Do you have a source for that? That sounds great! I heard "after the summer" before.
So I work for Rogers and am super stoked about a few of the new devices dropping within a few weeks.
Anybody up to date with what's new knows about the HTC evo3d.
Everyone here in Canada will be able to get their hands on one soon. I know that's my next phone. Always been jealous of the guys down south with the evo brand.. now were gonna have a GSM model!!
Also coming, LG optimus 3d, Samsung infuse 4g, Samsung galaxy tab 10.1 and 8.9, LG optimistic pad - already released, and about 3 other android tablets and some other devices, (new Nokia, new windows phones, etc)
So what's everyone excited about? What's the next android device on your list? Anyone in the u.s. gonna grab a GSM evo3d?
Also, anyone on the west coast (Vancouver, lower mainland, Vancouver island) wants to save some money on any of these phones, send me a pm.
I love android

They liked to rip me off. Put long distance calls on most bills I didn't make. Had bad service (both reception and customer). I get a better deal from Bell for the same plan.

Hi all,
I would post this in the VIS-X rom thread, but I don't have enough posts. Here's my story. I rooted, then flashed the VIS-X 3.0 rom a few days ago. Love it so far, but I ran into a huge traffic jam on my way home from work yesterday. I pulled out my phone to find another route. Google maps was able to place me on the map initially, but lost connection shortly after. It couldn't find alternative routes or update which direction I was facing either, but seems to have no problem telling me what direction I'm facing before I pick a destination.
I tried to fix this using a method I read about where you flash a rom with working GPS (stock), then flash back to another rom without turning GPS off. No luck.
Has anyone else experienced this? Can anyone help me out? I'd be happy to provide any logs you might need.
Thank you!
Edit: I think I posted this in the wrong section. Please move to help and troubleshooting :/

Sure thing. I actually flashed to KoolKit earlier, but gps is still down. Of course, if I was trying to use gps I would have the quick toggle in my screenshot activated. Will happily flash back if I can get some help. I really liked that rom

Right. When I have it activated and try to use a GPS app such as GPS Fix, GPS Test, or GPS Status, none are able to activate. They just continually search for a fix on my location.
Here's what I was using to test.

Yes, I am.
Just Odin flashed back to unrooted stock firmware. GPS still continuously searches for location. What are my options with AT&T?

You got it. I flashed everything but the BL file using Odin 3.07 (I think. On Ubuntu now and too lazy to reboot). The files I used were from a thread on this site, not Samsung official.

Those files are also Samsung Official files.
On the s4 and s5 the T-Mobile versions were compatible with the international Roms. Has anybody been able to try this out yet? I prefer the dark ui theme that Samsung traditionally uses in the international firmwares.

I just got my TMO note, I'm wondering the same thing, have you tried international ROMs?
Subscribed. I haven't rooted my phone yet because it's just that awesome but I too had a tmobile s4 and would like to see if this note 4 can take international roms.

With just a straight up download and flash?
On the note 3 they just needed a Bluetooth, WiFi, data modded zip that you flashed after the rom in order for it to work. I'm sure the same needs to be done on our note 4's or they can just be ported over.

So I'm tired of having a locked bootloader. I'm thinking of selling this phone and buying an unlocked bootloader version on Black Friday or Cyber Monday. Which Galaxy s5 should i buy that i can use on at&t network and someone help me through the process?
