[Wrong Section][Q] Auto rotate - Xposed General

MOD EDIT: Thread closed as this is the wrong section for module requests. Please read these guidelines for more info.
Can you develop a new module like 'force screen rotation'? Some apps won't rotate into landscape, neither do they have option of landscape mode. I know there are few apps but module would be good.

You can specify screen rotation per app using Xposed module called AppSettings.

I'm using the last version /1.5.3/...and yes, it has this option, but there is some bug. If you know the today plugin- "Motohome" .. it hasn't landscape mode..and my idea is the same...i want to disable the landscape of Iphone today or Manila.

[Q] How to disable "Force Auto rotation" when using offical charging dock

The reason for disabling "Force Auto" rotation seems not important to discuss in this topic.
Well, before post this thread, I have been try to use any "rotation lock apps" for this purpose, but there is a lot of side effect when using apps with own rotation control.
Then I just wonder whether I have to edit framework-res.apk or any things else to disabling "Force Auto rotation" not just HOME screen to make the behavior as the system default?
Just disable the auto rotate dude

Well, do you use DK26 dock?
Even I disable the auto rotate, when I plug it into the charging dock, the system could "force auto rotation" except for the apps had own orientation control...
I have googled a lot, it seems that it related to the setting config_deskDockEnablesAccelerometer in framework-res.apk, but I was fail to replaced framework-res.apk, even I replaced it using recovery, it still causes bootloops.

Xposed for Lollipop is finally here!

Yeah, that's what I get. What I mean by 'tabletmode' is that on the left frame you get to choose the menu and on the right frame the sub menu. On other Android-versions this happens automatically when you set the DPI to 160 and screen DPI to 800x1280 or up (values may vary).

Tablet mode on CM11S
BTW, I don't need to reboot, just fully close settings to see changes made with App Settings.
VolumeSteps+ reported to be not fully working, haven't tested it out yet, but will add support ASAP

That's build-in into many roms (in CM at least):
Enable developer options if you haven't already (by tapping the phone's build-number 10 times in About Phone in Settings)
Go to Developer Options, scroll all the way down
Enable 'Killl app back button'

[REQUEST] Make resizeableActivity "true" for all installed apps

A module which applies a "true" value across all installed apps to enable multi-window display mode without using the workaround of the Developer Options toggle, which would also remove the unsightly system message that pops up when using split screen with "incompatible" apps, noting, "This app may not work with Multi window."
Per https://developer.android.com/guide/topics/ui/multi-window
Set this attribute in your manifest's <activity> or <application> element to enable or disable multi-window display:
android:resizeableActivity=["true" | "false"]
If this attribute is set to true, the activity can be launched in split-screen and freeform modes. If the attribute is set to false, the activity does not support multi-window mode. If this value is false, and the user attempts to launch the activity in multi-window mode, the activity takes over the full screen.

Effectively, this is "editing" the APK's manifest to declare it resizeable without needing to do it manually one by one, and avoids the signing issues that may come with doing this on a system/app level.
Thoughts?

There's a toggle in Dev options that does this already?
Why workaround that?
nickthaskater said:
Yes, I referenced that toggle in my original post...
I said why in the OP: so that you don't need to use the Dev toggle and so that you don't get the annoying system message "warning" you that the app may not be compatible with multi window.
Seems like you didn't read beyond the subject line.

First... Magisk doesn't mod apks individually like you want...
You're looking for Xposed...
Unless something in framework could be found... Then you could insert the apk with your mod...
Seems like you didn't read beyond the module part when talking about Magisk...
Thread cleaned no need for names or trolling if I get called back out here there will be infractions issued so lets both treat each other with kindness and respect ya?

[mod]build.prop (sharing)

Attached is my personal build.prop (extra properties) which I append to the build.prop which comes with our Oneplus 7 Pro releases.
This is an accumulated build.prop over a number of phones (so there might be a few properties which are outdated in the meantime).
In addition, I spent an afternoon looking for the properties which are used in Oneplus, APKs, libraries, binaries, etc.
Do NOT blindly apply this (it disables for example voLTE which is not available on my carrier).
Use it as a reference and take what you need.

Hey! I found this looking for a way to make my lockscreen rotate. Do you have any idea why...
"lockscreen.rot_override=true" (Enable Auto Rotation on Lock Screen) ...and...
"log.tag.launcher_force_rotate=VERBOSE" (Enable Auto Rotation on Home Screen)
...absolutely will NOT work on Oneplus phones? I've tried with the 6T and the 7 Pro, and they just ignore them.
Is there some other way to get my lockscreen to rotate? EVERY other Android device I've had will do it. It's frustrating.
Thanks!

Lockscreen rotation shouldn't be a thing on this device because of the onscreen fingerprint sensor. That being said, if you don't care, you can use EdXposed + Gravitybox to force your lockscreen to rotate.

Thank you! Yeah, I don't like fingerprint unlock, so I'm looking into the combination you've suggested now.
All this to make the stupid Lockscreen rotate. Crazy!
