 this.
Same thing happened to me and flashing from ODIN worked. Although I never recovered my serial number; it became all zeros. Thankfully my IMEI is okay so I'll live. And if you need stock firmware hit up samsung-updates.com.

[Q] Unable to flash, stuck at logo

Before anything.
Model: GT-I8190
JZO54K.I8190XXAMB2
I tried to root my device without prior knowledge and ended up soft(i hope) bricking my phone. It showed that the files are damaged and that I need to connect with Kies to repair it. Did that. Twice. Both ended up with me being stuck at logo screen.
Power + home + volume up doesnt work, it just goes straight into logo screen and gets stuck.
When I enter Odin mode I get the custom binary download: 2
Current binary: custom
System status: Official.
My mobile can't load up, so I can't turn debug mode on.
Repairing the phone with Kies does nothing.
Tried to flash into stock, still same thing.
Anyone got any idea about what I can do about it?
Tried using the Toolkit and Odin3 itself. Nothing worked so far.

Now, as I dont want that same thing happens as before and before doing anything I want to ask.
Is there any good and viable way to root my phone with that firmware?
To root JB look here : http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2147786 ignore stock recovery cause it don't work. If you want CwM download Rom Manager and install CwM in there and use that root zip file in CwM.

Can I root the phone using the toolkit 1.1? That program seems to have the rooting ability when debugging mode is on.
Or just flash in the CWM and then use the zip from that topic.
Either way it's up to you, I prefer the last way, don't forget to update SuperSU you can find it here, flash it in CWM.

HELP: stuck on samsung logo even after restock.

I have this problem with my P1000.
I did a restore from a backup with TWRP but on startup hangs on SAMSUNG logo.
The same backup I had restored a few days ago without any problems.
I tried to make the restock with Heimdall but continues to hang on Samsung logo.
I can only start it in download mode.
How can I fix?

Couldn't you just flash a stock rom from samsung from download mode?
Use odin of course.

I tried reinstalling the stock rom with odin, same problem, stuck on the Samsung logo.
I used the stock rom GB.
What was your initial problem that makes you want to restore?
Something that is due to application won't install or data that don't go away?
Maybe you have a broken NAND.

I had no particular problems, I had installed the rom OmniRom 0703 but I wanted go back to 0626 because I was working better.
My fear is that it is a broken NAND.
Is yours P1 or P1L/N ?

P1
I think I once has similar thing. Restock has no error but didn't boot. I don't care though. I only need the restock step to get my repartitioning.
So I continue with odin, putting the cwm kernel (in my case overcome 4.0).
Then using it to flash the custom rom.

I tried to install the kernel overcome 4.0 after the restock but continues to remain stuck on the Samsung logo, even if I try to reboot into recovery.
I'm no longer even sure how much the battery is charged, is charged even if the indicator is stuck?
I have made several tests, always with the same result, stuck on the Samsung logo.
I tried installing different versions of the stock rom, the kernel Overcome 4, the kernel CM11.
I've used both Odin and Heimdall.
I also read how to install roms on the external SD but in all cases it is necessary to reboot into recovery mode which to me does not work.
Does anyone have any other ideas on how to solve my problem?
The boot loader can be damaged? Where can I find the original boot loader?
How can I check if they are damaged MoviNAND or OneNAND?
