Xposed framework & Clock plus Daydream don't get along well

I've been running into Daydream problems in conjuction with Xposed Installer. Specifically with Clock plus DayDream by @martinpelant.

As I think this is more a problem of that app I posted the information there. However, when I uninstalled Xposed Framework (that is to say the patches to the system, not the Installer nor the applications that use Xposed) the problem was also gone. Before that step I also tried unselecting ALL Xposed modules and rebooting, deactivating them, uninstalling, etc, etc. As I said the app began working correctly after uninstalling Xposed Framework and problem arose again upon installing the Framework. I must also mention that this problem only happen when using Clock plus Daydream as I tested with other "daydream" apps and they work properly.

PS: I repurposed this post as I first posted the problem here before realizing the culpruit was Clock plus

This looks like a short wakelock to me. As Xposed doesn't use any wakelocks, it seems unlikely that it's the culprit. I obviously can't speak for all the modules, so you should try if it still occurs if you disable them. Or even easier: Just press the uninstall button in Xposed Installer and reboot. If it still occurs, you can be sure that it's neither Xposed nor any module.

I'm really sorry @rovo89. I was in the middle of this post when I was able to find the problem. Somehow it seems I pressed the Post button on the unfinished post. Really sorry about that. The problem was (is) on Clock Plus Daydream. I will repurpose the OP as Xposed might still be somewhat responsible.

Finally! All aps in MultiWindow TW 5.1.1 (using MultiWindow Commander [root])

On KitKat I used MultiWindow Manager but it doesn't work on 5.1.1. Wanam Exposed works otherwise (for the few things I've tried changing like moving the clock to the center) but NOT for adding more apps to MultiWindow, at the moment anyway.
The app that finally relieved my frustration was MultiWindow Commander [root]. :victory:
Just thought I'd spare you all the time, frustration and refund requests by letting you know which app actually works for us. :angel:
I'm using Tab Pro 12.2 SM-T900, but this app will very likely work on any 5.1.1 Samsung tablet running a TW based rom or rooted stock that supports MultiWindow natively, as reviews seem to suggest. I'm running the excellent new Tool ROM btw (it's rooted, deodexed stock with Knox disabled plus Aroma installer to choose which stuff from stock to keep or discard). Works with Xposed as well. Check it out if you have the SM-T 900.

Sorry for the late reply. I've been mostly off the grid for a few weeks.

The problem is outside of the T90x (12.2" Tab Pro Series), this thread won't be of much use or interest to those with either the T52x (10.1") or those with a T32x (8.4") Qualcomm based Tab Pro. Since Samsung have basically told their users to go fourth and multiply. Or at the least to by a newer Phablet. Which IMHO works out about the same.

The app works fine all functions work but when I want to watch online it crash if framework is installed, I tried to ask if someone could help slowing it or tell me how to make an log so I can post it to the development so maby he can slovenly it then

Need to keeping the app running when module is active?

Good afternoon, I didn't find an existent thread about this, then I've posted here: Do I need to keep the app running when the module is active?
I ask these because I don't keep the wanam and holo theme apps running (they are active), and I realized that they are working, so my doubt is specificly about the modules Power Nap, Amplify and Greenify - If I turn them off they will still work at all?

App Locale on Nougat not working

For some odd reason, App Locale is not working on Nougat. I think it is based of @rovo89 module of App Settings so can you please @rovo89 update you App Setting module so we can change the language of specific apps? I really need it for my day to day. Thank you.

Yep, I'm looking for this on Oreo, as well. Doing an initial search, it looks as though Google changed the way locales work in Nougat/Oreo APIs, but I don't know enough about Xposed development to be any use in trying to fix it...

I dont blame @rovo89 per say for it because like you said, it is documented that locale settings changed in Nougat but App Settings has a great proof of concept for other devs to learn a bit about Xposed so it would be nice if he updated it.

Man, I'd LOVE to have a working App Settings on Oreo and Nougat.

The app development stopped years ago.
And if app specific notification capabilities could be added to it, that would be icing. Total control of app notifications, size, etc. etc. etc.
