I recently rooted, installed safestrap, tried a cutom rom(was kinda draining my battery a bit more than normal). So i decided to wipe and go back to stock. But i wiped and accidently hit reboot without restoring to the stock rom, now i'm stuck at the galaxy S5 boot screen and can't get back to recovery, any ideas???

HI, im sort of a noob at this but i have been using the Custonexus rom for a cuple of days now and it have been running very good But yesterday when i tried to unlock the phone, the lockscreen didn't show up, the backlit buttons turned on as usual.
I turned off the phone, and did a factory reset. The phone booted up as normal with no problems. When i was up and running again, i booted into recovery to flash back to the stock rom from my backup just to be sure it didn't happened again. I did a factory reset and navigated to the backups but the backup was gone I rebooted the phone but it got stuck on the CN boot screen. What should i do? i have tried many times to reboot it but it always get stuck on the boot animation.
Install original lg kdz and redo everything.
You have to install the Stock (original) Firmware. Here is a HowTo: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2069723
Hi,
Okay so I have a Galaxy Ace S5830. It was rooted etc with no problems. I was just running the stock ROM (Koodo) that it came with.
Earlier I took a backup with CWM, then I used ODIN to flash a different ROM that I got from a different thread. However this ROM was not working well for me, the network connection kept winking in and out, so I wanted to go back to my stock ROM.
I got the stock firmware from SamFirmware using my model + country. I then used ODIN to flash the stock ROM.
When I boot after doing this, I go into a bootloop between the Koodo splash screen and the glowing SAMSUNG logo.
To hopefully remedy this, I used CWM to restore the backup I had taken previously.
However, when I boot after doing this, there is no loop, the phone simply sits at a screen with a black background that says Samsung GALAXY Ace GT-S5830D in white lettering. I have left it for a substantial amount of time and nothing changes.
I have read some other threads and they all suggest re-flashing stock rom with ODIN which I have done to the same result. So at this point the firmware will not fully boot, whether or not I have restored the backup.
Any help in fixing this will be appreciated! I'm stuck and I don't know what to do at this point, other than try some other firmwares.
Thanks!
Update:
Thanks to ver3go I was able to get back to stock rom + factory settings. the bootloop issue has been resolved.
HOWEVER,
when I load from the backup I made with CWM, it freezes forever at the black + white samsung galaxy ace screen.
Any solutions would be great. Though it's not a huge issue, it would be nice to not have to re-install all my apps and reconfigure my phone

Before restoring your back up, do 3 the wipes and then restore your backup
Hello there. Today, I tried to format my samsung galaxy s3 lte running on an old omnirom nightly. And quite Suddenly, the screen goes black, and since I had cleared the phone is nothing left. I can not access Clockwork, or boot up the phone. But I can put the phone in download mode. Should I now flash back to stockrom, and then try Root and put a custom recovery again? I have no idea, please help.

Hi guys,
Recently I just rooted my phone and had philz kernel installed on my phone.... Everything went very well and smooth until some time, the phone just hangs and I tried to shut down but it cant so I enter recovery mode... made a reboot there and it stills go back to the recovery... so I try to remove data and all... it gets booted up agn but all my data lost (like a new phone). After that I tried to flash CM11 Kit Kat rom to my phone and it failed and stuck in recovery again.. Now it stuck at samsung boot up screen. What is the problem with it? Is it soft bricked? Please help and thanks in advance!~:good::fingers-crossed:
flash it via Odin and try to see it as well
my phone suddenly started this problem with the mic and was frozen too
last week my phone was out of battery but when i charged it up and wanted to boot it, it went on bootloop (couldn't access recovery either)
So i kinda wanted to install TWRP (which I did) and tried a new custom rom.
but now even after a clean stock rom flash using Odin, phone wont boot at all. its stuck on samsung logo to Galaxy A71 logo back and forth. any solutions? please.
Thank you
If flashing full stock isn't working, then it could be a dead motherboard
