Ok, calm down first
From what I've read so far your bootloader is unlocked. And now you've flashed a stock rom. How full was your battery when you flashed the file? Maybe it run out of juice? Does your pc recognice the phone?

As your bootloader is unlocked, what if you try to flash a kernel with recovery via fastboot and see if you can boot into the recovery?

Why are you using safestrap when you have an UNLOCKED BOOTLOADER!? Just use fastboot and flash a custom recovery

Don't know why, lol, im new to this and following tutorials...
By using fastboot you mean a hold volume down and power right? Im not sure.. but i think I bricked it because computer don't recognize the phone ..as i said it only show motorolas message about unlock bootloader, then it blinks, show the message again, and then the dead green android. And the process repeat all the time. ..

To get the phone to power off when it's in a bootloop, try holding down the power button until it vibrates, then let go.
Are you able to get into fastboot by holding volume up+volume down+power?

Hey guys!!! thank you for your patience!! my atrix hd is finally back!
as I told you, after i flashed cyanogenmod, the device was stuck in bootloader unlocked warning message. I thought the battery was dying, so I put to recharge.
For my surprise, after a quick nap, cyanogenmod was ready to go!!!
I dont know why it took so long to start, all I know its fully functional now!
Thanks again, you guys make difference, i wish i can learn to help others here too.

You should not be hotbooting it
Flash the kernel.
You also do not want to boot the phone. It wont boot anyway, its a custom kernel and stock ROM.
You need to enter recovery in order to flash the update.zip and install your rom
Also make sure you are in fastboot mode (Blue LED) not flashmode (Green LED)

No, then you are in recovery
Fastboot mode is done while the phone is off, you attach the phone to the PC using USB cable and keep the volume down button pressed.
Recovery is entered by turning the phone on (It does not matter if its connected to the PC or not) and keep pressing the volume up (Or down) button when you get the boot logo

VIE-AL10 stuck in bootloader, no screen or lights

Hi,
I'm trying to help a friend that tried to update his P9 Plus VIE-AL10 using the sdcard method and something went wrong; now the phone is stuck on bootloader;, but the screen doesn't turn on, nor any light...
The bootloader is locked.
My PC recognizes the phone and I can connect using fastboot but can't flash anything, I get:
fastboot flash boot BOOT.img
sending 'boot' (14962 KB)... OKAY [ 0.500s]
writing 'boot'... FAILED (remote: Command not allowed)
finished. total time: 0.500s
I tried different stock firmware versions, including the one that's still on the sdcard, same results..
None of the key combinations work... but if I keep pressed the PWR button when connected to the PC I get a disconnect/connect sound, so it must be rebooting...
I was able to fix a xiaomi redmi 3s by putting it in edl mode shorting a data pin with ground on the USB cable... is there any similar method for huawei phones?...
Any help would be great!
Best,
Gustavo Melo

shorting pin will give you another mode ( huawei com 1.0) it like qload 9008 a serial mode ,you can't access to fastboot with this
you need a software to force the bootloader and install any soft like dc-pheonix ( it will cost you 15 euro for 72h of use)
don't use methode 2 of dc-pheonix if you will use it
if methode 1 dosent work ask me i will do an xml config file for you that can work with dc and help you to solve your problem
other pepole talk about funkyhuawei 2.0 i have not test it

So, dc-phoenix will work even if I can't turn on the phone to system or recovery?
Also, would it be possible to install any firmware, like a global or european firmware using this method?

I tried different stock firmware versions, including the one that's still on the sdcard, same results..
None of the key combinations work... but if I keep pressed the PWR button when connected to the PC I get a disconnect/connect sound, so it must be rebooting...
I was able to fix a xiaomi redmi 3s by putting it in edl mode shorting a data pin with ground on the USB cable... is there any similar method for huawei phones?...
Any help would be great!

Thank you for your help! I'll talk to the phone owner tomorrow to see if I should go down this route... is he agrees I'm sure I'll have some more doubts...

Hi there... I took the plunge and used dc-phoenix... the phone is back to life! thank you very much for the tip!
Just one more thing: since I now have 72h hours to flash whatever I want, is there any firmware I can flash that turns the phone into an European version?... If so, will OTA updates work?
Best,

I think it will work if you change the oeminfo too
But backup your before this

boot, recovery, and fastboot loop

MI8 with older twrp and older LOS suddenly bootlooping. it is unlocked.
If I hold Vol Down, it flashes a fastboot logo for a few seconds.
If I hold Vol Up, it flashes the TWRP logo 3.3.1-1 for a bit longer than the fastboot.
If I hit 'adb devices' just right I can see the device for a few seconds.
I cannot shut off the phone.
Any help?
don't know what I am doing, but
./fastboot flash recovery /home/poiu/Downloads/t.img
< waiting for any device >
Sending 'recovery' (43588 KB) OKAY [ 1.614s]
Writing 'recovery' OKAY [ 0.133s]

Reflash Lineage (preferably a newer one)
Clear data before though and after just in case.

Oh sorry I forgot.
How did you flash recovery then?
Unsucessfully.
When i did ./fastboot ... It waited till it could see the phone and started the flash i guess, but as i said it said it was done in 1.7sec, so i think the phone rebooted, like it do, not caring if the flash was done
Type fastboot oem edl and automatically your phone will go to EDL Mode. If the command does not work, try fastboot reboot-edl or fastboot reboot edl.
If it can recieve and execute this it should enter emergency download mode.
And if that works then what should i do?
Flash it normally with miflash
Or qualcomm flash tool or sp flash tool depending on your chipset
./fastboot oem edl
< waiting for any device >
OKAY [ 0.000s]

still looping
./fastboot reboot-edl
< waiting for any device >
fastboot: usage: unknown command reboot-edl
./fastboot reboot edl
< waiting for any device >
fastboot: usage: unknown reboot target edl
The power button is probably broken.
You cant shut off the phone meaning something wrong with the power button.
The fastboot and twrp screens won't stay on for more than a few seconds.
I've done my reading and looking at similar issues. I've just concluded that the power key is damaged in some way.
Your best bet is to find someone to fix it. Or you can try to fix it yourself(but that is risky if you don't know what you're doing.)
I'm sorry for looping around the issue, I suspected the power button at first but I didn't really wanna leave you with a hardware issue unless I was sure so......
So, firstly, thanks.
You said power button, so i just played with the power button for 30 sec, AND IT BOOTED!
BUT, it has a SAFE MODE graphic on the screen.
rebooted and its fine?
can i ask how to update twrp and lineage, and can it keep the data intact?
Uh safe mode happens when the power button is held during boot.
Um that still is broken i think.

Well do they boot?
If LOS boot okay
Twrp can be flashed normally
Hope your issue is solved
