I hope that you will help me in my problem with google glass.
After putting it to be charged one night , in the next day I tried to start it but it didn't work , it is Freezing on "Glass" screen and I tried the Hard reset but no response the glass turns off but always Freezing on "Glass"screen.
The last update was EX17.3 before it freezing in "Glass" veiw .
How you can help me to return it to factory reset again or to Beyond this problem.

today my phone was working perfectly, but i took it out of my pocket during the day and my screen appeared as if it was cracked in some way. but it wasnt it was coming up like negative of everything. (can still sorta see everything) it also will sometimes flash back to normal, or if i push on the screen in the certain spot it will come back.
im figuring that the cable is unhooked or something. Anyone have any Suggestions ????

Been reading these forums and searching Google like mad, tried most things and nothing working!
A couple of weeks ago everytime I tried to touch the right hand side of the screen, the 'click' registered on the left hand side of the phone.
Thought I would redo the calibration and that didn't work.
Updated to the latest HTC official ROM and after the restart it just sits on the align screen part. I even put the welcome.not file on to get further and then go to the settings and tried to redo the calibration only to be stuck on endless loops of the align screen and tapping the crosses.
I have tried everything to quick taps to near enough putting full body weight behind the stylus and still I am stuck on the blinking align screen!!!!
Called HTC and they pointed me to the calibration fix, installed it but still duff.
Please can someone put me out of my misery - like I said, I have now tried nearly everything I have found, next stop will be out the window!!

Well... in short... my phone got veeery wet :'( and i was kinda drunk when that happened and i left it with its battery all night... Next moring when i woke up the lockscreen thingy wasnt moving to my finger... i shut it down, i worked it with the vacuum and still nothing... But i noticed that when i leave it open for a while it reduces brightness as usual and when i touch it it goes full brightness again... so i guess the screen works fine... {{i need calibration again from start, right??}}
Can i calibrate the screen without hard reset? I was about to sell my phone so i need to extract contacts from it and make it function properly.... Obviously i cant use any of the winmo backup apps... so... 2nd question---> can i do that directly from pc??? any opinion is welcome...

Hi guys, I really need help. A couple of months ago my father bought google glass in US (we live in Europe). He have just been trying it for few days. Now I am trying them, I turned them on and everything I have got is the "glass" screen. It does not turn off, but the only way is an hard reset.
Can someone help me?

If you haven't already gotten Glass to boot past the splash screen, try holding down power for about 10 seconds after you hear the power-down chime. Reboot Glass and see if that helps. Another thing you can try is leaving it plugged in for an hour or so.
have a week figuring out how to solve this problem, a normal day the phone stopped working , I was only using and the screen went blank and I hize a quick restart and it did not work , and stood by bootloop but with the screen off , I hope you can fix
