[Q] Did I Brick? - Samsung Galaxy Gear

I just flashed Tizen using Odin 3.09. After it finished flashing and Odin said it was complete, I closed Odin. The watch never rebooted however. Thinking I must have unchecked "reboot" I tried rebooting the watch manually, however, now the screen is displaying a screwy "Downloading Do not turn off target." By screwy, I mean the colors are all off and its pixelated. Odin will no longer recognize the watch--tried on 3 different computers.
Thoughts? Thanks

I had this. Searched for the latest tizen an reflashed it

[Q] Soft Bricked Galaxy tab screen blinking

Hello, I own a galaxy tab 7" latin american version for a couple months, everything was running good, stock rom/rooted.
2 weeks ago it stopped reading any sim card, I tried to fix that problem by going back to unrooted with superoneclick, and I ended up fudging everything instead.
The problem is:
Im stuck at the "(Phone)....!...(PC)" screen, and it's blinking, I've already downloaded ODIN tool and Heimdall's Oneclick Unbrick tool.
This is the screen I'm getting
Which none of those I've succeded unbricking the tab.
Please help me, what can I do?
Please help!
Try using odin, to flash this rom
P1000N: http://www.multiupload.com/EUZS7V21L6.
P1000L: http://www.multiupload.com/SZZZFK8GMO
PIT file: http://www.multiupload.com/ZL9HDOGI5V
Repartition checked.
After flashing the correct rom enter to download mode again and flash this http://www.multiupload.com/E0CQPPZCMN in odin without pit file and repartition unchecked, do a wipe cache and dalvik. then restart to system.
I softbricked my tab some couple times and this metod always works for me. (P1000N)
Thanks for the stock rom Rafa, the thing is, ODIN doesnt recognize the tab, when I plug it to the wall charger, it turns on the brick screen, and it is blinking.
Thats the part that really worries me, the blinking part...
When I plug again the tab to the computer, it doesnt turn on the same screen

I've once had my tab was showing a error triangle with connection problem from tab to pc -so i've thought "rigth just gonna flash it like i've done so many times".
When i've connected the tab to my pc odin didn't recognise it either. Though i've just selected my pit tar and so on and flashed it anyway, that little blue bar showed up on the tablets screen, and then it was flashing.
Try see if you're able to pull of the same.
Cheers, jakk212
But the COM port did recognize the tab??
Hello,
I have the same problem... did you find already a solution?
Thanks!

thank you i had the same problem with my tab from claro el salvador and now is working!
anyone else has any input on this?
1-Does Windows detect the tab?, check in hardware manager, see if listed.
2-try flashing using Odin or heimdall, make sure you use the correct version of Odin , I use the 1.7 and I don't have problems.
3-if Odin detect it do the steps above.

[Q][i9001] Phone stuck on screen with displayed PC, Phone and Triangle icons....

Hello, today I tried to change the ROM, unfortunately, after this phone has turned on, and display the icon of the PC, Phone and triangle in the middle. There is possible to go to download mode, but Odin stuck on amss.mbn download....
There is possible to rescue the phone? :/
Try flashing another rom. Don't worry, it's not bricked or anything.

Yes, just flash a 3 file stock rom, and if it Odin gets stuck, try reinstalling the USB drivers, or a different firmware. You really have nothing to be worried about

[Q] SGH-T679 Over rooted

As it said lets be brief but detailed. What it is Samsung galaxy exhibit 4g. I rooted using Zerg rush but didn't back up " cause I'm an idiot" and I apparently removed the wrong thing " same reason". I have Odin 4.43 I believe and the tar file and ops to return it to stock and I can get to the Odin screen. When I run it how ever it makes no difference, it goes through everything up to when you touch the android to begin and then it has 2 errors the first it says that a process has stopped "acore" and then it briefly flashes something referencing RAM MD5 so then I seen that I may be able to debug this RAM issue so I tried that with the Odin tool, however when I do this it just sits for hours doing nothing. I have re-downloaded everything I am using to help make sure it wasn't an error during download but the same thing. Anyone faced this issue and prevailed or anyone no for sure that I am boned? I am just tired of wondering what else to do.

Boot to stock recovery and reset. Key combo is volume up and power, release when "Samsung" comes up. Then you should see a triangle so hit the menu key and recovery should come up. I've never had this error but maybe that will help

Where did you get the info and files to flash the phone in Odin mode? It should be from here http://forum.xda-developers.com/wiki/Samsung_Galaxy_Exhibit_4G. I think you need to make sure one package is selected and also Auto Reboot, Protect OPS, Reset Time at 300 and double check these settings before hitting start because when you select the packages it unselects stuff, so double check.

Precisely where I got it and the 2 files I am using and I double checked that stuff and it went through all 4 steps then rebooted the phone. Then it goes through setup to where you touch the android dude then it says the acore spiel and something to do with the ram. I wonder if RAMDUMP would help, I can get to that screen but IDK how to get it to dump anything.

I had something similar and resetting it in recovery fixed it, so unfortunately I'm out of suggestions. It sounds like you are trying to straight reset it and not go into recovery.

[Q] Bricked Phone With Safestrap Recovery

I'm a newbie on XDA so pardon anything that I might do "wrong"
So I was using safestrap recovery to play around with some custom roms, and I was going to switch to a new rom so I thought I was going to delete everything from Rom-Slot 1, but actually ended up going to the section where you can check off everything you want to delete from the the rom. I ended up checking all except micro SD card, and ended up deleting all the data from the stock rom by accident. I tried restarting the phone but all I see now is a stuck "Galaxy Note 3" on boot-up.
I've tried using Odin (with the BL AP CP CSC and PIT files ) to flash back and Oneclickbin.exe, but none work. They all give me a fail message shortly (or a couple minutes) after I press start
Additional notes:
Rooted with kingo root
I got the OTA update on the stock rom (The one with the black stock keyboard)
Please Help!!!
How do I fix this?!?!
UPDATE: Problem not fixed, but when I try to turn on the device, it now says:
"Firmware upgrade encountered an issue. Please select recovery mode in Kies & try again"
I plugged my phone in the computer and kies can't connect to the device....

Are you using Kies 3 or just the regular Kies?
Try putting the phone in download mode yourself, then plug into kies 3
Still no

I'm using Kies 3 and tried emergency recovery. It didn't work. Kies 3 actually doesn't even recognize my note 3 as a supported device, but I attempted the recovery anyway. I can get to step in the recovery where the recovery window on my computer says, "Do Not disconnect your device from the PC" but the loading bar never goes past 0%, then after a while it'll give me another fail message...
Try this

Problem solved!!!
Thank you so much

unable to do emergency recovery after attempted firmware update.

I saw I had a update for my phone so I went though kies like normal and let it do its thing. The update downloaded but it didn't complete the update and now my phone is pretty much stuck in recovery mode with no options to do a factory reset and saying "Firmware upgrade encountered an issue. Please select recovery mode in kies and try again." I have tried this multiple times and with multiple cables including the one that came with the phone and pretty much a no go there. After those failed attempts I downloaded the current version from Sam Mobile and am trying to flash it with odin which is currently not going anywhere just sitting at system.img.ext4 and not progressing I have tried multiple versions of odin and it just keeps getting stuck at that point. Is there a way I can get my phone working again or am I screwed?
Check out this thread. It's an alternative to Odin. Thread if for S6 but this should work on the Note 4. I have not tried this
http://forum.xda-developers.com/tmo...p/flash-stock-firmware-using-samsung-t3079176
You shouldn't use kies use smartswitch.
Note 4 and S6 are setup for smartswitch.
